The hotel was amazing, the breakfast as well, but the pool door looks early and there was no one at front desk. So we had to wait about five minutes for someone to come and unlock the door.

Ms dottie who cooks breakfest is wonderful and breakfest is very yummy.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast hot and fresh.

Nice rooms, was with a group, we had to leave early every morning before breakfast, the cook came in early so we could eat before we left, that was extremely different from most hotels.

So I just wanted to write this quick review, to say thank you to the wonderful & very helpful & most sweetest receptionist Natasha at this hotel. She’s a real sweetheart, & from my two weeks or so being here at this hotel… I just feel that she does a outstanding job. And with that being said, I believe this hotel deserves 5 stars and a half if that was possible due to this lady.

Been there 4 times now and every time it is a great stay. Staff is great, place is clean, breakfast is great. I will stay here again next time I am in Covington.

I have loved the accommodations here! Very spacious room, with a sitting area, microwave and fridge. The fitness center is 24 hours and breakfast is served in the morning.

Nice hotel but was told they had semi parking but they didn't. Ended up having to park on the street.

I travel A LOT. I seriously stay in hotels 10 months out of the year. I have YET to be greeted as kind as Mrs. Carol at the front desk. I had a very long day and nothing had been going quite right. Mrs. Carol was so pleasant. You can tell she loves what she does! She took the extra mile by searching for an authorization form I needed in order to check in. You just never know what a warm smile and positive attitude can do to someone! The room is very clean and comfortable. In fact, this is my first night here! I rarely write a review before I actually stay the night first, lol. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Thank you Mrs. Carol!

Pretty standard Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable. The fitness room could use some free weights, but that's my only complaint. There aren't many restaurants in Covington, but the hotel is close enough to most of them. Good place to stay if you're in town.

They are always really helpful and sweet. The rooms have been clean, breakfast well stocked, and everything was simple.

This was the first time in YEARS that I swam. The water was perfect and the pool clean with clean towels and chairs. The room was also clean and the beds just right for sleeping.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this location, and I checked out the reviews all week, and now I can add my own 2 cents to the equation. This hotel has been a great experience for me as I'm here enjoying my 28th vacation in 4 years. I didn't want to be downtown Memphis, and this location actually puts me close to relatives, and the church I visit periodically when I come to visit. I had the kingsize bedroom suite, and everything is/was clean, and accommodating just like the online pictures I saw. Great staff, breakfast was fulfilling and healthy, and the pool and gym was also accommodating to my needs for a quick cardio workout. Definitely plan to come back here.

This is the best hotel in the area where I travel in TN. The rooms are always clean and stocked. I have never had any issues in the years I have been staying here. The price is cheaper than the surrounding areas and the staff is so professional compared to other hotels in the area. It is my go-to hotel when I travel to TN.

This hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel. Well maintained. Still looks new in 2017. Complimentary breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. Our room had a desk and 2 queens. The shower was high pressure and had a great shower head. Most of all, the staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. Having compared the reviews of this hotel, to the others in the area, we were concerned about quality. If we return to the area, this will definitely be our choice.

This hotel has exceptionally comfortable mattresses and chairs. Breakfast and friendliness of both the kitchen staff and front desk staff is perfect. Housekeeping, on the other hand, leaves MUCH to be desired. Bed sheets are covered in hair between the sheets, which makes me think they may not be being laundered. Dust covers everything except countertop and sinks. Housekeeping brings out "fresh" towels and washcloths quite literally just thrown in heaps on their cart, not even folded. 5 stars for kitchen and front desk and overall comfort. But only one star for housekeeping. This was experienced in multiple rooms, not just a one time experience.

Really attentive and friendly staff. The facilities were nice and clean, and also quiet. Plus they serve cupcakes in the afternoon!

Really nice welcome and convenient location to where I was working. Room was clean and comfortable. Deducted one star because the breakfast was the usual nasty holiday inn Express rubbish. Undercooked turkey sausage and powdered egg.

It was great, big beds and very comfortable, they do need a place for smokers when it's 10 degrees outside side. To cold to have to go out!

The hotel was great the staff was easy to work with, all ways took care of any problem I had loved the laundry drop off have to stay weeks or months at a time.

The room was not clean at all. I found a hair on one of the pillows that was not mine because I had just turned down the bed for the night and the color didn't match mine. The room had an odor to it and when I closed the toilet seat, I saw what could only be a bunch of pubic hair between the lid and the tank of the toilet. As if that wasn't enough, when I went to get breakfast the first morning I was there, I heard the night person complaining about me to the day shift person, talking about how late I got in. Completely unprofessional to be talking about a guest at all, but in a public forum when you don't know if they're in the next room. I will not be staying here again and I would advise others to avoid this place.

After having reservation at a different hotel upon arrival they had a broken indoor pool and a terrible ordor then another we stopped at that looked awful we called here and not only did they give us a discount they remebered us upon arriving greeting us with homemade cookies, a fresh pot of coffee and sweet as pie friendly staff. Made a difficult day so much better. Clean rooms, comfortable beds & great pool. Loved our stay.
