Floor was sticky. Sheets were stained. Charged my bank card $150 for smoke fee when no one smoked in the room even tho when we checked out they checked the room and told me my card wouldn’t be charged. Called them to tell them that charge had cleared and posted on my account and kept telling me they put it back on my card and that I needed to call my bank. Called my bank and they said they definitely took that money out so I had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE! the lady on the phone was less than helpful and was actually rude.

Stayed at this piece of CRAP MOTEL April 22nd-April 26th! Motel/Hotel was ROBBED last night and my son was held AT GUN POINT! Police was called.
Quality Inns' response to MY family, MY Son… " Hotel is booked. We can ONLY offer you one free night. " I don't want ANY free nights! I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again! The LEAST they could of did was COMP my stay! DO NOT EVER STAY AT QUALITY INN! They are ALL privately owned so corporate will push your issue back to the hotel!

I find that I typically do not require a room this close to my house. But I was pleasantly surprised then when I did need one at the rate, the friendly staff and clean rooms that were available. 70 bucks is not a bad price for a one night stay. I would recommend this room to anyone the pool is clean and ready to go also. A great experience and a great price.

Stayed here on a business trip. The room was clean, and check in was easy. Our main concern was the fact there was no smoke detector in the room. There was a hole for it and wires that were capped but no detector. Check out the lady covered her cell phone long enough to take our room keys and then got back on the phone. This hotel seems like they were renovating it and then just stopped.

Great breakfast, we've stayed here couple times a year for the past 10 years its the only place we stay if we're on that side of town while we're in chattanooga. Will stay again in Dec. Like aways.

Not a bad hotel. Room got mixed up (pricelines fault). Got up in the night and asked the guy at the front desk if I could get a pillow and he told me there we're none.

Room was clean and the breakfast was decent for a hotel hot breakfast. The staff was excellent and really helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Not only is the staff nice, they are thoughtful and mindful of guest needs. We love how clean and big the rooms are. Literally minutes from everything, including Buffalo Wind Wings Hixon. Keep up the great work and we will keep coming back!

Lovely hotel, rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was also very nice.

Room was clean. Light and exhaust fan came on at same time and was noisy. Elevator was broke had to use stairs, stairway was nasty all 3 days we were there, no one mop it. Carpet in hallway as you came up the front of hotel was coming up. Room was cheap and clean is the best I can say about it.

A little rough and half of everything was out of service but the room was fine and the free breakfast was good.

If you come to chatt, town t. N come to the quality in on Hixson pike that are real nice room and the owners are some of the best people I met they take care of the people who stay and work for them this is one of the best places to stay in Chattanooga Tennessee. Thanks for all the hospitality.

It's a good place but the owner man is not good person or sticks to his word…

There were only 2 things that were good about this place. Location and the breakfast. Side security doors didn't work, hairdryer didn't work, and the coffee machine didn't work, and when I turned off the air, which was on when I checked in, smelt like smoke. When I checked out they asked about it and were very rude. Also let me not forget the fact that elevator was broken; and some crazy dude was roaming the halls talking to himself and when I told the front desk they acted like I was the crazy one. I will never stay here again. They didn't even deserve a 1 star rating.

I would not recommend this hotel. The accommodations were lacking to say the least. No Elevator for one, So be prepared to hike stairs. Second breakfast was poor. Third front desk was clueless on certain things. My family and I will be back.

Friendly staff and decent rooms. Free breakfast could be better, but hey, it's free.

The room was great, 2 queen beds, breakfast was very good. Hotel was in great location by a local mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Ok for the price. The room was clean, but there was construction going on early in the morning that was very loud. Apparently there is no elevator either. Could be worse but I'd prefer better.

Made reservation online before seeing — big mistake. Lobby adequate, but when we walked into our room (#120) we were immediately assaulted by a strong mildew/mold odor. Since it was late, we decided to get used to it and suck it up. We also realized that the odor was coming from the old window air conditioner that had probably never been cleaned. We turned it off and sweltered all night, thinking about legionnaires disease and the effects of mold on health. At 4:30 am awakened by someone either coming or going through our thin, ill-fitting door, and couldn't get back to sleep for hours. We left a day earlier than necessary to find a decent hotel. This place does not provide a restful night, and in my opinion is a health hazard and should be shut down.

