Very clean and updated rooms. Priced was very reasonable. And truck parking. The lady who checked me in was very nice, as well as the guy in the morning who nice as well. Highly reccomend.

Clean, large rooms and close to Public boat launches. Great lodging for Bass clubs to use for a fun fish on the TN River.

Always my favorite stop, in Cincinnati. Close to food and shopping. The rooms are great. And manager Aaron personally greets the guests at breakfast, and always treats me great, as a repeat customer.

Worst hotel experience ever. The room smelled musty. We were given dirty sheets on the pull out couch. The mattress on it was not attached to the bottom of the frame, so the bottom of it draped down to the floor. The middle of it was held together by zip ties, which were cut, but not down low. I cut my leg on one of them during the night. I was not able to sleep at all due to how uncomfortable it was. The fridge was sticky, and the shower had hair and a dead silverfish in it. Many of the outlets were falling into the wall, and they had cords for the fridge tightly stringed from the microwave to the fridge. The doors to the rooms were opened to the outside. They were out of most everything for breakfast (syrup, waffle mix, coffee) and the eggs were watery. There was a lot of trash behind the breakfast items. The staff was relatively friendly, but overall the whole atmosphere of the room and the broken bed/dirty sheets made my stay really unpleasant and uncomfortable. If someone were to stay here, I would recommend getting a different hotel.

This was the worst Quality Inn and Suites stays we've experienced. It was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had as well. However, it didn't start that way. Walking into the lobby we were greeted with a smile and assured that our room would be free of pet hair/dander. The hostess pointed us to our room and away we went. The parking lot was easy to navigate and the room was conveniently located right outside of our parking spot. Walking into the room, it smelled of musty old air. The carpet felt grimy and didn't look vacuumed, and there was dust on the remote control. So, needless to say we walked into the bathroom with fear and trembling. There was urine stain on the toilet and the bathroom sink had mold on the overflow spout. The finishes on the room are what you'd expect from a Quality Inn and Suites, though the beds were old. When I contacted the front desk, the gal quickly came and cleaned the bathroom—though without apology or offering to compensate us in any way. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly, even offering our kids freeze pops! The second star is for the great staff we encountered. I cannot recommend this hotel unless they are able to make some significant changes.

I drive a semi and my air conditioning went out. I called at noon on a Friday and asked if they had truck parking and what time check on was. She said they do have truck parking and check in was 3. I explained my situation and she had the rooms available so she let me check on early at no extra cost. When I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful and quick to get me in my room. The normally require a $100 cash deposit for rooms paid for in cash but I explained that my company had sent me a check to cash out for the room and that was all the cash I had on me so she worked with me and just put my debit card on file until check out. The room was very clean; the bathroom smelled of bleach which may have been a little much for some but I don't mind the smell and I know she cleaned my bathroom because of the smell. There is a steakhouse, a gas station and a Hardee's in the same parking lot as the hotel. They also have a fitness room which I did not see listed on the amenities on Google. Would stay here again.

Comfortable bed, cold air, huge bathroom and the best water pressure I have had in a hotel ever. No matter how dirty you are it will blast it away!

Clean, comfortable, and nice breakfast bar with eggs and waffles. Perfect place to sleep for a night while on the road.

I recently stayed here after my truck broke down on Hwy 24. It was Mothers day and I was headed from MI to FL when I had the best luck of breaking down near here. Even though I was in hysterics from the wheel bearing/wheel almost falling off my truck… I swear I met 3 ANGELS on earth. My tow truck driver Cory got me in touch with the Night Mgr (Nick) Quality Inn who was gracious enough to fix my truck right in the parking lot of their hotel the next morning… Ms Rosa was very understanding and accommodating. I do NOT know what I would have done without these 3 angels! Nick would not take any money for his services on my truck (I was wearing my Red Cross hat as I am a volunteer) and it just so happened that his family had experienced a home fire a while back and was appreciative of the help they gave him after their fire so he was paying it forward. I can not believe the Gracious-ness of this beautiful little town Called Jasper TN… I will never be able to repay their kindness… I will forever pay it forward anyway, anytime or anywhere I am! Thank you Nick, Rosa and Cory You will ALL forever be my Angels on Earth! Thank You Thank You Thank You! Hugs, Forever in your debts.

