Stayed in the Jacuzzi room 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Definitely will return.

Very nice folks at the desk… Convenient location… Other than the minor construction, it was a lovely stay… Will stay again on next visit.

We had a great time. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was O. K. Would we come back? Yes!

Came into town unexpectly due to a death in the family, the management and front desk staff were awesome and had great hospitality, breakfast was great and the room very comfortable, there were also restaurants within walking distance and delivery was available as well, will definitely stay again when in town, hopefully on better circumstances.

Checked in on a Sun — Wed stay. Got there Sunday night, no problems, but that didn't last long. Clean, fairly updated, but it did smell like cigarette smoke, especially at the entrance by the pool. Close to alot of food and not far from anything we wanted to do. We were mostly satisfied, except all exercise equipment was broken, and there were only 3 pieces of equipment at that. On Monday, we get a call that they needed to switch out furniture in the room. Assuming it was the chair, we agreed. We were out all day to return to our room door being propped open and workers and staff in and out. It was chaotic to say the least, not to mention, everyone on the hall's doors were open with people in and out. Head boards and a large desk were gone from the room and our things moved. As I walked down the hall they were knocking on other guests' doors, amd one stated they couldn't come in because his wife was showering. It was ridiculous. We stayed that night and put the privacy card on the knob. The next day we ventured out, only to come back to find a housekeeper cleaning our room, with the door wide open again, new headboards, new entertainment center, no desk, and lamps and trash from behind the furniture all over the floor. We were LIVID. Went to the front and complained only received a refund for that night. The manager woman went around with us that the privacy sign wasn't on the door and she was the one that went in, yet it was on the door when we left and returned.

Days inn for the price it’s comfortable king size bed comfortable plenty of parking they have a pool that looked so inviting the biggest issue it was always closed. When I checked in was advised it’s being cleaned which it was but then it stayed closed the whole time. The room itself comfortable king size bed large bathroom, I was also outside walking around in the area felt safe and comfortable. Breakfast is a small area 3 tables, but the breakfast itself was good they had the usual buffet hot and cold.

Fitness center is not a full fitness center. Broken elliptical and treadmill machines, only an exercise bike. No weights or any exercise machines. Breakfast is not good. Had to buy my own breakfast because of the lack of options and quality. Eggs (or omelettes as they called them) were premade and needed to be microwaved. Hotel smells like cigarettes. Booked a non-smoking room but they only had smoking rooms when I showed up. I was on a business trip and my clothes smelled of smoke when I arrived back home. I am not a smoker so it really bothered me. Outdoor pool was closed even though the temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. Quality of the hotel was poor. The only good thing was that there was a microwave and fridge in the room.

I have no idea how this place had such bad ratings. 95% of all the bad reviews were not in any control of this business. This place was safe, clean, well lit, plenty of parking. I had a great experience. People whined about it, then the remodeling they did to fix things to make it better, and then they whined about that. People just want to hear themselves whine to have an audience. Snowflakes need to get a grip on reality and be a consumer, not a critic.

Buckle up, buckaroos and prepare to read a lengthy message about how dope this place is and what I think about some past Reviews. The beds were extremely comfortable and I wish I could have taken it home with me. There was a choice between thick and thin pillows and let me tell you, I like my women like I like my pillows ya naw what I mean? Thicker than a bowl of oatmeal. Tv was great and had a wonderful picture and the Wi-Fi was awesome. The room was so clean it puts my Mama's house to shame (Sorry, Mama). I appreciated that after 10:00pm the front doors were locked and only available to open for guests. Sorry, Crack head Jerry you ain't welcome after 10:00 bro. The staff was super friendly and I put them on my Christmas card list. I had read many reviews prior to staying here and to put it nicely. Y'all be trippin'. Any kind of 1 star review was weak in their explanation as to why their stay was so awful. Oh, the toilet wasnt tall enough for you, Karen? Well we might as well burn the whole hotel down to the ground. Oh, Kevin your Smoking room made your clothes smell like smoke? *Gasp*. These people who left these bad reviews broke their Petty button by viciously smashing it till the veins in their foreheads burst open and then have the audacity to complain about it being the Staffs fault. It was a lovely stay and I would stay here again and again and yall need to get nitpicking every little thing.

Updated, clean, spacious. Did kill one roach. I don't want to exaggerate. Fellow guests also kept us up with T. V. Blaring.

Run down hotel. When booking with Expedia, Priceline, etc, you may save 5 bucks or so, but they will give the worst rooms on the first floor. The smell inside the room was unbearable nauseous. I requested another room and they denied me. Horrible stay.

