Complete Trash! Janet at the desk tried to charge a 100 dollar fee for a GUIDE DOG! Upon educating her of the federal laws she proceeded to snicker and say how she didn’t care. She also tried demanding and ESA ID, IDs are of no legal standing, and a business may only ask two questions. Furthermore classifying a task trained service animal as an ESA is completely disrespectful. She was shown question 12 and 17 of the ADA federal laws, she proceeded to not care and say we were not welcome with the guide dog!

My four day stay was great. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. Great hospitality. Will definitely stay again on future visits to South Carolina.

My husband and I were here for four nights and really enjoyed this Best Western. The rooms were spotless & the beds were so comfortable! The front desk staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful. We will be staying at this hotel for future family visits. Thank you for providing us weary travelers with a great experience & hotel stay!

Came to Charleston to shop for back to school and treat kids to the waterpark near by. Great price, friendly staff, food was ok. We noticed a roach on the wall by the bed and killed it. No problem, it happens with people coming and going. But the next morning another roach was on our shopping bags. While packing up my husband noticed alot of tiny white buvs crawling all over the night stand. We gathered our things, packed up the car and I went to check out. The desk clerk was told and she was like ok what room because I don't like bugs either. Normally a hotel will go out of their way to make a customer happy. They did nothing, said nothing, not even say we apologize. The hotel was nice, appeared clean but we won't stay there again.

Had to find a room quickly. Giving it 3 stars only because the girl at the front desk was amazing when I checked in and was exstreamly helpful. The room itself was smelly and dirty. The refrigerator had a drink and food left from the guest before. The coffee maker supplies had sticky red stuff all over them. Makes me wonder if my sheets were clean. Housekeeping needs a big improvement.

Best value that I could find in the area that had interior rooms and breakfast. Great location that was close enough to Charleston but far enough away from congested areas so that we could relax at night. Very smooth check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Obvious that the staff took pride in their work. Most comfortable beds that I have ever had in a hotel. When I visit Charleston again, I will not have a problem booking again at this location.

The room was exactly as the pictures showed it would be, everything was very clean. The bed was a nice bed, but the mattress was extremely hard. The breakfast in Friday morning was very good and plentiful had lots to choose from. Saturday morning was a different story there were biscuits out that felt as if they were taken from the refrigerator cops as ice and stone hard. We had to ask for fresh ones and they were brought out 8 at a time and there were at least 25+ people there. The selection also was not like the day before. If breakfast is included you should get breakfast especially if you are paying $135+ for your room.

Awesome hotel! Very nice staff! Good location. Nice pool. The room was super clean, very very nice extremely comfortable queen beds with 4 nice pillows on each bed, sanitized clean remote for TV in a velvet pouch, large nice 42 inch HD TV on the wall, plenty of TV channels including HBO, nice bathroom, lots of towels, microwave, refrigerator, hangers for clothes, hair dryer, very nice shower with hot hot water and great pressure, ac kept room nice and cool, no complaints at all. 5 stars.

Awesome hotel! Couldn't be happier. Very nice staff. Very clean hotel. We had 2 queen beds that were extremely comfortable and a very nice wall mounted 42 inch HDTV. The breakfast was great also! Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely stay there again. It truly was one of the nicest hotels I have ever experienced. Thanks for a pleasant night.

Our stay at the Best Western Magnolia/Ladson location was a breath of fresh air in regards to hotel lodging! We travel with hotel accommodations at least ten days a month… I had started to become accustomed to the constant let downs in regards to "all of the above no-no's" of hotel lodging, but NOT here! The staff is amazing and courteous, just what you want to experience after coming in off the road. Comfort and cleanliness is top notch (cleanest room I believe I've ever stayed in), and the location, amenities and price were ideal for our travels. I made it a point to let them know at checkout what an amazing job they were doing!

Was a nice hotel and would stay again. The only down side was the beds to me were very hard. I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so they caused pain in my hip and back. Breakfast was good and staff was pleasant.

I stay here at least once a month. I do several days for my birthday and Christmas as well. The bed is super comfortable. The entire hotel is spotless clean. The breakfast is amazing. Although it is close to the highway as other reviews complained about, I have never heard any traffic in my room. And if you are lucky you will meet Lizzy or Janet. They make this place feel like home. I'll keep coming back as long as they will have me :)

Absolutely amazing hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfy. Definitely designed around having a vacation but giving the space to do work in case you need to. The staff is the definition of southern hospitality. Since the moment we arrived they have been kind and welcoming. If you are coming to the Charleston area definitely stay here.

My husband & I agree, very good place to stay. Reasonable rates, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great (hot grits, gravy, eggs, sausage & tater tots), sweets & bread goods, fruit, cereal etc. Plenty of attention being paid to the breakfast area. Convenient to Hwy 26. The air unit has the continuous fan setting that we like for outside noise cancelling. The pool was semi-covered & a good size. The room decor was updated & clean. We highly recommend.

