Bed bugs found in two different rooms while I was working at Lancaster area, bed bugs ate me! Ending at clinic that was the biggest problem I brought them home, ending throwing away my bed and couch set and bed clothing this happened over a year ago, just wanted to leave a feedback about this hotel, really one of my worsts experiences in my life traveling.

Verry nice ppl and well kept place.

Good service and clean for a motel. Room was at the back… didnt like that part as it seemed less secure and kind of bad element on the less open side of motel. People seemed a bit shady and smelled pot in area where our room was.

I’m visiting from south Texas and literally everybody else in this town was nice except for the front desk lady. She was beyond rude to me and my family (three children) I checked out and moved to Quality Inn the next day. She even had her cousins in the front desk being rude to me as well when I asked for a pool towel that she refused to give me because I was wet.

Checked in around 2, said they had to be notified about whether we can get in the pool, didn't get to get in til later that evening, the next morning was ready to get in the pool the gate was locked, she called my room and said she would open the pool up 30 mins before time and it was almost my check out time and we stayed a little over the time and was threatened like we was random folks off the streets, the lady name was Jennette her attitude is messed up and she better be glad I have changed my life.

Great customer service and plenty of locations to eat at neaby. Rooms are clean.

The sheets were damp. The floor was damp. The room smelled like cat pee. The front desk clerk was rude. Never again.

Comfortable room, reasonable rates. Nice place to spend down time. Close to many things (Food, Walmart, spirits…) I would stay again.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. But this last time is our last. We had to pay a deposit for the key's. Went to get that back but the girl up there didn't do her job right and called us liers. Asked to look at tapes from Friday when we checked in clealy saw what my husband and I said word for word. Don't trust no one. Cause she was the lieing one. She probably put in her pocket to cover her own a**.

BedBug infested! Instead of giving a refund after being bitten and finding bed bugs they offered yet another bed bug infested room!

Nice for price, bathroom lil dirty, breakfast wad ok… not bad @ all.

They have bed bugs I have been bitten on my back forhead and neck it’s not worth it they need to fix the problem asap.

2 beds 2 people smoking. Plenty of ash trays. The maids apparently don't do a very detailed job of cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. There was trash around the beds that were from previous guests. The shower and tub was dingy and had hair on the shower walls from previous guests also.

Even though got my money back the next day for the room that I didn't stay in, is because it had bed bugs and I had to sho them that. Took pictures the day before. So I went straight to the spots.

It was a great room and great service for a great price. Definitely going back.

Pros: lady who checked us in was very nice. Cons: everything. Room was disgusting. Their cleaning consists of making the bed. Linens seemed clean. Floors were still littered with paper and beer bottle lids. Bathroom was full of hair. Ironing board had a blood stain the size of a nectarine. Iron didn't even work correctly, leaked water profusely. The handle in the shower for balance falls off the wall just by being touched. Manager was rude over a smoke detector battery change (then put a dead battery in the smoke detector so we got to hear the chirp all night). Holes in the walls and the bathroom floor tile was crumbling apart. Overall: Literally the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in. But at least the staff (minus the manager) was polite. Would recommend sleeping in your car before considering this place for a night. Or you could stay anywhere else in Lancaster and don't trust the positive reviews of this place.

If I can give this — 5 stars I would! Beds were infested with bed bugs got bit on my stomach and noticed it at night. Paid for 2 night and they only gave me money back for 1! They don't clean there bathrooms either! When I got there. There was smudges of dirt everywhere dirty shower with other people's hair and just dirt everywhere. Never again.

Do not recommend this place at all… Ac unit never stayed on… room did not cool below 77 degrees. Also asked for non smoking and that's what they gave me until I noticed the switches and smoke detector… "if your going to paint over smoke make sure to change the fixtures" cleanliness was at an all time low. And to top everything I found dead bedbugs on the mattress. I usually don't mind small things when traveling. But this was the mother load of horrible experience.

Worst I have ever stayed in. Well 1st of all I ask for ground level my husband is disabled with a broken back with a cage thats holding his spine together, and the bones in his foot and ankle are deteriorating. It's hard for him to go up and down stairs. Well low and behold were on the 2nd floor. Get to our room and the air conditioning didn't work in the room. The kind lady at the front desk found us another room, I paid for 2 queen beds, and ended up with a king bed and it's hard for husband and I to sleep together with his disabilities. Get to 2nd room the floor is soaking wet from the air conditioning leaking on it, it smells of cat urine, the end tables looked and felt like they hadn't been wiped down in a couple weeks, under the microwave was very dirty, the bed spread had some kind of WHITE SUBSTANCESUBSTANCE all over it. When I woke up, my head was so clogged from the smell of cats. I go to the front desk in the morning, all the desk clerk could say is I'm sorry. Then some gentleman walks through a side door, the clerk tells him about the situation and he has nothing to say! Never refunded the difference between the 2 queen beds & the 1 queen.

Pros: Very comfortable bed, large shower (could have used more cleaning), Large King suite, many restaurants and shopping close by, staff was nice, manager very helpful Cons: Tile cracked in bathroom floor, DIRTY FRIDGE (have pics to prove, had hair, dirt and spilled food and bevarages inside), laundry isn't 24/7, stated 40 inch TV — did not look 40 inches, no movie channels (not a big deal but worth mentioning), one pillowcase did not look like it was replaced after last checkout (had a large oily stain) Cleaned room myself. AC worked fine. Slept gr8. Just a few hangups.

It was great just wish they had a ice machine on the 2nd floor.

The receptionist was extremely rude. When I made my reservation I put that I would have a total of 5 guest. They gave us one wash cloth. Then got mad when we asked for extra. They lost power due to a storm. Which I understand wasn't their fault. I asked for a partial refund they said "no because it was a act of god".

In need of updating and improvements. There were visible spider webs in the ceiling corners. The floors were cracked with visible stains throughout the bathroom and grooming area.

The room was of a very high quality. Comfortable bed. Nice furniture. Clean linens. Very satisfied with everything except the Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Really nice rooms at a reasonable price! Rooms are very clean and odor free! Enjoyed my stay!

The free breakfast was good.

The owner was so worried about me smoking in his non smoking room I will never stay here again. That's why hotels need gm and managers at them and not owners clearly this hotel has neither one and it's middle of May and the pool is not even open and looks nasty.

They accept aaa, but when checking in they refused my aaa card. They gave me a 1 bed with whirlpool, the only room left? they didn't turn whirlpool on, so I got the room cheaper. But they refused my aaa membership. The room stank, the pool had dirty rain water running into it,, the rainspouts did not direct the flow of rain away from the pool. This to me was a health issue. All the vending machines had a locked fence around them. The girl at office was not at all friendly on check in. If I had to do it over again would not stay there. For brkft. The eggs were like rubber, the sausage was terrible. I checked the rates when I got home, and I got ripped off with the charges.
