Rooms smell like mildew. Bathroom is nasty. Place is a total craphole. Room nor bathroom wasn't cleaned. Woke up to 5 roaches. A/C doesn't work. Don't get a full sized pillow. If you have a choice between sleeping in your car or here. Sleep in your car.

Well after I booked our room for 5 night I decided to read the reviews, OMG I was horrified thinking what did I get myself into! So once we got here, me in my mom tore the room apart moving everything in flipping stuff upside down looking for the bugs almost everyone posted about, to our amazement we found nothing. Today is day four, and we still hadn't seen any bugs. When we checked in the gentlemen up at the desk was polite and very friendly. But we haven't had to speak with any one at the front desk sense. The maintenance man was very friendly as well as he stop and carried on a conversation as we was smoking out front. The only thing we found really upsetting is we tried to offer the house keeping bottled water; and was told there not allowed to take anything from the guest (so if the owner reads this, know your guest doesn't like or agree with this rule) but they were very friendly and polite as well. Now to the room itself, yes the room need to be painted and yes some spots in the floor seem weak, the internet does suck but that happens when u have so many people on the service at once… And sense we are from up north, we didn't care much for the cable network here. But it boils down to you get what you pay for 5 nights at 250.00. Yes if we was to come back to east ridge, we'd return too.

This inn is the epitome of trashy motels you see on TV. Furniture in room are most likely thrifted. Bath tub is brown and disgusting. The room smells like smoke or perhaps something stronger than that. The floor may had holes/dents and the carpet was sticky. The bed is descent and the Lights work (only good things here). Wish I read the reviews! If there is a 0.5 star that's my rating. Gosh the room smells really bad.

I will admit, this place is not much to look at, but God bless the staff, particularly the sweet ladies that do the housekeeping and the gentleman that does the maintenance. I am on some hard times right now and these sweet ladies checked up on me, brought me water for myself and my dog and cat when we had to stay in my van, and they even called in a family member who brought us food and water. The maintenance fellow led me over to a nearby gas station when my tire was flat and paid out to pump it up. Just kind, generous people all around, I'm very thankful.

It was the cheapest place for memorial weekend. I'm not a reviewer by nature but I want to make people aware of how bad this place is. First off the bathroom smelled of mold so bad it made you want to run away. There were telephone no. Written on the bathroom door. The floor was sunk about a inch with broken mismatched tiles that were very loose. The walls had holes in them both in the bathroom and the main part. My son saw a cockroach running behind the refrigerator. There were burn holes in the sheets. The air conditioner inside grill was totally gross it looked like a chicken pen. The mirror which was on the outside area of the bathroom had the silver backing corroded on it making the mirror look like spots all over it. What also was very annoying was they couldn't even replace a bad fluorescent bulb because it flickered so bad it was like a strobe light. Sat down in a chair and the arm fell off. Went to get coffee and the desk and sat down at a table put my coffee down and the table rocked so bad half of my coffee went all over the table. Never again! I would not even give this place a one star. If there was some place that we could have gone that night we would have. This place is disgusting!

See the pics for yourself! My wife and I were getting into bed and there were piss stains on the sheets from who knows how long ago!? Also a cigarette burn out Mark right in the sheet. This was after we had them move us to a different room because the first "non smoking room" smelled like Smokey the Bear's worst nightmare. The paint was sagging off the ceilings and walls. The bathroom sink was clogged up with black pubic hair. Cockroaches were all over the property and weird looking termite bugs were inside the rooms seemingly coming from the ancient wooden nightstands. The other people staying there all appeared to be low life drug dealers that talk to themselves and have most their teeth missing. We wish we would have believed the other reviews that this place is not worth any amount of savings and should be burned down.

Everytime I come here, I have never had bedbugs and I seen one roach, but never had a bad experience and they have a reasonable price, slept well and quiet area!

Good for the price and for just one night. If you're here for more than 2 nights then I'd recommend a different motel.

Worse hotel ever. Non-smoking rooms that smelled like an ashtray. Burned sheets and cover. Dirty linens, I bet they weren't changed in a long time. A/C didn't work. The best part was a big yellow stain and red stains on the sheets. Found bedbugs in the same bed. The fridge had mold inside. Loose outlets. The smoke detects battery was removed. That place should be closed down due to health and safety issues. There's more but those were the worse issues. I have pictures of everything.

Walked in the room and roaches were climbing on the wall. Staff had no other rooms available. I was also informed there might be a 14 day hold on my card. Very not good place, we left imeadently.

Front desk receptionist are rude, inconsiderate. They give false advertisement, they never have 39.99 rooms. Their floors are sink in, walls crumbling, bed bugs and cock roaches. If we didnt have to stay their we wouldnt have.