It was so loud it felt like my bed was in the intersection… I would ask that your room, if you stay here is at the opposite end of the hotel away from the intersection… It may help the noise.

I was surprised at how nice this place is considering the price. It's a little out of the way but the rooms were nice, the staff was friendly and they offer free breakfast.

This hotel is a great place to stay! The staff is super friendly, especially Janet! The hotel was super clean and smell so good (air freshener). The rooms were nice with a refrigerator and microwave. We had plenty of room to move around. We will definitely be back to stay!

Another review? Seriously? This is the fourth one. I'm spending more time reviewing the same stuff over and over than I did staying at hotel. Anyway, the hotel is fine, no problems.

The location was just off a major highway but was tickled in a small spot which was nice for noise control. We stayed four days and had wonderful service and the rooms were kept very clean. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi included. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this Motel. You couldn't ask for a nicer staff. The rooms and service were perfect.

Nice clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good breakfast. TV broken. Complained twice. They promised to be fixed but wasn’t. A little over priced with no restaurants in the area that you could walk to. If you are unfamiliar with the area you have to drive around to find a place to eat.

The manager Lizzie was knowledgeable and professional. The breakfast was delicious. The food was freshly cooked with a variety of options. Service was friendly. Stocked with a variety of freshly cooked food. I was impressed with all aspects of this BWM.

Hotel was very quiet. It was clean, smelled nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here. This was our second time.

Really liked our stay here. Had a room on the ground floor which was very clean and smelled great. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. The only thing that would cause me to think twice about staying here again is the "no concealable weapons" sign on the front door. Concealed weapon permit holders will face a dilemma here. I don't feel it is wise to leave a handgun in one's vehicle overnight.

This is a very nice, solid 3 star hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bed are comfortable, and the bathroom is fairly large. The complementary breakfast is simple but OK. The pool is small and is partially covered. Also, the hotel is next to the highway and a very busy road. Though you don't hear regular traffic, you will hear someone with a loud car or motorcycle. Also, the location is quite a drive from historic Charleston so keep that in mind.

It was a fine room. Very spacious but had poor climate controls that made it very difficult to keep the room at a decent temperature. Breakfast was okay. There were lots of options compared to some other hotels. Hotel is fairly close to Charleston for ease of access to those areas.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have to tip my hat to the maintenance guy because the facilities are very well-maintained. When I come back down to South Carolina, I will stay here again!

Brought my daughter to Charleston for the first time and stayed at one of the cleanest, friendliest places I've stayed at in a long time. I would recommend it to everyone. We have had a blast this weekend.

Decent place, fixtures in bathroom need replaced. Shower head had crust, sink drained slowly. Room smelled musty. However, staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent value. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious. Room was nice with comfy beds. Air conditioner was hard to regulate and hotel had slight musty odor.

Clean, great staff, good location. I would defiantly recommend the BW Magnolia Inn to anyone traveling to Charleston/Summerville. The only negative was that their free breakfast left a lot to be desired.

Attend a workshop on 5/21/2016. Spent the day using a conference room. Very near and tidy, clean. The restrooms were close by our room, Staff was very kind and helpful. This was my second time at Magnolia Inn.

We stayed just one night at the Best Western Magnolia Inn And Suites. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff friendly. The room was sufficient, not great, not poor. We had a double bed room with flat screen TV, mini-fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. They have a very nice complimentary breakfast that is a full breakfast, not continental style which is a nice bonus and the food was good. Although it is unlikely that we will visit the area again, if we do we would likely stay there again.

Fairly Not Great Great rooms if you like the smell of lysol and butt hole. Under construction with constant banging on walls. Toilet clogged by somebody before we arrived and not taken care of. Just "cleaned" before we arrived! Great new TV with a terrible connection to cable. Completely lost connection to the cable eventually.

Rude staff. Not very ckean. Suffice it to stay. Never again.

Enjoyed our stay at Best Western Magnolia Inn and Suites. The room was much more spacious than anticipated, and the staff was very accommodating. There was one small issue with our room, but we informed the manager while we left to go shopping in Charleston, and it was taken care of by the time we got back. Very professional and efficient. Thanks for a great stay.

I would NOT recommend staying at the hotel. The lady at the front desk is racist and has the WORST attitude I have EVER seen. They will charge your card for hundreds of dollars for no reason and when you ask why, they will talk to you like crap. Very disrespectful people. Never will I stay there again.

WORST HOTEL EVER! My daughter in the snow storm with her two babies had no power and called to get a room She ended up stranded beside the road 21 yrs old and do you know these jerks (EVEN UNDER STATE OF EMERGENCY) charged her 99.00?! These people are gougers and should be ASHAMED.

Room smelled like old food. Room was very unclean. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