It's a place where you can take your family everybody's nice and friendly they're very clean housekeepers are awesome the breakfast buffet I would gave 100%Good Job ❤

My experience this time was disappointing. Some of the staff was pleasant. Others I think the manager was not. First night TV didn't work properly. Reported. It. They gave us 2 remotes. One to turn it off and the other to change the channels. No problem with that. 2nd night channels were not available. They were available the 1st night. Like I said this time staying here was disappointing.

This was a comfortable room and the staff was great. We wanted a non-smoking room but they were sold out. They did get us a nice room and did everything in their power to get rid of the smokey smell.

This is the worst hotel in Greenville. The on duty Mgr. Falu Patel is in professional and down right nasty. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in. I asked her to refund my money after they took my money and afterwards said they don’t have a room, her comment was “I deal with you people” all the time.

Stayed their for New Years weekend. We were in the handicap room, directly when you walk in. It had bed bugs and they wouldn't refund our money. The lady told me to bring a doctor's note to prove it. Breakfast selection wasn't good. Night clerk's had an attitude as well.

Very friendly and accomdating staff, we had a jetted suite which was enjoyable. Clean room and premises but let me tell you about the breakfast. I'm from the Florida area where hospitality industries is a serious monopoly upon moving here I couldn't believe breakfast was some sunny d Luke warm coffee and a pre packaged Danish. So not the case at this location. I was blown away. Oatmeal and not packets actual oatmeal, cheese omelets, yogurt, fruit, waffles, toast, muffins and nothing was prepackaged. Hot coffee and choice of juice. Way to go guys! Awesome Stay and start of a wonderful New Year!

The room was clean. Bed inspected, no bedbugs. Decent clean mattress. Bureau chest drawers were broken. Tv cable was fixed right away. I'm a light smoker and stayed in a non smoker room which smelled clean but there's no covered outdoor smoking area with seating benches. Buts everywhere up front by front entrance. It's a nasty habit but they should be more accommodating. Price was $60. A night on sale.

Decent hotel, clean and safe. A bit run down but the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good clean rooms. But I particularly like the veggies and herbs garden in front of the hotel! Peppers, eggplants, greens, tea leaves… etc. Beautiful and practical.

NASTY DO NOT GO YOU WILL GET SCABIESI gave it one only because 0 was not a option. I was there and by the end of the night had bumps all over my body so I went to the doctors and caught scabies. I talked to the owner which was so rude and unprofessional. I'm definitely calling dhec and I'm going to sue. In 2 days this left me scars all over my body.

It was a very happy, yet quiet place. They had very polite and professional employees. The rooms were comfortable and I'd say I'd go again.

The people were real nice. The room was very nice, clean, and well kept. The bed was a little harder than I like but slept good. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Lock was broken but the lady at the desk was super nice and accommodating for us. The room itself was pretty standard. The bed was fine, and the shower had good water pressure. The building looked like it was going under some renovations so it didn't look so good. Overall the pros and cons balanced out to be an average stay for one night.

Rooms are truely renovated. Clean no problems at all. The smell was good and my room and bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was clean, affordable, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. My stay was unplanned and she got me everything I needed — toothpaste, etc.

Average staff is sour no greeting or smiles they are zombie like rooms are clean have hot breakfast which is good.

Decent parking, decent Wi-Fi, rooms kinda suck. Stains on furniture, some light fixtures don't work, office chair is old and about to fall apart. There is no sound isolation between floors and walls. Floors are uneven for some reason? Curtains don't block light well.

Decent for the price I suppose. Can't really complain. The manager was the sweetest though for sure.

My fiance and I stayed there over a month on a weekly rate. The 2nd week we stayed there the manager went up on the rate. After the 5th week we stayed there the manager tells us no more weekly rates so we had to move elsewhere. The breakfast isn't all that great. Police always were there because of drug trafficing going on in this hotel. ALWAYS noisey.

This has to be the worst hotel it was noisy. The staff and the owner was unfreindly it was very nasty there is dirt outside by the front door, the breakfast was awful. L would never stay at this hotel again, there was a loud knocking for two nights I complained to staff and I was greeted by a very ruled staff. That told me I needed to find out where it was coming from. I do not recommend this hotel.

Met up with the girl. Got hammered. Drove to a days inn. The lady hooked us up with a room with a king bed! Unfortunately, no jacuzzi in this room. But aside from that, great night. Would definitely go again.

Never emptied outside trash the few days we were there. Dryer was broken and had been for a while per a maintenance worker after spending 10 dollars in quarters to dry clothes and had to use hair dryer to dry clothes — they never put up sign. Breakfast was not near what the other days inn hotels offer. Room was ok and clean, was the only plus. Going back again this year to the area, but definitely won't stay there again!