I have stayed here twice. The only real quality I have seen in the hotel is the breakfast area. Last time I stayed I was bitten by bedbugs. Avoid if possible.

Staff is friendly. Room smells as soon as you enter. Drawers are dirty and missing handles. Towels are ripped and stained. Bed was comfortable. Coffee pot missing the filter container.

I have stayed here for the past five years on and off for work when I'm in the area and have seen it gradually getting worst and worst. The rooms went from being clean and put together to the carpet peeling up and a musky damp smell and stains on the wall and don't bump the table in room 219 while sitting down its liable to colapse on ya. The staff is hit or miss like most. If it would be allowed to post pictures of the outside I would but the dumpsters have been overflowing for a week and there is a pile beside of it that is disgusting this will definitely be the last time I stay here.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, dirty and falling apart. It is obvious the owner has given up.

Confusion at check-in. This hotel does not have an elevator. I only saw one entrance/exit. Is this a fire hazard? Iron, but no ironing board. None working refrigerator. This hotel definitely needs an upgrade, asap! The breakfast was good.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was nice and the staff was friendly. The best part was it was quite. I don't like staying at a place where it is nice during the day and at night it's louder then a night club. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

More like quality ash tray. This hotel says smoke free but everything smells of smoke, our room, our sheets, and the hallways. Low quality but I was treated nicely at the front desk so I'll give them that.

Nice and quiet, beds are comfy. Not enough electrical outlets. Breakfast is good.

Very good staff, friendly and helpful. Rooms have been updated recently, very nice, comfort, good beds, no complaints on the room or facilities. The Breakfast is a disappointment, limit selection and freshness is a issue. The Coffee was undrinkable, machine needs cleaning and servicing. The price point is avg. For Chattanooga area. You would expect a better breakfast for the price of the room. The area is nice close to Northgate mall and good restaurant chooses. A quick drive to downtown. I will stay again and choose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, good breakfast choices.

The rooms are clean and fairly nice. The staff is friendly and the breakfast in the morning was quite good. The only complaint I have is the room had ants. The ants were mainly in the bathroom. I think the staff needs to do something about the ant problem. Overall it was a good experience.

We stayed in room 107. Very clean room, very friendly staff, pleasant experience. Will definitely stay again!

Everything was great for 1 night stay until I checked my bank card the next morning to find out THEY DOUBLE CHARGED me I called and the lady assured they have not an to check my bank. My bank confirmed I had been charged TWICE 189 for the second charge! The lady at the front desk proceeded to yell an get an attitude with me about it. Do not waste you're money they will take you're money!

Rooms were great but I couldn't get used to the beds.

Rooms are dirty, top sheet felt dirty, the breakfast isn't good, and or shower head leaks about a gallon every 10 minutes. What you'd expect for the price.

There was a big hole above the shower an a muskie smell every time you walk into the room had to keep the air going just to breath.

Absolutely my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit family in Tennessee! Great prices, free breakfast. Great experience overall. Cannot wait to stay here again.

I travel to hixson, tennessee every month. I always stay at the this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price of the room is very resonable plus you get a free hot breakfast and Wi-Fi usage. I always enjoy may stay at the the quality inn. The staff always treats me as though I am a good friend. You couldn't ask for a better group of people. My stay was excellent.

I came here for the fishing competition and stayed here the entire weekend. The staff is excellent, room came with fridge and microwave and a 32" flat screen TV. The bed was comfortable. Along with the amenities, there was FREE hot breakfast in the morning! Very good experience overall, will definitely stay here again if I am in town.

Werst hotel ever! The owner lives the with the family kids toys up and down the halls babysitter crying during the day my check out took 30 min longest check out record! I'm not joking. Oh all the juice and waffle batter is watered down don't waist your money.
