Did not enjoy my visit there. There was a big gap. Up under the front door. Went to the front desk to get a blanket to get something to cover the Gap under the front door. Told the front room attendant not to helpful with it. Wife wind up getting stung by a wasp that got into the room overnight… And the lady at the front desk was like what stuff happens. Definitely will look for another place to stay next time we are ever that way. Not to mention that the breakfast was below the grade that you would come to expect at a hotel.

The staff, location, and food were just fine. No complaints there. Also there was a fridge in the room, which was a nice surprise. The room itself smelled musty/moldy. There was a perpetual wet spot next to the A. C. Unit. The sheets were too thin and I had to wear my hoodie to keep warm enough to sleep. (If the AC was off, it was too humid to breathe comfortably, but the AC ran much cooler than my preference even after changing the settings. ) On the other hand, the shower didn't have a cool option at all. It was toasty or scalding. I like my showers hot and the coldest setting was fine for me, but way too hot for my brother. The steps leading up weren't level and were inconsistent in height. Meaning, not to building code. And while the cleaning staff do good work, I really wish they would have headphones on instead of the radio going. On my first morning, I was sick to my stomach and fighting off a killer headache and just trying to sleep to recover from jet lag. I got no rest during the time the cleaners were within 3 rooms of me. It made a really rough morning worse. Please get headphones. I will probably will wind up being here again the next time I'm in Tennessee because it's pretty much the closest hotel to my grandma, but if I had other options I would explore them.

Stopped here over night after 14 long hours of driving and it was the perfect stop off for me my dad and my pup. The room was dark and cool and the beds were perfect. We had a restful nights sleep followed up with a decadent breakfast of sausage biscuits eggs and pastries. Highly recommend!

I stayed here for 1 night in August 2018 while driving from Richmond VA to Dallas TX. Room with King Size Bed was $119 + tax, that’s total $140 for one night for one person. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in it. Breakfast timing is 6:30 to 9:30. Price is little higher but room was clean and comfortable which is what I wanted. Just next to it are cheaper motels like Relax Inn & Midtown Inn but there reviews were not good so I didn’t consider them. Staff was courteous.

Our room had an air conditioner unit that wasn’t working. Well, it was blowing air but it wasn’t cold and the room never got colder (we thought it might just take a while to kick in). Because of this, the room had a damp feeling and musty smell. We informed the staff at breakfast and she said they were aware of it and hope that they fix it. We thought it was weird that they would put people in a room they knew didn’t have air conditioning. Luckily it had been raining at night and it wasn’t too hot out or else it could have been miserable. Otherwise, the free breakfast was good and it was a place to stop to rest while making our way back home.

I don't believe I've ever been treated so well at a hotel… Thank you Quality Inn in Kingston Springs! Prem was especially attentive and welcoming! I will always choose this hotel!

Loved our stay at your hotel. The young man at the Lobby counter was a perfect gentleman. His name was P. Patel. We had a very pleasant breakfast and he gave us useful information for our travels. Thank you again.

This is not the first time that we have stayed in this property. It turned out to be a very disappointing stay. 1. The shower rod was broken. 2. The coffee pot did not work. 3. The hotel Wi-Fi was undependable. 4. Although many rooms appear to have new bedding, e bed in our room was awful. When we removed the spread, it was evident that all four corners of the mattress are higher than the center. We literally rolled into the center of the bed. Sadly, by the time we discovered that, it was just too late to move. 5. We woke to a room that was highly populated w/ ants. One of the housekeeping ladies told us that that is a property wide problem. You would do well to avoid this place.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stop at this hotel again when we go Thur going to West Virginia.

Very nice. Freindly helpful staff. Well maintained rooms and building. Great shower/water pressure. Nice continental breakfast with the usual waffles scrambled eggs sausage patties biscuits and gravy cereal and milk plenty of coffee. I would look forward to staying there again.

Stayed for 4 nights, Nice clean & Quiet rooms, service is good, Breakfast was simple. 20 min to downtown, Great location.

Like the fact that this place is very quiet. Sheets were clean the room was clean. The only thing missing was cups for the coffee.

