The ppl at the front desk was very friendly, especially the visitors, and the housekeeping were very helpful. I will always recommends my friends and family to try out they fresh morning delight of great morning breakfast. OMG the coffee YES! … the shower was so relaxing after jumping into the comfortable fuffly pillow top bedding. Also have a great day to lay back and watch your phenomenal thrilling TV shows and movies on a quite day of some great quality cable.

Very nice clean check in person was very polite and respectful the only negative I could give is Parking limited some what. But There is a Street in Back that has limited Traffic on it so if in a Big Truck or similar Check before parking on it Breakfast was Normal of all the. Comfort Inns Will definitely stay again in in area.

Not sure what hotel these people stayed at that gave higher ratings, but this place had dirty sheets (brown and red stains on comforter, yellow stains on pillow case, yellow stains on "clean" towels), bugs on carpet and in bed (some dead, some alive) and an overwhelming smell of marijuana that covered the entire 2nd floor and the elevator. Some staff were polite yes but that doesnt make up for dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, dirty pool, lack of cleaning and the overwhelming smell where you dont even want to get ice, use elevator or even be in the hotel that you paid for. If there was availability at other hotels we would have left within 2 hours of our first night). I stay at hotels couple times a year and this is by far the worst I have had to stay at. Big disappointment! Not worth the money!

It’s a nice clean hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good. The rooms are great, very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Complementary breakfast, not a lot of choices but wasn't too bad. We left an item, they called as soon as they found it. Then held it for us to have someone pick it up. The staff was very nice. The pool is on the back side of the hotel.

WOW, What a great place to stay. This is the BEST Hotel we have been to in a very long time. Amy at the front desk was friendly and helpful and the rooms and public areas were all very clean and well kept. This location was undergoing some upgrades but they were very helpful to keep the noise and dust under control. Even when some guest were loud and unruly the staff quickly handle them and had everything under control. Jodi kept the breakfast area clean and well stock and all the outstanding food items were hot and fresh. The blueberry waffles are to die for. This is a have to stop off when traveling though the area again for us.

Very good place to stay and you can bring your cat or dog just the $15 de charges a little bit much cuz they don't do nothing all you they let you do is keep your pet there so tell me what is the $15 a day for.

The employees were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was great! It was very clean and well made. I would highly recommend this location and all of the staff there.

Sub standard rooms and nearly no house keeping services. Very unhappy with my time there. I'm stayed in worse though not by much.

In town for a couple of days. Hotel location was homey and had several restaurants within walking distance. Never had to drive very far for other needs such as shopping and gasoline. Hotel staff were friendly upon check in, during the stay, and upon checkout. Hotel room was very clean, spacious, well lit and secure. The room had a refrigerator and microwave which was very convenient. Bathroom was supplied well. I will stay here anytime I’m in the area.

This place is amazing. Everyone here has made us feel like family. I would highly recommend this hotel. Everytime we come to Atoka we stay here. We bring our dog with us and they treated her like family too. Thank you From Jacksonville Florida.

The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and highly responsive to your needs to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend the Atoka, TN Comfort Inn to my friends.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was as you would expect. Just an older hotel with an exercise room out of order and not up to the standards of what I would consider their competitors. Again, very friendly people working there but not enough to make up for cold showers and just kind of a dirty feeling in general there.

We got charged double, with NO notice or warning that we would be charged extra for the last night we stayed. I was told by the GM that Corp does that for "Holiday weekends" without notifying anyone (to include the staff at the hotel). I should have been told! To add insult to injury; there were hairs on the towels and wash rags and dust layers on everything. Since I was a housekeeper for a hotel, it's hard to walk into a room and NOT immediately see what should have been cleaned and wasn't. I recommend caution before staying here anywhere close to a "Holiday" they will double charge you and blame it on Corp… all because they want you to pay for someone else's room for the night.

