Double booked room wouldn't refund. Horrible breakfast. No fresh fruit & warm milk for only sweet cereal.

The website is all messed up and the beds has a lot of springs and uncomfortable.

The web site states pet friendly but in the lobby there's a posted sign no pets allowed. The beds was very in comfortable.

Good deal I'll be back next year for LAYDOUT At The Park 2019

Not much to say here. A standard hotel nothing no special about it.

Bed bugs had leave all clothes and walk out almost naked now they run us off just to say you lie you just want free room. I have never been lucky enough to get anything I didn't work for so a big thank you to Vince and I will pray for him and his family.

Its clean place on the inside, but the outside could use a lot of work. If I had never been inside the rooms before I wouldn't have ever stayed due to how it looks on the outside. But it has nice hardwood flooring, flat screen T. V.

Had roaches and bed bugs… will never go back! the fridge didnt work either… ice machine broke… awful… I would recommend no one stay here… told clerk we saw roaches… all she said was… well we just sprayed not long ago! no offer to refund our money… gross as hell … actually dont even deserve 1 star!

The rooms could be fixed up a lil more but overall very nice.

I went to visit a friend that was staying there! I left when I saw a roach try to crawl into my purse! Ewwww! I do NOT recommend staying here. Ever!

We stayed in room 208 and it was awful there was hair all in the tub not clean. And there were people in 210 that threw ciggrates all over my husbands truck. Told the lady at the front desk she said yeah there all over the parking lot. Couldn't even sleep they where so loud. Will never stay here again.

Couldnt give more than 2 stars this could be A great motel but unfortunately is not. Rooms are dirty the only thing clean is the crappy bedsheets. The owners who I met should not be running a motel. They clearly have no idea! If you want An everlasting memory for the worst stay here. If not pay an extra $20. Wake up fresh. All the best yall.

The outside of the building needs to be renovated but the rooms were nice and beds were too small.

Not bad for the price, bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable, Wi-Fi was not available as was advertised. Lots of road noise from the highway and the parking lot is weird. Good for a crash pad, not much else.

Appears to be closed… that is a good thing. They were terrible. Smelled bad, everything was dirty and barely worked.

We checked in to this hotel on July 27th. We had just gotten in bed around 9:30pm or so and watching TV. All at once our door opened (we did have the chain connected). An arm came around the door trying to unlock the chain. My husband went to the door, grabbed the arm and shoved it outside and slammed the door. The person tried to open it again. My husband yelled at him to stop and give us a minute and we would come out and see what was going on. Found out it was an employee of the hotel trying to locate the clothes of a person that had stayed there previously. My husband and I both are CWP carriers and this could have ended very differently. They apologized but I got a refund and we left (after calling the police). The employee never knocked, identified himself nor anything. I told him common sense would have told him to check to see if the room was occupied and also the chain on the door could NOT have been latched from the outside if no one was in the room. The owner, manager, or whatever tried to play off the fact that the employee couldn't speak English, but as I told him, the guy stood out there carrying on a conversation with my husband and me. I'll NEVER stay nor book this hotel again.

I wish I could give less stars. This place is a sh*thole. No if's, and's, or but's about it and no other way to describe it. It was $50 with tax, asked for non-smoking and the room reeked of cigarettes and had cigarette burns on the 'bed spread'. We got a king bed that felt like it was pulled off the side of the road to be placed in this room. The room had a pullout couch, circa 1980… but not in a quant classic made new way, think Al Bundy meets the strung out version of Kaley from Butterfly Effect… that perfectly describes the whole place, actually. The TV worked and had a bunch of channels… but the remote didn't. The room had extensive mold on the ceiling and deep, dark, nasty mold along the base boards; we're talking untreated for years level. There are also some rather unseemly people using this place to call home. Unwilling to walk due to exhaustion we had pizza delivered, ate, and went to sleep on top of the covers, fully clothed, with other clothes covering the pillows. Just spend the extra $50 and go across the street. I wish I had.

Stayed there last night. The room was freshly painted and very clean. The staff was nice. Everything worked and the bed was fresh and comfy. Only complaint was the pitiful breakfast.

Probably one of the worst places I've spent the night and that's saying something since I've spent 3 years in the Iraqi desert.

Very nice and cozy rooms, AC works great, comfortable beds. Good place overall.

If I could put half a star I would the room should only be 20$ a night bugs in room rooms never cleaned people at desk are rude.

Cheap, but no breakfast and poor Wi-Fi signal. Nice people at desk, comfortable clean rooms, mini fridge and microwave.

This place is disgusting: avoid. Filth all over the walls, toilet is not clean, door mashed on. And I got bit by fleas. Screw this place.

Good clean room and decent price. The room was good size and would stay again. Breakfast was simply a bagel and donuts. Don't plan on getting full for the road.

Cheap hotel. You get what you pay for.

The water pressure is low, but the staff is nice… except in the morning. The old white lady at night was very helpful, but in the morning there was an Indian woman dressed in tradional Indian clothes that wouldn't even talk to me.

This hotel is horrible. We get in our room last night and find moldly leftover chicken dinner in a styrofoam box next to the bed half on the floor. We went to discuss the situation with the office lady and she would only give an $8 refund. The lady told us that if she gave us a full refund, we would need to leave the hotel. She told me to speak to the morning attendant regarding a refund. When I spoke to the morning guy he said I cant give you a refund, You should have left last night. I told him no other hotel could accommodate 4 of us. He then said we should have traveled 10 or more miles up the Interstate to other hotels. We couldn't find a room to accommodate us at 1:00 in the morning after driving 17 hours. I do NOT recommend this dumpy hotel to anybody. They do not know how to run a business. And have no idea of what customer service is!

Bed bugs. I was bit about 15 times in one night. When I complained the woman at the desk said she didn't know so I'm sure nothing is being done about it. Good luck if you stay here.

Rooms were not bad, but I had one significant bad experience here that should be noted: At about 10am the manager/owner of the motel burst into the room without knocking. Then just shut the door. No apology, nothing. (Okay I guess the owner's English skills were not very good, but he should at least know the word, 'Sorry'. ) This is a horrible invasion of privacy and really unforgivable behavior in any hotel. Fortunately everybody was dressed but my fiancee could have been in there just getting out of the shower. Hotels have been (and deserve to be) sued for this kind of thing. Here are the other pluses and minuses at this place: Minuses: Breakfast was meager — like breakfast at the county jail (not that I would know. ) Nothing but waffles and bagels. No cereal. No toast. No pastry. No nothing. Juice was that fake orange stuff. Coffee but no milk, just 'creamer'. I'd say probably the skimpiest breakfast I've had in any hotel. There were also signs saying "Taking of Breakfast will be enforced". (does this mean that you will be forced to take breakfast? ) Pluses: -Room itself was better than expected for an independent place: room seemed fairly recently renovated. Carpet, furnishings and fixtures in good condition and clean. -Free snack pack of dried cranberries was provided at the front desk was a nice feature. Summary: Even a decent room or a reasonable price doesn't make up for a gross invasion of privacy.

Rooms have been abused. The entrance door had been kicked in at one time. No safety latch on door. Bathroom is nasty.

I just called to ask about the rooms and the man was so rude. I asked if they aloud pets he said yes then he asked how many I told him 2 small dogs he told me no, no, no and then hung up the phone, how rude they weight 10lb together.
