Room was great. Nice room and clean facilty.

My GMA stays thaer the don't like me taking care of her some yimes my gpa works the oner made me leev an I wound up going back an now they told my GMA that I can't step outside the room the oners are not nice to there customers an they always have the police sitting in office an at the parking lot next to the red roof it's a real problums you never no what's going to happen not to Minchin the tub is peaking they have black mold an they have voice recorders in radio an voice an video recorders in TV.

The rep in the front was nice and helpful and the rooms are really nice.

It's in a pretty good location. The rooms could use a little improvement. Also the breakfast was horrible.

Sheets looked & smelt used (not fresh cleaned) microwave took 15 minutes to heat a up a 4 min frozen kid meal. TV channels not all there. Some channels have sound but no picture. Bottom line Do Better or lower rates.

Decent for the price. The remodeling of the place looks well done. However, it still feels old. The service is great and the staff is kind.

It was a nice place. Had to unplug the refrigerator for noise. Didn't get wake up call I requested. Checkout was painless.

Should do price line more business We stay a mile away for 44 a night 51 so money makes a deal for most travels Trying to stay an extra day couldn't do it here but price line people you're still in Greenwood.

Some rooms are still being renovated so there was furniture outside and it did get in the way of the rooms at times. I have stayed at this location three times and each time was better than the last! Staff is friendly (can be annoying at times when they make an attempt to clean your room even though the door is locked). Other than a few minor issues The Red Roof Inn is definitely my "go to" for motel rooms. Beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is decent. Overall the rooms are very clean.

Today my fiancé and I walked into the lobby and turned in soiled towels because we were headed out for a while, the lobby receptionist asked if we needed clean towels dropped off in our room, we said yes, we elected to rent a room for a couple of days that allows smoking, upon our return we discovered the ashtray moved and cleaned, we only asked that our linens get replaced by clean ones NOT room service people lurking and stealing things that DO NOT belong to them… this Inn has dishonest people on the staff working, taking things that DO NOT BELONG TO THEM… DO NOT Patrionize this business, your personal belongings are not safe. There are lurkers working here.

It's clean and quiet and I felt right at home when I stayed there.

The service was really quite nice, along with the internet that's provided there. Strong signal on the Wi-Fi, nicely kept rooms with plenty of extra linens. Overall a good experience.

False Advertisement on this hotel. No private bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Slept like a king!

Clean, comfortable beds. The breakfast was really good and everyone was super friendly. Highly recommended coming here.

A rather dated building they filled in the pool they don't turn the air conditioner on before you arrive but the desk manager was nice.

Really helpful staff. Let us park our bike by the office due to recent thefts in the area. Pets stay free.

This place is disgusting. Bodily fluids on the wall, condom tucked behind furniture and lamps. Multiple bedbugs on several beds. 3 rooms and not a single one is better than any others. If there is one recommendation I can give, its to stay far away from this place.

Constantly slamming doors and bothering guest when they have do not destub sings out hated it.

It's a decent place but really need to pay better attention to some of the amenities — Internet not working was a bummer.

This is a nice place. It's clean and new. I stay in a lot of motels throughout the region, and all staff members here are exceptionally personable and attentive. It's also very affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Greenwood.

The owner is a lier about everything here worst hotel 2 nd worst hotel in greenwood s. C. Prices very very much they say they r gonna open pool then u go around to it its a skeeter hole an souped up frog cement pond everybody here will lie for owner! never come back here again not even to greenwood.

My name is Diana Alarcon I come to greenwood SC about 4 or 5 times a year to visit family. I choose to stay at the extended stay due to the people that work here. I want to thank Gina Robinson and her son Brian they always makes my husband and I feel like we are family and like we are at home. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else as long as they are here. :).

Better than I expected for a very inexpensive room. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. I had trouble connecting to the free Wi-Fi service, but the gentleman working the front desk did everything he could to help me. I ended up having to move to another room in order to connect. Like I said the man in the front desk was very helpful very accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.
