Stopped on a road trip across the Eastern US. We called ahead 2 hours and there were no problems booking a room. The room was very clean and the beds we're quite comfy. I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable beds, hot showers! Everything was clean and nothing was broken. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Destiny was very polite and had a welcome personality.

Love this place. The staff is always nice and helpful. There is a bass pro, Harley store, steak house, moonshine distillery, beef jerky, and a few other things right next door. Worth the stop and is always mine on the way back home. Also I travel for work and need the federal government rate to stay at hotels and most hotels offer a discount on there rooms but it doesn't meet the rate needed per military requirements. I asked for the rate and they go the extra mile to make sure that they offer it. Suggest this place for all military members.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Every thing was very clean. Water pressure was great. You can walk across the street to the Chop House for a great meal.

Great place to stay near Knoxville TN. Very friendly staff and helpful in visiting Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Clean rooms! Located next to Bass Pro Shops.

Everything was very nice. Staff was pleasantly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and cinnamon rolls as amazing as always.

They offered gluten free udis individually wrapped! The meat and eggs were full of allergens we cant have but I only knew this because the staff had an ingredient list available and was kind of enough to offer it without even asking. As a celiac family I appreciate the gf options and the kindness of the staff helping me confirm safe bfast options for us. ♡

We requested and reserved top floor. The bumped us to ground floor. Said they had bus coming in. Room they gave us was trashy. Dust everywhere. Said there was nothing they could do. No discount. No bus group is here and kids running up down hallways taken over lobby. They just don't care. Stayed here many times. But this is the last time. Place sucks for the high rate they charge.

When they had room. 100, I would have rated higher. They took away the best room in this place.

What do I want from a hotel? Great mattress, great pillows. Great shower, great breakfast, great service. Clean. Great price. At Holiday Inn, I get what I want, every time, every location. Thank you.

We stayed with you guys this weekend and had a very pleasant experience. My husband was even the guest of the day! The rooms were clean, modern, and very spacious. The smart start hot breakfast was great and Miss Betty was very attentive to us! She made our day! Will stay with you guys again!

Great location, right next to the Bass Pro. The staff was really friendly and you know those cinnamon rolls for breakfast are to die for.

Great place to stop. Right next to a Bass Pro Shop, Harley Davidson Merchandise Store and a couple good restaurants. Short drive to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

Newer hotel, nice and clean, friendly service. Only down side is how far it is from everything.

Conveniently located 8 miles out of Knoxville Tennessee near the Bass Pro Shop exit 407 in Sevier County where the Smokies stadium is in the entrance towards Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg Tennessee this hotel Holiday Inn Express very clean rooms great staff but my favorite part about it was how convenient it was to the interstate yet towards the Smoky Mountains If this review helps I ask that you had the helpful / like button below thank you.

Excellent staff but do watch out for room 125. Door didn't lock fully and room looked to be not well maintained.

Hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk clerk was great I arrived at about 6 Am. She was wonderful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thank you for everything.

We were stranded 325 miles from home when our car broke down, and lucky that the staff here was so friendly and accommodating. I've staid at dozens of hotels, and this is the best service I've ever received. Very clean rooms and uniquely substantive breakfast options. This is southern hospitality at its finest.

Courteous and friendly staff, great breakfast with tasty (pancake machine, sausage & gravy, cinnamon rolls plus more…) and healthy options (egg white veggie omelette or oatmeal with fresh fruit and walnuts), clean room and clean indoor pool. We enjoyed our stay!

I have a trip planned for 7/1/17-7/4/17. I am a front desk clerk at a Holiday Inn express in North Carolina. I always said that I would never be "one of those guest". It turns out I became one because so far I have requested top floor, complimentary upgrade, close to the elevator, a view, and possible early check-in. I know that nothing but my room type can be promised but Destiny, the clerk I've spoken with has been fabulous. She has put in my request and sent me my confirmation for a King Suite. I will post another review during my stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were very clean and well furnished with everything we needed and more. The breakfast was on par with other with hotel breakfasts. We were looking forward to using the indoor pool as it was a little cool the day of our visit, but it was closed with no warning. I could give negative feedback on this, but it was not the main purpose of our stay. Overall, it was a great place with friendly staff.

This use to be my place to stay in the Kodak area. I had to have a room on the night of 5/25/16. I work for the Department of Health with the State of Tennessee and have stayed at this property more nights than I can count for many years. MANY, MANY nights. I have always been given the state-rate and been well-accommodated, historically, until 5/25/16. I called to reserve that night and they had rooms available, but would not let me have one at the state-rate because of the upcoming holiday. I am a who was traveling on the road alone, yet this made no difference to them, as did my past loyalty womanto staying there. I will never, NEVER, stay there again. And I will ensure all of my colleagues are aware so they will not stay. I did call the Comfort Suites and they welcomed my stay at the state-rate. Their property was newly renovated and done very tastefully with a beautiful, modern decor. It was spotless and crisp with customer-oriented service.

Nice room. Great price. Close to chain restaurants and the best restaurant in town. Walking distance to Bass Pro Shop. Farther than I wanted to be from Pigeon Forge. Pool is only 4 ft deep and lighting was a bit dark later in the evening when most guests are at the hotel. Kids had a great time! Breakfast was good and staff was accomodating. Would stay again.

Looking at this location for some family coming into town, nice clean rooms, very helpful front seek staff, good location, it hits all of the major criteria!

Easy check-in, clean & comfortable room, great breakfast = no complaints! This location will be our go-to in the future as our travels bring us through the area.

My family and I stayed here last night in a standard room on the top floor. We checked in late in the evening as we decided last minute not to drive through the mountains after dark. We felt most comfortable with this hotel out of the others in the area based on reviews and general amenities. Our stay went fine, but a few hours after checking out I began to notice many, many bites on my legs, back, and arms. I can't say for sure what caused them, but it had to have happened over night at this hotel. Fearing bed bugs, we'll be steam cleaning everything we took into the hotel. I'd love to just throw everything out, but that isn't really practical. Hopefully management will seriously check into this. Check your mattress people, every time, regardless of how glowing reviews are. I wish I had.

Service was great. Checked in late over a road trip but everyone was friendly and gave us a great rate due to late check in.

It looked like they thought I checked out, had me mixed up with someone else, but none of my stuff was moved, just the keys were deactivated. Other than that it was all good.

Stayed once before and it was dirty. Decided to stay again because we thought it might have just been that one time it was dirty. We were wrong. We got checked in and the sheets weren't changed and the floor had white stuff all over it in the room and down the hall. The floors were dirty in the elevator and in the foyer at the front desk. I asked for it to be fixed and he said he was the only one there and then I asked for the managers number or name to contact later and he said he was the manager. He was rude and acted as if it is ok to have a nasty hotel. He gave us another room and that floor was worse. You had to kick stuff out of the way to get to the room. Someone needs to check into this place and make some changes before it gets worse. It looks fairly new and this could be fixed now. I won't go back until there is a change of managers.
