If your looking for cheap and a good night rest. You will love the bed. But they have roaches. We did not eat or drink anything. The room is not clean.

Nice place. Room very clean and spacious. Clerk that greeted us was friendly. We were out around the back but no issues.

I’m a woman traveling alone with a dog and they put me in a room around the back facing a long defunct restaurant building that’s half falling down. As Im bringing my bags upstairs there’s an open door where a guy has apparently modified the room to make a cooking area-I could be wrong as I tried not to look too closely — may be nothing wrong with it but it just weirded me out. The carpet was torn and wallpaper pulling away by door but the worst thing was the odor of stale urine in the bathroom. Ugh. Luckily I had some sanitizer so I could wipe everything down but still. Stayed at an America’s best value inn last night for same price and was much more comfortable. Still, it’s right by the highway and the TV and Wi-Fi worked…

Clean rooms. Good price. No bugs. Awesome desk lady and housekeeping.

Superstay employees very courteous and nice rooms extremely clean and comfortable.

Shower nice, with hot water and message jet. Big screen TV in room. King bed great with matress topper, very comfy. Refrigerator and microwave in room, along with individual cup coffee maker. Hairdrier and iron and board. Quiet, even though across from travel center.

Clean. Safe quiet. Good for family. Reasonable prices.

Honestly I was really was not pleased. It was dirty, wall paper was come of the bathroom wall all walls wear dirty, nothing looked like it has been wiped down was scared to even us the Jacuzzi in the room that I paid extra for, there was water spots all over the mirrors, the rack for tawols was falling of the was… For $116.00 a night yeah I dont recommend this place those who look for cleanliness.

Service and rooms not so worse but located near a race track which causes a lot of noise a chance that the races end early so this hotel can do the job.

Could have better pillows and price is a little high for the low quality of the room but overall it was a good safe place to stay. It's right next to a McDonald's and gas station that are open 24 hours so I felt safe.

Stayed there because all the hotels between Pigeon Forge and Knoxville were booked. Room was set up was average. All the lamps worked and beds were clean. We smelled bleach coming from the bathroom (not too strong) when we walked in and a bottle of cleaner was left in the room which either by mistake it on pupose was great. Because even though the bathrooms were clean I could still sanitize before using the room. Guest services were friendly. I checked in at 6 6 am and my check out time was extended to the next day. Check in is at 12pm and check out is 11 am. The Continental Breakfast could have been better. It consisted of 2'a. 2 brands of cereals, 2 packaged pasteries, 2 coffee urns, 2 types of bread for toast and 2 types of juice. While there was nothing spectacular (it is a Super 8) the room was nice and clean. I had no problems with the housekeepers who gladly supplied me with extra towels. I'd stay there again.

I stayed there twice. The first time was good and the bed was comfortable in room 114 but the second time was bad room 110 wasn't stocked like room 114 and the bed was not comfortable at all plus the bathroom looked odd.

I really don't understand the negative review… It is not the best hotel ever, but it is pet friendly, clean, big bed and I don't know why, but we had a jacuzzi in the room. To travel and rest, this is a good hotel. And the receptionist was very nice.

Its not very clean. And for a non smoking room it smells like cigarette smoke. Found a dead bug on the floor by TV stand. Carpet has some stains. I won't ever stay here again. The outside look better than the inside. Better off staying either in Bristol or down in Morristown. But not here.

Decently average Super 8.62$ for a room in the middle of nowhere. Checkout's earlier than what we're used to (11).

Need I say more? ok, I will anyways. I stopped here cause I was exasuted after driving several hours. The manager who checked me in said that I should stay in a particular room that was "nicer. " This "nicer" room smelled funny, the sheets were not clean, and a napkin with blood on it fell out from one of the clean towels unraveled from the rack. When leaving, I stopped by the lobby to let the manager know about the filth and he made no effort to repair my bad experience. Avoid this place and avoid super 8.
