Nice and clean place to stay.

Very dirty rooms… breakfast at 6:30 am didn't start till we asked then door was opened by unfriendly employee.

I would not recommend this hotel. Our room was filthy. People’s pubic hairs everywhere… and when we took off the sheets to help the cleaning people there were a ton of pee marks all over the bed protector. It was disgusting… We woke up hoping we could have the hot breakfast they promised and we were told they didn’t have it. They told us “tomorrow”… other people in the lobby were just as upset as we were… I usually never leave a bad review but we were very upset with our visit here.

Highly recommended. Courteous staff. Clean rooms. Reasonable rates Decent coffee. Delicious hot breakfast.

I’m not sure what was going on the night of our stay, but we were put in the room right next to the lobby and dining. The TV was so loud, and there was so much noise through the night. My husband and I were up by 3am with our toddler, shortly after our oldest woke up asking what all the noise was. We decided to hit the road and left around 5/5:30. It definitely was a rough go the next day, but the few hours we were there were miserable.

Very clean, friendly — convenient to 95

Staff is warm and friendly,. The rooms were spacious and clean. The king size bed was amazing! Everything was clean and organized!

I called them ahead of time and ask them if the indoor pool was heated and the hot tub is working they said yes I got there and none of it was working and I was with my six-year-old daughter why I haven’t seen in three weeks and she was so excited to go swimming the pool was 61° we could not go swimming hotels. Com refunded me for the night but if it’s not fixed again for my second night they’re going to refund me again I am very upset about the hotel.

As a last minute stop due to heavy storms — I thought this place was ideal. The breakfast was varied and eatable too.

The hotel has been totally renovated. So sorry for those who stayed during the renovation, and dust. But stop by to see us now.

The room we were in were newly renovated and remodeled, they looked spectacular. The colors popped. Very modernized and the bed was amazing. I slept like a baby. If I could you would get 10 stars. Best experience. Loved my stay.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at this location. Easy access just off the interstate. Received complimentary upgrade to a newly renovated suite which was beautiful. They are currently renovating the breakfast area so the temporary room is very cramped with only 3 small tables accommodating just 2 per table but once the reno is done it will be lovely. Staff was very friendly.

Inadequate parking. Breakfast lounge was only open during breakfast unlike better HIEs thus limiting the 24-hour free beverage choice as promised by HIE agent and use of the lounge for relaxation. HIE agent said facility was 4 miles or 8 minutes from I-95 when it is beside the southbound exit ramp. Far too many trash dumpsters in plain view of the hotel entrance. Only one towel hook in the bathroom. No USB charging ports in the room. No foot pedals on lounge trash cans. Omelets looked dry. Beverage stirring sticks were not individually wrapped and unsanitary.

Great stay with an awesome helpful staff. Remodeled rooms with modern furniture and new beds. Right now parking is tight with the storage units in place for the remodel but I had no problem. The convenient store right outside the entrance is a huge plus as the have a Subway and ice cream shop on the inside. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Got tired of driving all day and needed a place to stay for the night so we just took the next exit off the highway and found this place around 10pm. The young lady working the counter (I think her name was Briana) when we walked in did everything she could to make sure we were comfortable with staying there. And she was working again the next morning when we checked out at 10am and made sure we had some coffee for the road.

Not the best. Low water pressure. Had to move. Then running children above us all night. Rooms were clean breakfast good.

Great stay! Close to the interstate and very clean. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds and an indoor heated pool. Worth the $$

Very clean, very friendly staff. Not a whole lot around the area, but the gas station convenience store makes pizza and subway. Close to the highway. Good place to stay.

Very clean. Nice friendly staff. Standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast was good. My only two concerns are: 1) Super thin, cheap, rough toilet paper. If it costs 1/2 the price but is half as thick, we'll use twice as much. Spend the extra 30 cent and give us a little comfort. 2) My mattress felt like granite; no give whatsoever. While we were there they were renovating so hopefully they will have new mattresses soon.

What a dump! Check in to a nice staff person and a mediocre lobby. Use the bathroom in my room only to discover the toilet is leaking around the bottom, has mold around it and the bathroom tiles are lifting off the floor due to the longevity of the issue. The managers only answer is we can give you extra towels to put on the floor. How about since we are full and no hotels in the area are available, we will waive the cancellation fee. We checked out due to mold danger and the unsanitary condition of the room.

Nice staff, only was there for a few hours because I showed up late. Clean rooms and bathrooms were nice. Breakfast was good.

It was a good distance from Hilton head, but I liked the building and the beds. The breakfast was good although they didn't have the juice machine working which was a bummer but oh well.

Older room. Needs new flooring, very creeky. Bed was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast wasn't that great but would stay again in a pinch.

At the time we stayed they had remodelings and we were never told, so a lot of noise and the other guests very disrespectful, didn't like me.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I was an employee for over a year at this location and left on good terms due to better opportunities. I called to get a room for the whole weekend and they tried charging me double for the room. The reservations lady even had the nerve to argue with me about the price I was quoted from two different employees. Very disappointed. Will not stay here and will not refer anyone to this location.

We had a first floor room. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. We could hear the people walking upstairs and the train whistle going by, but it was time to wake up anyway.

The hotel was very clean but has thin walls. We could hear every word the TV was saying in the room next to us. The Wi-Fi was great along with the staff. Excellent breakfast and pool area! The hotel is under construction, but everyone was very nice and helpful.

Last minute stop but they had a room and the price was good. Nice breakfast setup for the morning.

When we pulled up to visit a friend the parking spots were filled and there was no vallet. Walking into the reception room, there wasn't anyone at the front desk and people loitering around. The amenities were either out of order (bathroom) or locked/closed hours before the official closing time (pool, spa, gym). Two stars instead of one because the floors and walls were clean, so maintenance staff is doing good.