Nice clean, large room. Randomly pulled in for the night, even though it looked a bit sketch from the outside it was clean and well run and seemed quite safe. Not much noise from neighbors, good Wi-Fi, pretty average free breakfast. Would recommend for a cheap one night stay.

I do not often review the places I visit, as I travel the country constantly, but felt compelled to do so in this instance. The office staff was very friendly and gave me a rate I found to be quite acceptable. The rooms were spotless and fully stocked with all of the amenities I have come to expect. One of the big bonuses was, surprisingly, a fully cooked breakfast for the guests waiting for me in the lobby upon checkout. The rooms were very quiet and private and an effort was made to put me into a non smoking room. The Wi-Fi was the one thing that lacked, an issue that is all too present across this country. 5 stars, would do 4.5 because of the Wi-Fi but I will not degrade this establishment by giving it 4 stars over slow Wi-Fi.

Nice room, nice staff, but the orange juice was rancid.

The staff where friendly and went above and beyond to please the customer, and the room was very cozy can definitely see myself staying again.

They over charged us for the room. When we ask that they cancel the transaction, the girl said she was new and couldn't cancel it. She didn't know how. She didn't want to call the manager because she had to call him the night before. We just want the over charge to be refunded.

As a travel coordinator, this is the worst run hotel I've come in contact with. They overcharged our company, even after getting a set rate for the entire stay in the very beginning. They are very rude and unprofessional in handling simple requests, such as something as simple as getting a receipt. I was hung up on several times and they made it seem like things were my fault and I was crazy all because they failed to keep documentation on file, like any hotel would for an extended stay. They even made our superintendent pay for the room the last night stating they had no CC authorization on file when in fact, I had emailed it to them more than once. I was told by our superintendent there were ants in the room and they had to purchase items with their own money to take care of them because the staff wouldn't. Our superintendent was charged a fee for smoking when he nor anyone with him smokes, all so they could keep an extra $50. After dealing with this place since July, I would recommend going elsewhere. They made an extended trip for men who work 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week that much more difficult with all these unnecessary stunts they tried to pull. They are not up front with important information and will try to scam you any way they can for any extra money they think they can keep.

They had no laundry. The room was clean. The breakfast was horrible. The ketchup packets I swear were old and out dated. The frozen eggs they served were horrible. Not recommended staying there for longer than one night.

If I could do half a stars I would! Our room lights wouldn't turn on at first! Then after we got that figured out I decided to turn on the air-conditioning. Ants literally started coming out of the unit! Then I spotted ants on the lamp shade! They offered us a different room but those lights wouldn't turn on either. The manager was not happy to refund our money but she did anyways. The area gave me an uncomfortable feeling also. The only reason they get half the star is because they refunded me my money!

ANTS! I stayed at this place last night… so tired we went in and passed out, when we awoke our room was filled with ants. In the bed, ac, table, laps. On our way to check out I had ants still crawling on me. Went to front and talked to the front desk as my mom was telling him there were ants all over the walls on his printer etc. All he said is call my manager when she gets in. I understand they are pest and hard to get rid of, but in a room and in my bed. And now we have bites everywhere :/

Changing from Best Western system to Choice Hotel International's system. They did a great job with the painting and overall remodeling of the room and grounds. It is quiet and stores and diner within walking distance. I'll be back!

Nice room for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room and grounds. Quiet rooms. Expansive breakfast with good food included. Our pet was welcomed. Free Wi-Fi. Can't ask for more when making a road trip.

We arrived very late on the night of our stay, but the property was easy to find, and check-in was very quick and efficient. We only needed one two-queen-bed room, but we had somehow reserved two non-refundable rooms. The staff very graciously refunded the charges for one of the rooms, a courtesy that many properties would not have extended. Our room was exceptionally clean and larger than we expected. We did not have time to try the complimentary breakfast the next morning, but we were encouraged to, and it was very appealing. We enjoyed our short stay very much, particularly for the friendly and helpful staff and cleanliness of the rooms, and would highly recommend the Quality Inn Kingston Springs.
