Well — older motel in a smallish town. My wife and I stayed there for a couple days to visit family. They've put some work into it and it is clean, but don't expect too much besides nice clean rooms.
Not a bad place if you need somewhere to lay your head and a shower.

The room was not clean and there was poo, yes, poo all over the carpet. There were bed bugs in the beds and roaches in the shower. Enjoy your stay.