Awesome stay. Great customer service… We will be back.

After being stuck in traffic we decided to search a place to stop. We found this holiday inn express and suites. We had our 2 year old daughter so our first choice was a suite with a separate room. We called this establishment and were connected with another person to take the reservation. We were told the suite had a separate room, so we booked it. Upon arrival it was hard to find bc the entrance is not a road but a parking lot of a gas station and the hotel is behind. We were greeted sincerely and got to our room. It was not a suite with a separate room and after a long day of travel it was disheartening. We tried to get it sorted but were told this was their suite. We were going to try an find something else but didn't feel they would be willing to let us leave without charging us for the room we didn't want. So we made the best of it. It "appeared" clean but I'm not confident it was. And with a little one it makes you more paranoid. We didn't feel safe with the amount of people that were coming and going from the gas station, it was a popular area right off the highway. I don't think I'd ever stay there again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either. Just not what we expected and felt obligated to stay bc we had little choice. We will be following up with holiday inn I am sure. Thanks but no thanks.

The staff and facilities were outstanding. However the so called “Hot breakfast” was Awful. It opened at 630 and we went down at 645. The biscuits were hard as rocks and the gravy was so watery that it looked like they forgot to cook it. The sausage was rubbery and the omelets we tough. I didn’t expect a 4 star meal but this was sad beings it was only 15 mins into the opening. So we threw away our plates. Checked out and went down the road to a better meal.

Nice hotel, we were there for a XC meet. Team loved the free apples. Very nice and quality service. Only downfall is there aren't a lot of nice restaurants close by.

The place is clean and comfortable. The clock in our room was broken and no replacement was available. That seemed a little surprising. The breakfast area was very crowded, with not enough tables for all those wanting to eat, while there was an adjacent lounge area which was empty almost all the time. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was great in a reasonable sense. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was well stocked and clean. Breakfast was as good or better than expected. Pool was fun and hot tub was functional. Lobby had snacks available to take. Love and trust holiday inn's and this one held up.

We were trying to get to Savannah when Hurricane Irma was upon us. We got the last room and were very thankful. The hotel staff hosted us for 3 nights and I must say they were amazing. Breakfast was great even though they were full to the brim. I am a Holiday Inn customer for life now, wow.

We were blessed to get a room here as half the state of Florida has evacuated hurricane Irma. The staff seems to be in high spirits despite the extra stress and they have all been very pleasant. The indoor pool is nice and the rooms are cozy and feel up to date, and they do accept pets (the extra pet fee was waved for us due to evacuations). The internet has been a bit difficult, but with 100% occupancy, it's expected. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a comfy place while traveling.

Good services and they offer bed bath and body works toiletries. Breakfast was good, a lot to choose from. Good place to spent the night on the road not expensive.

Only stayed one night, got last room. Room was very cold but clean. TV was complicated never did figure it out. Was happy with room, service and employees. But the breakfast was terrible! Eggs and sausage were ice cold. I would stay again but eat at waffle house. For the price the food should be edible!?

The hotel was very nice and clean. Stopped in for one night to rest, while passing through. The staff was amazingly friendly. The room was huge and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was nice. It had something for everyone.

We arrived at 4am after hours of being on the road on our way to FL. Staff was friendly and we were promptly given a room. Everything was very clean. I was pleased with the bathroom amenities — bath and body works shampoo, conditioner, and lotions. Makeup remover and soaps. Our room had a keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! Quiet other than a train that passes by but it's not too loud, you can hear it in the distance. I have zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast and clean rooms, supplies, etc. No surprises — great service, supplies, etc. — — including warning about nearby train for which they offered complimentary ear plugs. (Didn't seem that loud to me when it went by while awake and didn't hear anything when sleeping).

Staff 1/5 Area 1/5 Nothing to do in this area, have to drive roughly 30 mins towards Hilton head for anything. Mind you this hotel is situated behind a gas station immediately off of 95. I find this to be unsafe to park as you have random travelers stopping to get gas and check ins. Staff: we were unable to check in as the staff told us that because the room was booked by my boyfriends sister she had to absolutely be here for the check in, not any other holiday inn has done this to us. Both front desk clerks were entirely moody and not helpful in any way.

Absolutely amazing experience! Kelly helped us out a lot when we arrived at the hotel at almost 1am. She got us right into a run and made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend for anyone passing through! Thank you Kelly! :)

Pet friendly. Clean & comfortable. Didn't enjoy THEEE false fire alarms starting at 1:00AM. Double charged for pet fee. Have stayed here before on drive to FL. Will probably stay again.

The hotel is somewhat isolated, given its I-95 location. The lobby front door opens to the rear of a filling station, complete with trash dumpster. Other than a Subway at the filling station, there are no food venues nearby… certainly not within walking distance. The hotel staff was best described as "brusque and impersonal" at check-in. To add insult to injury, they overcharged me, based on the published price on their mobile app. The room was ok, but the Kleenex dispenser was empty, the in-room coffee had not been restocked and the bathtub was dirty. Believe it or not, the Wi-Fi password was one of those letter/number combinations which reads as an obscene phrase. The morning breakfast didn't begin until 7am. I was on the road by then, so I can't comment on it. Ok, I'm normally a low maintenance guy… not much of a complainer, and I know some of this stuff may sound petty. However, when you put it all together, it points to a sloppy operation. I sent my comments to Customer Feedback on their mobile app and got a prompt reply, an apology, and a promise to refund the overcharge. That was 2 weeks ago, still no check, I got a very "snippy" response from the hotel manager… she had some attitude problems. All in all it was not a good experience. If you are running up and down the I-95 corridor in this area, there are MANY better choices.
