Review of Travelodge 2*

Me and my children homeless and I had enough money to afford a week at this hotel. I paid for a week and was given a room. The first room that is… it looked clean. The only problem I had at first was the room was freezing and the air conditioner didn't have knobs to turn it off. The maintenance came and used pliers to cut it off. We later in the bed bed and immediately started itching, I thought it was just me so I watched my children all night and they were scratching everywhere. So I waited till the morning and went to the front desk and spoke with the manager sharon. She said they weren't allowed to give refunds. I told her nooooo we cant be here. She offered another room with clean linen. Ok, got a room on the second floor… it looked clean! guess what? we're itching every time we lay and sleep on these beds. Me and my children have bite marks from bed bugs all on our body. I took pictures and videoed our body and I took the flashlight on my phone and looked around the board of the bed… filthy filthy, dust everywhere, somebody left a sock, hot chips, it looks disgusting. Im sitting on this bed right now scratching while I type this. Better believe im sueing. My babys keep waking from their sleep crying and itching from discomfort. Cant wait to leave. Id rather sleep in my car but we need to bathe and stretch. Don't come here. But if you're ok with being bit then I guess this the place for you. ******And the water comes out brown! Took my children a bath and the water was brown****** hate I wasted money here.
