Nice hotel within walking distance of party zone.

What can I say? It is a Hilton hotel… awesome staff, comfy beds and close to the party street.

This hotel is fairly new, the rooms are very spacious and quite.
The hotel has plenty of amenities and is conveniently located near everything downtown, and about 15 minutes from Ryman Auditorium and Opry Mills Mall.
If you come to stay, make sure you ask for Kevin (Front desk), he is very helpful and friendly. Enjoy your stay!

My experience at all Hilton’s have always been excellent. However, their policy of charging a penalty during this pandemic is is very disappointing. I called March 9, 2020 to cancel March 11 reservation. They charged me one night because their policy to charge was not changed til March 12. So I saw it coming and tried to cancel. Now I have a bill for $469.57!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view. Breakfast was good the staff there very nice.

It was great stay we had an amazing weekend. The only complaint that I have is $40 dollars a day for 12 hours parking and the room had a milder smell in it. Besides that it was a great weekend and we had a wonderful time!

Great place to have dinner or a drink and stay for a weekend. Also bread place to hold a convention for business. That staff is very friendly.

Location was perfect for Ascend theater. Room was clean and roomy. The hotel was either understaffed for the busy holiday or just not organized. Several guests had to wait well after check in to get a room, but were given drink coupons. Overall a nice stay.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was wonderful. We had a short walk to the event and fireworks. The front desk staff was so friendly. The valet parking attendants were superior. Our room was modern and clean. We loved the 3rd floor outdoor pool area. It was relaxing. We enjoyed our time here.

No surprises here. Clean room, temperature on arrival was adjusted appropriately, lobby clean and staff friendly. Only parking available at this venue is valet and at $32 nightly parking fee (plus taxes), I felt like I was back in LA/Burbank. Not a bargain hotel at $300 per night, but the location is definitely a plus. Good food and beverages within walking distance, as are hockey and other entertainment. Nashville certainly has grown up… and beware of the traffic, it definitely reminds me of LA.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Hilton. The staff was polite, but the highlight was the hotel bar downstairs. Cole was our bartender, and he throws jokes, insults, and sass with the best of 'em. He picked up on the experience my business partners and I wanted, and never missed a beat. He made me a pretty killer mint julep, too, even though it meant he had to muddle!

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and well kept. Easy to walk to most Nashville attractions. Service was good.

Don't be fooled by it's more modern look. Every floor we got off on, there was a random piece of trash sitting on the hall table by the phone, there was a wet spot on the floor by the hotel bed (I dread what it was. ) When we arrived, they told us our room wasn't ready, but it would be an hour at most and they could offer us a coupon for their breakfast buffet. An hour goes by and we hadn't received a call from the front desk to let us know our room was ready. When asked about it, the man at the desk acted like he had no idea what we were talking about, our room was ready, but he would have to call his manager regarding the breakfast coupons. The only redeeming value of that place was the bar staff at Sobro downstairs. The atmosphere was pretty lackluster, but the food was fresh and delicious and the service was great.

Fine hotel and extremely personable staff. Great location within walking distance of lower Broadway. Used the Business Center to print out a few documents with ease.

I was not an overnight guest but attended a networking event on the main floor. While my interactions with staff was limited the staff that I did encounter we're friendly and courteous. The main lobby area and bar were very clean.

The rooftop pool was such a cool feature with an awesome view. The rooms were clean and the staff attentive. During breakfast, plates weren't clean and food items were empty and they seemed to be out of some common things. Overall, would definitely stay again.

The staff are great, the breakfast was decent. The sports bar attached to the hotel has really good food. Easy 5 minute walk to downtown. Again I can't stress enough how the staff at the hotel is great!

We have not even checked in yet, so far… not impressed
We wrote on our reservation our flight would be landing super early got here at 8:30. I was asked for if and credit card… we went exploring and I got a call my cc was denied
(Because he tried using a card I didn’t give him and canceled it… I verified my new card and have confirmation a week ago) tried checking in again at 3:00, no room ready and they will put a rush on my room (as others are checking in and getting rooms) it’s now 3:53 and still no room
(I was told people got late check outs and that’s why… we’ll hope I’m granted a late check out on Monday when my flight doesn’t leave until 10:00 pm.
Hopefully the room and stay makes up for our less than ideal check in experience.

I’m giving 3 stars because it’s no bad but it’s not great and since it’s pricey I was hoping for a bit better than okay. There’s a mini-fridge, microwave and a keurig in the room which is great except the keurig was out of order. The rooms are adequate. They’re clean enough but crowded. The beds are comfortable but the a/c seems to be either warm or freezing and no medium. We dined at the buffet for breakfast which again was okay but the coffee was so weak it was like warm water. It’s great to be so close to Broadway which was the main reason we chose to stay here. I would stay here again if I didn’t think it was overpriced. Overall I just feel like I could’ve gotten a better deal for my money.

Parking charges could be more affordable. Nice decor however, elevators were very slow and one was out of service. Staff very pleasant. Overall good experience!