Pleasant check-in. Top floor room, end of hall as requested. Opened door to fresh, not stale, air. Clean room, but sparce on furniture. TV mounted on wall. Luggage on floor. Whacked my head on TV shelf.

Me and my daughter were traveling through this town for vacation and we looked at some reviews and decided to saty here… Well, the staff was nice but when we walked in the room it was a dissapointment. The beds were weirdly moist the floor was DISCUSTING! It looked like someone hadn't vacuumed in a month! U couldn't walk on the floor barefoot. There was a very slim choice of channels, my daughter went to take a shower (she is 13) and she wanted to wear flip flops in the shower she felt so gross in there and honestly so did I. The walls were not cleaned as well and when we left the next morninv, somd brosn liquid was dripping from the window. Breakfast was fine but I don't recommend this hotel.

Nice and good hotel. The location was good and this looked like super8 or econolodge model. I guess this was hired a old econolodge or super8 structure and remodeled it to match the quality Inn requirement. This location is actually in CST and if you travel little further you will be in EST. This turned out to be a drawback when we tried to go to the restaurant near by which was closed by the time we arrived since we started in CST and when we reached the location it was actually 1 hour ahead.

Comfortable room but nothing fancy. Breakfast served cold, dry eggs and sausage.

At first glance the room was decent. Upon further inspection, the shower had not been cleaned. There was dirt and pubic hair in the bottom along with already used shampoo and conditioner. I spoke to the clerk at the desk, told him I even took pictures and he just shrugged it off. No apology, nothing. I won't be back, and I won't recommend this hotel.

Stayed recently on a drive home from Florida, did the job just fine. Close to the interstate, clean, and friendly staff. Everything I needed for a brief 8 hour stay.

Clean rooms friendly staff yes the rooms are a bit out dated but thats what you get for the low price I would definitely stay here again.

Worst hotel experience ever! If I could I would give this no stars! Checked in and then checked out! Our room had clearly been cleaned as beds were fully made but the bathroom mirror had never been washed with toothpaste marks from prior guest, the microwave was filthy, and the refrigerator obviously had never been wiped down from prior guests. There were tons of dead roaches and bugs in the kitchen (at least the ones we saw were dead) and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa the sheets were clearly used (in a most disgusting way) and a pillow was stuffed under the couch. There was a clean crisp pillow on the sleeper sofa so we know that someone "cleaned" this room supposedly. This was bad. Left and went to Best Western a few miles down the road (which was excellent! ). When checking to Best Western I told them I wanted to check the room first due to a bad experience at another hotel nearby and they named Quality Inn & Suites stating they get complaints and customers all the time who have left that hotel. This hotel should NOT be a CHOICE hotel! I stay at Choice Hotels all the time and it does not meet their standards at all!

Mattresses older not comfortable like other Choice hotels, felt like most of padding above springs waa gone. Mattress wiggled alot. Rusty metal on cement stairs backside of hotel which was steps to my room. One piece was so rusty it kept snagging my shoes. Breakfast staff was slow replacing cold eggs or missing bacon. Very Nice remodeled bathrooms though, Huge shower with built in bench.

Got here at 11:00 pm with a reservation and the cat at the desk was super pleasant. Explained thoroughly where our room was and made sure we knew where everything was. Room was quite clean from the floors and shelves to the sheets. Room had a bit of an odor, but that could very well be from the room being vacant for a bit. Definitely happy with our choice.

Nick and the staff make you feel welcome like you have known them for years. Anything you need they work hard to get it if possible. The rooms are clean and organized. The breakfast was fresh and hot. You leave feeling like you just stayed with your family!

Room was huge and looked like it had just been renovated. When they told me it had been 5 years since the renovation I was surprised. Very well kept. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The level of customer service and accommodation to us FL evacuees during Irma was second to none. Nick, Jessica and staff made our circumstances hospitable by providing clean, spacious rooms at a good price. Thank you!

