First room smells extremely musty and moldy. Switched to a different room and The only one that was available was on smoking floor. But the room we were in said no smoking. The drains ran poorly filled up the sink and tub a bit. Mirror was dirty. Bathroom did not appear to be clean. There was chocolate on the blanket meaning someone else had slept on it without it being washed. That man who brought me another blanket said They change them every 2 days. Thats gross and nasty. I would not recommend this place.
Mr. Huss and the Americas Best Value Inn in Franklin Tennessee is one of the worst hotels ever. The owner or manager whatever he is is the rudest person I've ever met he called my mother at 5 a. M. At her house and threatened to have me escorted out by the cops while I'm trying to sleep and then woke me up and then he just called me and said he didn't care that he woke me up at 5 a. M. And that he would not apologize because he did nothing wrong. The room was paid for and he had no right to call and have me threatened, thats is against the law. This is one of the worst hotels ever and Americas Best value. Inn should be ashamed to have their name on his building. He just called me and told me he didn't care that I had a complaint at all and there would be no $0.01 refund and then he doesn't care that he woke me up at 5 a. M. I just have nothing else to say in Americas Best value. Inn you just lost the traveler that travels a lot and stays at hotels and again this guy has many complaints all over the Internet. How a guy like Mr. Huss can have a job or business is unreal to me the way he treats people. I feel bad for his employees that have to put up with his nasty ignorant personality. He also told me that I was in the wrong for filing a complaint against him to the corporate American Best Value Inn because he did nothing wrong.
