Spent an excellent stay the night before my wedding and post. Great service the room was spacious and clean including staff was accommodating! Highly recommended if you’re in town are passing by.

We were here for family reunion past weekend, we had several rooms. We enjoyed our stay because the rooms were very clean. Our children's had a great time at the pool. Internet was fast. The manager and staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. My family will definitely return next year.

Very Very clean. Loved the place. Wood floors, modern furniture. Clean pool. Lobby smelled so good. Staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are very clean the property is well taken care of however I had to give 3 stars only because the front desk receptionist was very rude.

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms and comfortable bed. Would stay here again although its a quite a distance off of 95.

Really enjoyed our visit. The owner was amazingly friend and very knowledgeable about the area. The lobby was gorgeous and smelled amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the waffle maker. Our room was very clean, and had a nice look. It made our trip to hippie fest 2018 ten times better. Highly recommend staying here.

I am the employee that was working when the Guest who has given the hotel bad review below, accusing the owner Nina about not having breakfast ready at 7am. Annette Archie came to the lobby at 7am to check out and instead of going out the breakfast bar she went to drinks and chip bar and grabbed the chips marked for sale as she was leaving the office. She later called front desk to get mangers name to write a false review about Nina and the breakfast story to cover up her own theft. Thank you.

Never stay here! The owner “Nina” checked in around 11:00 PM I was tired and hungry from driving eight hours. I asked Nina what time complementary breakfast would be available. Nina‘s response was 7 AM until 9 AM at 7:15 AM the next morning I go in the office to turn my key in and to have breakfast only to find the owner sitting in the chair for guest with her legs crossed two young ladies behind the counter obviously training no breakfast no coffee nothing. I ask where is breakfast she said oh it will be ready in a little while I had a business meeting and did not have time to wait so as I’m walking out the door there is a box with small bags of potato chips it cost $. 35 at the grocery store. I thought well I’ll take a bag of bees to hold me over until after the meeting since there’s no breakfast. As I go to take a bag she says “those are one dollar “ I turned and looked at her and said really I paid $100 for this hotel for one night less than 8 1/2 hours you have no breakfast available that should have already been cooked and out for your guest, but you want to charge me a dollar for a bag of $. 35 chips? The two young ladies behind the counter was as shocked as I was when she said 1.00 for the chips. Nina being an owner or manager you lead by example I wonder what she would’ve said to the ladies she’s training if they had the same attitude to her guest that she has?

If I could give more than 5 ⭐'s I would. Owner was super pleasant and keeps her lobby nicely decorated and fragrant as if it was her own living room. Rooms have been recently renovated and are clean and spacious. Location was super convenient! I would love to stay here again the next time we come through.

Not one to complain. Me and my family come there every year for Thanksgiving and are usually pleased but this visit sucked. The toilet backed up and instead of getting someone to help the OWNER didn't get anyone to help instead she gave me the plunger to do myself. And the next day my Father believed he left his medication and again SHE refused to help. I had to beg here to call the early supervisor to see if anything was lost. Very unhappy with this visit and not sure of coming back next year.

Check in at a good time. The lady at the counter might be on break.

Our Company is doing Plumbing for FEMA, the homes that were destroyed from the Hurricanes and floods. Every time we come to Lake City we stay at this Days Inn and this hotel only. Great staff, Nina and Jamie were very Accommodating and friendly. Very clean and up to date rooms! Owner of said property was great and accommodated us with some of our Material versus leaving it in the back of my Truck. Kudos to all the Staff here. Thank you Jim.

Wonderful Hotel near Florence South Carolina not too far from Myrtle Beach outdoor pool and breakfast.

The room was clean, and the property was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly, would definitely stay again. The only downside is there weren't many options for breakfast.

The room was great and the staff was nice. The owner was very disrespectful to the employees and also the guests. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again.

It's a glorified Motel! It smells wonderful in the lobby and the decor is beautiful. Rooms are updated and very pretty. There's only 3 places to lodge in the small town of Lake City. And I'm happy I chose this one.

Was in the area and needed a cheap place to stay won't be going back. They never gave us breakfast and never did a wake up call like we asked and to top it off the room they gave us was loaded with flies. Not very attractive to a guest visiting from out of state. Will spend the extra money next time for a nicer and cleaner room else where next time I visit South Carolina.

Stayed there for my son's wedding. Staff were very friendly, room was clean ans well maintained. TV with Directv and Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again anytime.

Room was clean. Knob on shower broke, light above sink flickering, hole in chair and the vinyl walls in the bathroom were poorly and randomly nailed on with the heads painted white to try and blend in. It didn't look like they were sealed so I expect a decent mold problem down the road. Owner had a terrible attitude which didn't help. She went in our room immediately after we left for the day even though a do not disturb sign was up. Then said she called the police because she said she smelled drugs. Terrible experience and do not recommend. Certainly not worth the money.

Good luck getting any sleep in the morning! They have a shortage of towels! They need every available towel, so they can wash them in the morning. Keep the door latch on the door because they will come in unannounced. Sorry, won't be coming back!

The room I was in was nice clean no bugs nice people and a good looking clerk.

