We're owners and have never regretted our purchase. Hilton Head, Charleston, Beaufort, Savannah — some of our favorite places in the world.

This lazy river was one of the best parts of this resort. It had the best current and the water was warm. The rest of the pool area was nice but the hot tub wasn’t working. Rooms were good! Wish it was a little closer to the beach but the walk was short.

I only previewed this property on Hilton Head Island as part of a timeshare presentation. It was beautiful. Fishing actually available on site. Beautiful pool and great kiddie water area. The only downside is it is not oceanfront or view.

We stayed in a 3 BR/2BA with another couple and 4 kids. The room would have been great except for this strange sliding door between the room with a king bed and a room with a queen bed. It didn't allow for any privacy. The map provided by the resort showed a 3rd pool but it belonged to another community, not Coral Sands. The amenities were great but I wish the pools were open till 11, not 10.

Beautiful and quiet community. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The condo was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the amenities are great! Great location near shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and easy access to the beach. The only thing that could make it better is if it were beachfront (which would probably be one with a much steeper price). We really enjoyed our stay here!

I really enjoyed my weekend here. I looked up this resort on TripAdvisor and the suites looked so dated and old. Well to my surprise our suites were in the new building. We stayed in suites 401 and 402. The suites were elegant and modern. The pictures don't do the rooms justice. Granite counters, stainless steel refrigerator. The bathrooms had double sinks. I had a huge dresser for my clothes. Dining and living room. The big plus was the washer and dryer! We didn't make it to the two pools but they looked very nice. I will definitely be visiting Coral Sands Resort in the near future.

Very nice pool. Member's only. The staff are very helpful here, and very polite. I service this pool as well. They have a mini bar available if you're in to that sort of thing!

Don't waste your money or time, we had a horrible experience with coral reef resorts.

Nice facility, very spacious, good location, good parking. Our only bad experience was with resort concierge service. Two bad (Dot and Roth Ann) however Brenda Stone went above and beyond a true professional.

Clean, nice condos. Great pool areas. Be mindful if you do the sales pitch for extra discounts. Check BBB and TripAdvisor for pitfalls. Also beach is a short drive or bike ride but parking pass provided.

My husband and I honeymooned here at this resort our unit was nice and spacious with a outdoor deck and a equipped kitchen and plenty of parking we enjoyed the pool which was walking distance to our unit! One thing we wanted to let people know is you have to check in at Coral Sams resort to get your key and thought that would be helpful! Also loved that it is behind Shipyard plantation a golf and biking and tennis location we felt very safe and loved that we had to show our tag to the guard when we came in and loved having the tag to park for the beach at their private area it was a enjoyable and memorable experience and we will definitely tell others!

Picture is outside our patio; I've seen a ton of pictures on the net so no wasting space on that. We had a 3 bedroom and it was nicely kept and clean. The grounds were well kept and the resort is located near beach access with a 10 minute walk if you are healthy. We had a beach buggy loaded and had no issues. There is a free shuttle with the driver working for tips which we used to go shopping. He picked us up right outside our building. Two pools made it great for the kids and the location is awesome with grocery, shops, restaurants all in walking distance. After a week we only moved the car 4 times! WE WILL BE BACK and recommend to anyone.

We loved this resort from the lazy river to the proximity to the beach! Condos were clean, well appointed and huge! The grills were added plus and the resort was a lovely vacation spot. Rent bikes! Go off the beaten path for food and AVOID THE RESORT'S RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATIONS!

Check in was easy but need to get past an annoyance afterward when they hit you with a timeshare meeting sales pitch. After getting past that, we were very pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room. Looks to be just a few years old and the room was clean and we'll maintained. The pool is fantastic and kids just loved it. Location is great and close to tons of food and shopping and a short walk over to the beach. We did have one issue when we checked in and front desk was fantastic and took care of us ASAP. I think we found our new Hilton Head spot.

My two sisters and I had a great time… we like the idea of being so close to everything… the small shops were reasonable… the daily activities were well planned… the rooms were well stocked clean and fresh the parking lot was spacious… we will stay at Coral Reef again and recommend to retiree…

We stayed for a week vacation. Great pool. Very family oriented. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Great location. Very nice condo with all amenities. I would definitely come back again.

Coral Sands has easy access from the road. The people are gracious and the rooms are superior. It is literally a quick jog to the beach and there is a nearby grocery store and several restaurants. This is a no-stress vacation place.

Great resort. Clean. Plenty of pools including a heated one and a couple of hot tubs. Decent gym space and reasonable activities on site. Probably more appropriate to give the 4.5 stars due to staff being a little lackluster… not rude just not proactive in serving. All in a great place to stay.

Very nice resort. Our unit's decor could have been updated but honestly we weren't there enough to notice. Very comfortable and within walking distance to the beach. Awesome!

Efficient, pressure free check in process was excellent. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. Maintenance responded immediately for our minor repair request. Love this resort!

Three bedroom, three bath, with a kitchen, and a living room. There was some chipped paint and a few of the floor tiles were loose in one of the bathrooms. We also had to run the dishes through the dishwasher before using them (they didn't look completely clean). However, other than that, it was fairly well kept up. The kitchen utensils were in good condition; nothing was bent or broken. The master bedroom on the second floor had a sauna (for those that enjoy that). The beds were very comfortable. The pool and sauna were half a minute walk away (and heated — — nice for off-season). We were also a brief drive from the beach. Overall, it was a nice stay. It wasn't ritzy or fancy, but that wasn't what we were looking for.

Great location. We stayed in the newly renovated one bedroom and loved it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. The gym was comfortable but needs fans. And the activity room was large and accommodating for ping pong, air hockey, foosball and a variety of crafts and board games.

Very nice & clean property. Pool area nice but not heated. Room clean & comfortable. However the mattress made my back hurt. Lucky to golf twice but had pain. If you had a large group you should bring a power strip or two to charge up your devices. Coffee pot uses round filters but ours still had the reusable filter. Easy walk to Coligny Beach & nearby restaurants. Bi-Lo grocery next door! They are pet friendly now. Wish we knew that beforehand, we would've brought or pooch. Don't know what the weight limit is though. Area & restaurants not crowded this time of year.

In 3 bedroom. Room very well maintained. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Friendly and very helpful staff. Resort amenities and activities top notch. Pool area is focus of resort. Lazy River is just fun for all. You can bring your children to this one.

The Coral Sands resort, 3 bedroom 2 bath, we stayed in was nice except for these things: the queen beds provided a less than quality sleep. Everyone woke up with sore backs all week. While the resort provided a blanket to use to try to help, it did not work. The staff shared the beds were recently purchased and if so the quality of mattress is poor. That response elicits no intent to repair anytime soon. Due to this issue alone we rated the place below average. Sleep is so important. Bed mattress quality is number one of importance to me. The kitchen supplies are minimal. The bowls are very small. The knives dull. Need utensil and kitchen item updates. The furnishings need updates. The flooring was in good shape. The hair dryer is awesome. close to restaurants and grocery stores. The setting and grounds and location are lovely. The bike trails are wonderful. If no mattress queen beds issues, I would rate a 4 star. Otherwise, I am being kind to rate it a 3 star due to the bed situation.

This resort is nice for the price. The lazy river pool was a hit with the kids and the adults in the group enjoyed it as well. I liked that the resort was not crowded at all. The pool closest to our room was empty. We pretty much enjoyed it exclusively. You can bike/walk to the beach and supermarket (BI-Lo) and pretty much everywhere else. On the weekend the staff goes home so there is no entertainment. I didn't like that. Otherwise good for the fam.