Staff is friendly, however room is not the cleanest. I went to put things on the shelf under the sink and the dust is so thick, that it clearly hasn't been cleaned for months, if not longer. There is dirt on bathroom door near the handle that is just gross. Many spots on the wall, where walls aren't being cleaned. I am evacuating from hurricane Irma, I feel 90 +tax is over priced for a hotel with no pool. You expect to at least have a super clean room at this price. Beds are hard and very uncomfortable. If it weren't for having no other opinions we would not stay here. But as millions evacuate there are no other hotels available.

Dale was the person at front desk that helped us when we came in after midnight looking for a room for the night as we were passing through. He was very personable and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel and location to anyone in the future and definitely would like to stay here again. It was only 25 miles from Ruby Falls in Chattanooga, TN and that was our destination for the next morning.

NO POOL AS ADVERTISED The room was very nice and clean. Staff was great and they said that they have been trying to get that information taken down from Google with no luck. I usually don't care whether it has a pool or not but this particular time I was looking for a place with a pool. It would be nice if things are as advertised.

Our key to the first hotel room was faulty, but faculty was really nice and polite about it. Room was decent at best; the fan in the bathroom was really really loud, oddly. Breakfast was good but was often low on sausages (we arrived right before breakfast ended, though). Overall, okay room but great guest services!

Very clean obviously new room, had a great nights sleep. We accidentally got home with one of their bath towels and when I called to see if we could return it or pay for it they were so nice! Great staff and good breakfast the morning we left. We recommend a stay here… clean neat room great value for the money.

For less than $80 per night it's a great value. It's near the interstate, so expect to see trucks in the parking lot. The rooms are clean and Wi-Fi is good. Desk clerks are polite and friendly. Note: all doors face outward, which bothers some travelers. But I felt safe.

Stayed one night while traveling and picked this place based on reviews for this area. Room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and made reservations for a pet friendly room to find out the next morning we were "apparently " not put in a pet friendly room and are going to be charged $100 extra so they could clean it. Nothing about the room was clean and they ripped me off. Go elsewhere.

Really nice place, great location. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean though it room has some greasy foot prints that may have been stained in the carpet. Good for pets as well.

Could not believe the high reviews of this place. We had 6 people in our party. The room was so dirty. We just finished a 10hr drive so didn't have the energy to change rooms. The cushions on the couch were stained and the pullout bed was broken! My back is killing me!

Good clean room fromt desck real friendly.

We were driving from Miami to MN with our 3 kids and ran out of steam. Pulled up at Quality Inn after reading awful reviews of some of the cheaper hotels in the area. The one issue was the rooms were more expensive than advertised on line. The desk told us we had to book online to get that price and the online sites wouldn't let us so late. Other than that we had a nice room upstairs. 2 beds, very cute and clean. Beds were ok, pillows nice. Very nice shower and coffee in the room. Quiet and family friendly. None of the scary seedy crowd of a cheap off the highway motel. The lobby is nice, tiniest little workout area and a nice little continental breakfast. Glad we found quality in and will definitely stay here again in our trips to Florida.

Simple Clean rooms nice efficient staff.

The hotel was very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was updated and clean. Nice roomy shower. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

This location was absolutely amazing! It was right off the highway — an easy stop for the night on our long journey. For the price, we had an adorable room with awesome water pressure in the shower and complimentary breakfast that was actually good. The customer service was incredible! Lakisha (at least that what's I think her name is) was so helpful during our check in late at night. And the morning staff were wonderful as well! Definitely recommend for anyone who needs a break from driving!

I recently shared the drive from Ft. Myers, Florida to St. Louis with my 90 year old parents. Lately they more often fly but my Dad had purchased a new pick-up so we planned a two-day trip north. My Mom and Dad had stayed at this motel when it was called "Roy Acuff" & my Dad even found an old receipt from a stay there. We booked ahead — Dad on the phone — & it was an easy process. Reviews were favorable. We called ahead to say we'd be arriving late due to traffic tie-up in Atlanta. No problem. Our rooms were exactly as we ordered — ground floor, correct bed size request. It was clean and quiet even though there were other rooms filled right next to our rooms. Dad noted the nice upgrade/updated looks of the place. The breakfast was fine. If you are picky about your eggs, eat at the nearby restaurant. I found plenty of choices, as did Mom and Dad. Manager was extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

We stayed here on the first night of our move to Colorado Springs. I have no complaints about the hotel. The suite was big and slept my family of 5 comfortably.