Nice place to stay. Not many options for eating at the hotel. Just one that we were told of. Room was clean and nicely appointed for a room of this class. The bathroom actually had a working exhaust fan which was a nice change from the last several hotels I've stayed at lately. Not much else to say. Beds we're comfortable, wireless worked, we weren't nickled and dined for everything which was nice. Overall a nice place to stay.

A classic example of Hilton perfection. Extremely clean and polite. Restaurants have great food, good size of meeting rooms and the rooms are immaculate.

Fantastic service from Hilton as I have come to expect. I will continue to stay with them on my future trips. The only thing that annoys me is the $15 breakfast. I wish they would just include it with the room. Overall, you can't go wrong with any of the Hilton owned hotels.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was helpful. Valet and Bellstaff were AMAZING. It was 12 degrees when I checked in. It didn't stop those gentlemen from giving great service.

The hotel entrance is located down a side street, so a little confusing to locate up close. There was called parking. Everyone on staff was helpful and positive. The room was clean, neat, and well decorated. Breakfast and lunch provided was good.

This hotel is located conveniently downtown near the Bridgestone Arena and Country Music Hall of Fame. The rooms were comfortable but could use some updates. Service was great, but there were some hidden costs among the already pricey stay.

Clean room, nice view on 9th floor if you're facing bridge. Breakfast staff is awesome. Four times I was awaken by fire engine sirens.

The best! Upscale! Quiet, Classy, Clean, great hotel for business, pleasure, or events, meet-ups. The breakfast is the best I've ever tasted or experience for a hotel! If I stayed in the area I would come mornings bfore work just to eat!

Rooms are very nice. Hotel is in a convenient spot. Every employee I saw was smiling and greeted me with pleasure. I knocked off a star for the Valet Parking only option. Spending 32$/night plus tip (s) to bring the car down a few spots… Didn't seem very worthwhile to me. This one has a mini fridge and microwave which the Lexington Hilton didn't have last week. Our room was facing some construction or something outside that caused light to beam into the room all night long; and not a dim one either. Overall. I would stay here again.

I don't recommend. Really poor customer service. Charged for two cars at valet when I only had one. The Customer Care associate that I asked to resolve blamed it in me. He wouldn't even apologize until it was brought to the the attention of the manager. Unbelievable that these guys are in the hospitality business. Pick another hotel you'll be happier!

I only used the valet parking at the hotel while attending worship at the Music City Center. The parking staff and the front desk staff we interacted with were competent, friendly, and professional.

We had a fabulous time at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was friendly and efficient. The facility was clean. The location was close to 4th street, so entertainment and downtown attractions were within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, only couple blocks from the strip. Nice to have nice BBQ place right across the street. Didn't like that parking was $32 a day (only valet parking).

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice view from the 10th floor of the river and the bridges on the northeast side of the hotel. The lobby is very spacious, much different from most Hilton Garden Inn's because this is a convention center. The staff in the restaurant in the morning should be coached to be more friendly. The host was friendly and helpful, our waitress was almost friendly, and the cook behind the counter where they serve the eggs and bacon was gruff and seem to be in a bad mood. The food he prepared was very good so maybe that makes up for some of it — like Seinfeld's Soup Nazi!

Great friendly staff! Finesse, working the front desk, was a major help to my friend and I. Our stay has been nothing but wonderful, the valet parking staff was excellent as well. So far so great!

I used the valet and rooftop pool. The valet were very prompt and friendly. The price was a little high. The front desk was courteous and professional. The pool area was nice but there weren't enough shaded areas or enough places to sit for everyone.

Lovely hotel, great friendly staff. Warm cookies when we got there. I loved that housekeeping came by after we checked in and asked us if we needed supplies… he had the whole cart with him and handed us everything we needed right then and there. I would give it 5 stars, but the cost to park your own vehicle is a bit much!

Rooms are very nice, staff is attentive to every need. LOVE the roof top pool. Location is a few blocks from Broadway, not to far to walk just stay sober to make it back… lol.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel! Pool on the 3rd floor overlooking the city, huge exercise room, laundry room, small store located inside, complementary water and cookies throughout the hotel, SoBro Bar located inside! Did I mention that the hotel and rooms are beautiful? The hotel has such friendly staff, eager to help with anything! I even requested a wake up call at 3am with no problem! I live in Nashville but stay here occasionally for a "mini vacation. " Lovely place all around. I would actually like to give this hotel 10 stars!

The hotel was great! Beautiful on the outside, with a nice comfortable feel inside. There's a fantastic bbq restaurant across the street, and a brilliant view of Nashville. Not to mention, it is within close walking distance to many downtown attractions.

Great hotel and location at a good price. The views from the king corner rooms are awesome. The roof top pool is also a huge plus. Breakfast is pretty good for a Hilton. The showers are also nice.

Went to paint nite and had a great time. Great city views. The facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, parking is ridiculous. $36 for valet and that's all they offer. We opted to park elsewhere (1 block over) for $7 and walk.

