The service is horrible…. I called the front desk due to the horrible smell of the room. Because I booked with a third party the manager made a big deal. I was told to call the third party to have them change the room. Due to COVID I would think if customers had issues with the smell that would lead to concerns with cleanliness of the room/hotel. She was very rude and gave me a hard time I expressed that the room was not ok and that I couldn’t get in touch with the third party only the automatic system. Another issue is the fact that so many guest where walking around with no mask on. I was disappointed with the disrespect and the smell and the cleanliness of this hotel now. They are not professional at all. And now that I’m laying in the bed doing this review I have spotted two small ants crawling on the bed. I do have pictures also…… This was not a pleasant visit at all and me and my family will never stay here again. I also think the health department should check this place out…. I pray they don’t have bed bugs.

Great hotel with great rates and very clean…

The atmosphere is great the rooms are spacious and very friendly.

I like the rooms the customer service is always good the breakfast and the cocktail hour.

It's absolutely beautiful, the appearance alone. The front desk employee Corey I think is his name very sweet. Has great hospitality My Mom is here visiting from Houston and she has fell in love.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind.

Well it was a disappointment. We have stayed at Embassy suites in Florida Indiana and Missouri and all of those were great. This Embassy suites in Florida Indiana and Missouri and all of those were great. This embassy fell short. The evening hour they put on was not at a like the other ones we have stayed in. From the hors d’oeuvres if you could call them that to the way you ordered your drinks. The pool only ever had about 8 towels on the rack and a guy came in and ask everyone not to take the towels back to your room as if they only had a small amount of pool towels, I’m not kidding it was like staying at a lodge. The pool floor was very Dangerous because it was all like marble tiles and very slick. Dangerous because it was all like marble tiles and very slick They tried to compensate for that by putting a mat all around the pool but the outlying areas were wet and very dangerous and kids were running and falling. Our room was not ready when we got there and we where ask to wait in a small waiting area. When we finally got in our room we there was a big stain on the carpet and the refrigerator leaked on the carpet and we had to cover it with a towel to soak it up. When we finally settled down for bed there was a group of about 20 making so much noise that you couldn’t.

We had a great time at the pool and happy hour was so great with Freddie the bartender. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good too. The room had a few things that need repaired. The tub didn't drain while taking a shower, the toilet paper roll was broken. The faucet dripped too.

We got no room service while we were there. Had to ask for our own towels. The footstool had trash under it when we got into the room. Way too many people for the space they had. Lots of people not staying there were taking up space that should of been for paying guests Talked to the manager as we were leaving. He did not even offer an apology. Will never stay there again.