Pretty decent hotel. Staff very nice and professional. Lobby, hall, elevators and rooms were clean. The room smelled very fresh. The only problems I had were the walls had spill stains and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

I stay in comfort inn's often (choice member) I usually give these a 4 or 5 stars for a over all rating but had to give this 2 stars for one reason, the Fitness Center is awful. Why use old treadmills and elliptical where a guest could hurt themselves on? Surprised I didnt tear a acl this morning. Other than that everything else was fine.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. It was not only very affordable, but the hotel was clean, nice and they were even in the middle of renovations. The hotel staff was superb. We've never stayed anywhere where all 3 shifts were friendly and very helpful. The desk clerk who checked us in was amazing during our stay. I wish I had remembered her name. We will definitely stay at this location again when in town. Great job y'all.

The hotel was very accommodating and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very nice. Was very impressed with what we got for the price. We have stayed in much worse hotels for more money. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

This is a bitter sweet day for us. Every where we go we meet wonderful people and we get attached. Thank you Ms. Peggy McCoy and Ms. Tonya Gross Kenney and all the staff at the Comfort Inn for making our stay a great experience. Y'all made us feel right at home. We're truly gonna miss each and every one y'all. We have made some really good friends for life. We'll definitely be back one day.

Hotel was fairly clean and staff was very friendly. Great breakfast! However, the a/c in our room kept kicking on and off every few seconds. We (Me, Wife, 2 small kids) tolerated it as long as we could before asking for a different room. Despite claims and a sign of being a 100% smoke free hotel, the second room they gave us on the 3rd floor smelled horribly of stale cigarette smoke. This was unacceptable so we were then moved to the second floor to our 3rd room for the night. That room also smelled like smoke, but we tolerated it. While the staff was very kind and helpful, I don't feel it was right we were charged full price after moving all of our luggage and kids 2 times. Not a horrible place, but management has a lot of room for improvement.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and the staff was completely amazing. The rooms were clean. We would def stay here again. Great price for the service we got.

The service was really good as well as the breakfast. The room and bathroom was clean and really neat. The only thing I didn't like was that there were marks on one of the walls and the table chairs in there had a few stains, but overall it was a great experience.

Fraudulent! I was charged for two extra nights and the hotel and corporate refuses to refund me! They charged my card WITHOUT my authorization and it gets better folks… to a different room! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! stealing money! Having my lawyers involved with a hotel like this is just ridiculous.

Pretty nice rooms and good staff. Breakfast was ok. The machines did not work in the exercise room.

Nice staff. Overall this hotel is utilitarian. The breakfast was not good. Fake eggs. It's not a bad hotel, but it does not hold a candle to its brand competitors (holiday inn express, Fairfield inn, etc). To be fair, we experience NO problems. But for the price ($95 total), it didn't live up to expectations.

Comfort Inn Atoka. Room was not ready when I arrived at check in. We had to wait about 20 minutes for employees to find us a suite that we reserved. The room was way smaller than expected for a suite and a lot smaller than the pics online. There was no ice machine on the third floor. The employees were very nice. I think that I could've gotten more for my money.

Had to pay 2 days worth because I checked in at 7 am and checked out at 3. I paid over 200 for less than 6 hours for the room.

No complimentary upgragrades at this hotel no matter what level membership you have. Breakfast was sub par with a less than average hot breakfast using a few crockpots to hold biscuits gravy and egg substitute. Guest services walked into my room unannounced to inform me that my TV was too loud. (sorry no free downgrades on TV volume).

Rooms clean staff. Very friendly. Breafast was tasty.

The rooms are clean, there is no smoke smell, the staff is great, always like my stay there in atoka tn.

Horrible. They charged my card THREE times for ONE room. Had to run back to the desk THREE times because the keys didn't work. Not sure we will ever go there again. Not worth the stress. And NOT worth THREE times the rate… not even close.

A special thank you to Jackie at the Atoka TN Comfort Inn. We were in Atoka to take care of our home and she was kind and helpful during a time of great stress for our family. My husband, David, teased her the whole time we were there and she took it with a grain of salt. Kudos to Comfort Inn and to Jackie!