Outdated and dirty. Manager is rude and hateful and spies on guests. If anyone visits you there they have to check in and out at the front desk or else he will have their car towed and kick you out but keep your money. Breakfast and coffee are only available to guests staying less than a week. No ice machine and drink machine doesnt work. Wifi is good and housekeeping and maintenance were awesome though.

WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS! DON'T DO IT EVEN THOUGH THE PRICE IS RIGHT! This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in my life. I get that you get what you pay for, but this place should be closed down. Stayed here with my 2 nieces for a quick power nap on a cross country road trip and it was terrible. I contemplated getting back on the road but I had been driving for 12 hours and it wasn't safe. The room smelled like must and stale cigarettes. I killed probably 6 roaches before I gave the girls the ok to come in. We all slept for like 4 hours on top of the covers without using the dirty pillows. We left the TV and the lights on to keep the bugs away. Couldn't even take a rinse in the morning because there were dead bugs in the tub.

Upon entering our "non-smoking room" I couldn't help but notice how badly it reeked of cigarette smoke. Our white bed sheets had mysterious red stains on them. During our 4 night stay I killed roughly a dozen roaches in our room. Multiple nights we received phone calls in the middle of the night with nobody on the other end speaking. They messed up our reservations and gave me attitude when I explained this. I was staying here because I evacuated for Hurricane Irma but in all honesty I wish I would have stayed home.

Don't go here… It's not safe let alone clean… Floor feels like holes under rug… Door falling off bathroom… Counter falling apart with screws coming out for people to stab themselves with… And to top it all off the smoke alarm and all the other fixtures are coming off the walls… Did I mention the holes in the walls and ceiling…

Do not stay here! We got into our room and it reaked of smoke and mold. The celing was caving in due to water damage or something, dresser had a huge chip off of it and there were holes punched into the wall. Getting into the bathroom there is rust and mold and the toilet will randomly make this loud high pitched squealing noise every 5 minutes despite us not using the toilet. Didn't dare sleep under the covers and after 20 minutes we both decided to get the help out of there. Guy was nice enough about giving our money back. Ended up sleeping in our car at a gas station.

AWFUL service and management. Paid for two nights and got kicked out at 2 PM (with another night stay already paid for) just fine having my brother come visit our room… The MANAGER said if we didn't leave he would call the police. Very rude, and dirty rooms. They should be glad anyone wanted to stay there. A disgrace, and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

I was going to book a room here for my daughter but we found a better place for her to stay. Since I'm in Texas, I called to see if it was possible to use my credit card to pay for her room. They faxed me a form to fill out, which I did, and I sent it back. I expected to call them back after they got the paperwork to book the room. After I faxed the paperwork I began to have second thoughts because the lady that answered the phone on the three calls I had made was quite unfriendly. I didn't want my daughter to to be subjected to such a rude person. I called them back to ask them to destroy my information as my daughter was not going to be staying there and was informed that they keep the information on file for 60 days, then destroy it. I told him I didn't want them to keep my information on file. He was also quite rude and proceeded to tell me that he wasn't supposed to cancel the room (which I hadn't yet booked) and that it said on the website that you must cancel before 24 hours. I wouldn't trust this business for anything. I certainly hope that nothing happens with my information, especially considering the extreme lack of professionalism.

Never! Never stay in this place! Lice (or bedbugs) in the bed, bare the wires from the socket, the carpet was not cleaned for a long time, mould all over the bathroom… And a terrible smell, stinks all over the room…

I would give a negative star, if possible. The room was dirty, buggy and the toliet didn't work. We both ended up with bug bites from the bed.

Knats, stained bed sheets, stained walls, toilet not fastened to the floor, cable out, only 2 plugs works, fridge don't work. Asked for $ back and I was told NO! DON'T STAY HERE!

So me and my girl needed a place to stay but the whole town was booked up due too something in town. First of all the sign said rooms starting at 36.99 but they charged me 60 for a one bed room. First thing I see out side is some hookers but I let that slide cause I'm like well what ever. I get in the room and it smells like broken dreams and bad decisions. The fridge was broken full of mold and all the outlets were broken. My girl stabbed her foot on a nail sticking out of the floor. All the tiles were broken in the bathroom. Saw roaches On the walls. To say the least this place sucked major balls.

Had bug's tub leaked not very clean, but I got what I paid for, it was very late at night when we checked in being a supervisor of housekeeping I know now to look at the room before I pay just remember cheaper is not always better.

Dirty, and had roaches. Staff was very friendly though.

Good location, all restaurant's around. I got what I paid. Can't complain.