If you like being woke up by sirens this is the place for you! And if you don't like sirens at least you have the comfort of knowing that the fire department is very close by if something happens. Also, after you pay $250+ for a room they charge you $32 to park your car, every time you leave and park your car… Is parking your car yourself an option? Well, maybe but they sure don't encourage it or talk about it. Last, still looking for the 2 restaurants and fitness center that was supposed to be located in the motel. It would be nice if they had some information in the room about the layout of the hotel and services they offer.

Thank you Hollie and staff for helping to put on an amazing annual conference in Music City. You all were helpful, accommodating, super kind and went above and beyond … starting from the valets, check-in, engineers, hospitality, food and beverage and checkout! Full service AND with several extras that most hotels would noT have thought of. I will do my best to direct companies to your hotel for special events (just so long as you still make time for mine! ) appreciate you!

It was a really fantastic stay in Nashville, accommodations and staff were exceptional. My friend and I were passing through to head to the big game in Atlanta supporting Packer Nation.
I was impressed with the hotel. The decor is what I'd expect, country meets todays high tech design.
Breakfast was an amazing spread, the choice of foods was incredible. I found it difficult not go back for seconds, thirds being a tall Godzilla sized man lol.
Definitely, recommend choosing your stay be at the Hyatt Garden.
Wonderful accommodations worth booking your stay while visiting Nashville. Such incredible talents at the clubs, food incredible and interesting sites.
That good ole professional Southern hospitality, is what you'll find. My buddy and I enjoyed our stay, so much, we booked a room on our return back to Wisconsin. Taking in more Nashville has to offer.

Great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn over the holiday weekend! I was impressed that so many guests were actual Nashville residents. That's says a lot! It made us feel like we were at the place to be in downtown Nashville.
Rooms were cozy, staff was friendly, pool was freezing (recommend that you kick the chiller up a few degrees), but it was still relaxing, parking was convenient and it's minutes away from all the action!
We will definitely be back!

Location was great, close enough to walk to Broadway St. But far enough away to not have all the noise. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was not complimentary but had very good service.

The location is great for going out downtown. The rooms were nice. It's very upscale for a garden inn but still a garden inn so the bathroom isn't spectacular. The pool on the third floor roof was amazing with food and drinks served to the pool. Use Hotel Tonight for a good deal.

Great professional staff. Sports Bar had really decent food. Great location for a Nashville Convention stay. Southern Hospitality at its core.

Modern and comfortable with all the travel conveniences at hand! Evaluation is for a king size regular room (ended up with a great cityscape view). PROS: Newer construction and higher quality modern decor; Bed was softly comfortable; Everything in the room was clean and looked new; Free Wi-Fi (unable to evaluate signal because I use a Jetpack) ; Within walking distance of the main tourist areas (gift shops, restaurants, small entertainment venues, arena, etc. ) ; Convenient parking garage and trustworthy staff (my ipod, gum and spare change was untouched in the truck — then again, neither were my workboots and trash) ; Exterior access doors required a hotel key card (felt safe even at night) ; Security cameras present in entrance areas and elevator lobbies; Staff was very friendly in lobby and at buffet explaining instructions thoroughly for ease-of-use; The hotel itself was meticulously maintained and well kept. CONS: Price is not the cheapest (quality of hotel = higher price) ; Elevator buttons not marked with major hotel amenities i. E. Pool; Pay for parking (should just include it in the room rate to avoid the feeling of being nickel and dimed) ; Be wary of unscrupulous characters on surrounding blocks trying to engage you in conversation with the ultimate goal of asking for money (even when it's raining). This hotel was a bit of a splurge simply to have the best location so we could leave our vehicle and take advantage of attractions within walking distance.

Great place with great food and great people.

Stayed over night after the Preds game mainly because of the location, but was really impressed with how nice it is. Close enough to walk from the Arena to Broadway and back to the hotel. And if you plan to spend any time on lower Broad then you should plan to walk. ;-)

I was on the 6th floor with a great view of downtown Nashville. Great modern hotel with great rooms. Had very friendly, helpful staff.

Everyone was great. Breakfast was a bit expensive at $13 per person for a fairly limited buffet. Expensive parking, but on par for the downtown area.

The service was excellent! Comfy bed lulled us to sleep and it was the best sleep I have had at a hotel in years! Spacious rooms, beautiful design throughout, and honest to goodness customer service. Add all this to good food and a wine bar and you definitely have a winner. David McWilliams does an excellent job with this hotel.

Amazing new Hilton property! First impressions are everything and from the valet staff to the front desk Hilton Garden Inn won my vote and return business. The lobby is spacious and modern. There are welcoming sitting areas both inside and outside all through the property. The pool is amazing and the view from our room a beautiful panoramic of Nashville. The property is located a quick walk from downtown activities. The bar tender at the wine bar is a wealth of knowledge about Nashville tourism and things to do! The fresh infused water in the lobby is a delight when entering in from 95 degree southern temperatures. I can't wait to return for another stay!
