They had bed bugs lights kept flickering and on top of it all rooms was not clean bed sheets was dirty and I became very sick after staying here!

This place was wonderful. Pet friendly, the cats loved it and so did I.

We have had an amazing stay at quality inn. They have gone out of their way to make our stay the best thank you Quality inn!

Clean, quiet and comfortable little place. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. We would certainly stay again and may in the future if we plan on visiting the Ranch.

Enjoyed our stay. The beds were pretty hard and hurt my back but other than that it was good. They have a good breakfast and it's only a few miles from Loretta Lynn's ranch.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of channels on the tv. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good coffee in the office and single serving brewer in the room. The inn seems older but the housekeeping staff does a good job. Free Wi-Fi and reasonable rates.

Easy access from interstate, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast in the a. M. Was really great. They explained the Choice reward program and sign up was easy. I have found my go to when Im back in the area. The price was reasonable.

Amazing hotel workers are all very professional rooms are comfortable very clean pets welcomed good places walking distance to eat overall had a wonderful stay.

Just what we needed. Stopped here on our way home. No advanced reservation. Comfortable large room with double beds. Good light breakfast. Room door locks were a little tricky to work. But I was told that they were being replaced today. The Log Cabin Restaurant is within walking distance and I recommend it. Try there homemade pies.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Book a room, double bed non smoking well in advance (at least 2 months! ) … called back multiple times to confirm reservations due to other individuals having issues with their confirmations. Each time I called, I had to book my room because they were not showing my reservations. Called two days prior to arriving and had to book AGAIN. Called within hours of arriving and they confirmed my room. Arrived at quality in Hurricane Mills to be told I had a single king bed, no children, no pets, Smoking room! By far the nastiest, smelliest room that one could possibly receive! I would rather sleep on the curb! And I feel that quality inn should pay me to do that. Lady at the front desk didn’t have a clue about being curtiois, professional, etc… she could care less when I explained the situation… she simply said “I don’t know what’s wrong with the people here”. My dog has better sleeping conditions than this hotel.

Very nice place. Extremely clean property. Breakfast was great & is included in price of room. Employees are very polite & friendly. Just what I expect of the South! Would be very happy to stay again. Loved the Country Music decor in lobby & especially seeing Queen of Country Music Loretta Lynn… my favorite.

Quality Inn at Hurricane Mills was lovely. Clean, great hot breakfast included and those two charming ladies Audrey & Kathryn were great!