Horribly rude afternoon staff was very unaccommodating … we asked for extra towelsat 830pm she told us we had to wait until 7am. Another day we asked for toilet paper she made a smart remark about why we didn't ask for it when house keeping was cleaning the room. The breakfast was horrible. There was water leaking in our bathroom down the wall from the cieling. Not child friendly either the kids were playing in the back of an empty parking lot and she called them obnoxious and said they were in the way… mind you it was an empty parking lot and they were playing in the last 2 spaces of the parking lot. WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE… pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Our rescue group drove to Lake City from Florida to assist in the relief efforts due to the "1000 year storms" in South Carolina. After we checked out the owner, Mina, a tyrant of a woman, phoned our director calling her a liar stating we had a dog in the room. We most certainly did not have a dog in the room. Mina said she was going to charge our group extra for lying. Our director stated she would challenge any extra charges. Mina said cameras were in place. Our director asked to see the video. Then our director asked her what color was the dog, how many dogs were there — — basically challenging Mina's incredible inaccuracy, Mina slammed down the phone. What kind of person does this? An ignorant, paranoid bully. Mina was humiliating her housekeeping staff right in the lobby when we came to check out. One girl was almost in tears. If Mina had concerns about anything she should have been polite and simply asked us, her customers, to clear up her concerns. Calling people liars when you are a liar yourself is despicable. If Mina had a video she should have viewed it before accusing. Mina needs to take a course in people skills and then seek the help of an analyst. She makes Days Inn overall look bad.

NOTHING! I mean absolutely nothing… they sold me a room where someone had pissed in the bed… (Soaking wet) They moved me to another room and the door didn't lock… I had to sleep with the tables and couch behind the door… they moved me again… I only got a 20$ discount… I'm from Mississippi and sad to say but never never seen nothing like this… This place need to b shut down forever… I asked for the owner and the ladies at the front desk said (u will never see the owner) … Thank you TERRY for your help and service. You were great… LAKE CITY INN U GETS A 0… I SHOULD. Get me a lawyer… think I will do that…

The manager is horrible. She is very rude and inconsiderate. I came into town for a funeral and she showed no compassion that I was having problems with my reservation. She was very ignorant and continued to disconnect the phone on me. To top it all off I tried calling Corporate to make a complaint and how convenient I sat on hold for 40 min only to be hung up on. Substandard customer service at its best. I would suggest you stay ANYWHERE other than this place… ANYWHERE.

Enjoyed our stay this past weekend for the Bikers Roundup. Mostly had dealings with Shaquna Singletary who was pleasant and very helpful in all we needed. Overall Staff was good. Appreciate the Hospitality. Icsc ia.

My stay at the Lake City Days Inn in S. C. Was lack luster at best. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant The room did look nice and clean on the surface so that was a plus. However, I went to take a shower and the nozzle was broken to the point you could not adjust the water temp. Then once I got out and reached for a towel… The towel rack fell off the wall. The "Safety Bar" in the shower was not connected to anything so it also just fell right out. The "Comp" breakfast they offer you is mediocre. But what do you expect for "free" I guess. I went for a swim and there were at least 20 dead bugs floating in the overflow trap. I was disgusted because I discovered this after my swim; which means this bug water was in my mouth. Would I reccomend this hotel to anyone. Hell no!

The staff was wonderful. They helped us with whatever we needed, making sure we had extra towels. They were even kind enough to open the pool which was perfectly clean, I will have to say a bit on the small side, but great for kids to swim and adults that just want to gather some sun light but not be hot. The rooms were a good size for a family of 4 and the rooms were clean and freshly made. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have to stop in this city. -clean rooms -helpful staff -great price -decent breakfast.

Unpleasant an then the staff is trying to charge my company 250 for one man smoking an e-cig in the room this is bullshit.

After seeing the other hotels in Lake city, I knew this one was the best place to stay. I asked to see the room before hand due to getting a room at a near by hotel and it was horrible. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and showed me a room with no hesitation. It was well worth it. I stayed for a week and they gave me a good rate. They have fridges and micro in the rooms, so that was great with me staying an extended amount of time. They also have free breakfast. I was happy about that, since being on the road a lot, it saves me money. The staff was very helpful and nice and the hotel was clean and smelled great. I will most def be coming back when im back in town.

Room stinks. No office. Stuck at a motel without what I need.

Stayed for one night, the rooms were fairly clean! But o my God, the bed felt as tho I was sleeping on the side walk outside! As far as service and price they are great! If you want to be comfortable this is not the place.

That place should be blown up. I was suppose to say here form Oct. 6th to Oct. 10th 2010, but I knew something was wrong when their were no cars in the parking lot. The rooms smelled, the bed linen and towels were so bad that that we went to Wal-mart to get linen and towels and two shower mats. We stayed one night because I had my Elderly parents with me. I left that place at 1130 Wedensday night to find a hotel in Florence 36 miles away because the Wi-fi didnt work so I could not get on line. TRUST ME dont be decived by the pictures you see.

This is just to remind me to stay here nice ppl got me a new room when the frist was not to clean food was very good.

The pool wasn't open, but we didn't need it. They were cleaning the carpets on the top floor when we arrived, but we dropped our luggage anyway and left. When we returned, they didn't leave the a/c on as we had asked. But it didn't take long to cool it down. The fridge froze our pop it worked so well. Beds were hard as rocks, but we were tired. Didn't eat breakfast, so couldn't tell you about that.
