Want there for long as I was they for an appointment. However, everything seemed nice. I will definitely use the location again for future meetings.

When I called here they hang up my call n I called 4 times n they they r rude.

They Have Free Wi-Fi But SomeTimes It Doesn't Work. They Have A Free BreakFast Area But Do Not Use It. They Are Not Pet Friendly. Their Wi-Fi Has A PassWord As Well. They Also Have Free Wi-Fi.

Horrible when I asked for the password they hunged up in my face and they have no refrigerators and no room phone bathroom is small.

The management does not maintain the property. Infested with roaches.

Everything is good they just need to put up a new sign for the hotel.

It's under new management and services is still no good… Stayed 12/17. And my belongings came up missing. Reported it and no help from front desk … I give no star!

Room had no towels light was blown old model TV dresser drawers was all missing heat blowing out air doors barley locked it's just horrible I wouldn't recommend no one to stay there specially with kids.

No monthly rates and some rooms heat don't work.

You don't want to stay here. Yeah its affordable but the living conditions are unbearable in most of their rooms. There's holes in the walls, stained covers, leaking ac unit, stinky odors, etc. There is a no refund policy but did you know if you don't find the room suitable then you can't even request to be moved to another room? This hotel needs plenty of work. Worst hotel so far. ❎✌✌

This place is a mini project! The ac unit leaks in certain rooms, the bathrooms have mold on the ceilings, drug dealers drug users & prostitutes all over this place! Housekeeping is a joke! They don't clean the rooms at all unless u ask but they will not clean your room if you are there. Some front desk clerks have attitudes for no apparent reason when they can't even speak English properly smh. They say u get what u pay for if that's the case this place should be $20 a night & not $40 or $50…

It is a spider infested slum. No service. Children run unattended all night. DOPE dealers and women of the night out all night. Peopleknocking on door all night. Scared to answer it May get robbed or shot or both. Don't stay here you think I kidding? Lol try it!

This is the worst place ever, they have bugs and they are rude with a smart mouth. There is so much wrong I can say about this place it is ridiculous. These ppl sell drugs all over this place, they don't even deserve 1 star.

Decent staff clean grounds clean pool. And Everytime you get room they give you a bottle of liquor.

The worst place I have stayed at in 30 years. I spent a night in the Memphis jail and it was better and I got better service. Room service doesnt exist. Clean towels when they think you should get them. No hot water. You really dont need towels. Drug dealers everywhere. Not interested then there are ladies for sale. The Memphis Police are always in parking lot. People walking all night. Loud music all night. Folks this isnt no place to stay. The hood. The getto. Drug city!

No microwave, or refrigerator Ann's couldn't understand half of what the front desk clerk. But in all it was ok.

Visited a friend staying at the one in Memphis near the airport. It's okay for what you're paying. It's not the Merriot.

Not really much to post. The hotel was what you would expect for 39.99/night.

The place is a crack house and place for prostitutes. We booked prior to arriving in Memphis because the place looked great online… nice pictures, pool, breakfast and the price was right. As soon as we arrived we knew there was something wrong. Place didn't look at all like the pictures… run down, shady people all over the place… hanging out right outside rooms. The lobby stunk and look extremely dirty… one couch (not like the pics) and no chairs. There was a guy lying on the couch when we went inside. We were told right off the bat that the pool was off limits for our kids after 5pm (it was 7pm when we arrived). I wouldn't have let them go anyways. The guy at the counter had a crying, snot nosed 2 year old crying in his lap as he took our info. He told us there was no breakfast in the morning (unlike the advertisement… not that I would eat anything that came out of that kitchen). We went back to our truck and headed around back to our room (upstairs… to get to our room I am positive we would have had to walk past some ongoing drug deals). We took one look at the place and the people there and turned the truck around and ate the $60 we paid for the room and went somewhere else. I couldn't imagine what the inside of a room would have looked like and there was no way I was going to find out. do not stay here.

Went out to dinner, when we returned our door was wide open. Thank goodness we hadn't taken anything into the room. The window would not latch, and swung in. I complained to the front desk and was told I did not close the door correctly, and he just shrugged his shoulders when I told him about the window. "it's closed now? " I told him I feel unsafe… again he shrugged. We forfeited our $ and moved on!

Horrible experience! Staff is rude and not willing to accommodate you. The police stay coming up there and alot of drugs and prostitute come through there. Lets not forget the BEDBUGS, worn beds, and old bedding.
