Nasty place full of bed bugs and cock roches and them selfish Muslim I want you to know I've only stay there once and they thought because I stayed there I didn't have money to be honest I'm a very wealth person I stay there because I didn't know the history of the place it was so nasty the truth is the place has a pending case from dehc full of low life and drug dealers some people are there because they have no where else to go it not there fault but the drug dealer and the nasty people gcpd is watching you and you will be caught.

The theater is near my Job and home. It is conveniently located and has great movies.

BUD BUGS & CRACK HEADS! This is the most disgusting motel I have ever seen. Bed bugs everywhere, scabies… stay away from this place.

I want to know the owners not the managers I want to buy it and tear it down can't give it a zero but I would if I could my friend said it sucks.

Evwrytime I have needed a place stay, this place has always been there for me. That is why I love Regal inn motel. Out of all of the extended-stay places I have stayed, this has been the most affordable, the friendliest staff, and the most availability. It is also in a great area right on Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greenville South South Carolina.

Places is full of bedbugs also drug dealers and woman's trying to sell their body and it's a hot spot for cops don't stay there ASCII at all cost.

Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Great improvement. Quick responses to any problems. Very satisfied.

Absolutely disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere. Mice, Rats. This place should be shutdown. The property manager told my friend who was staying there, that if she didn't like it she could leave… After paying a weeks rent, and offering no type of refund. She is a very rude, and racist woman, who only wants your money. She also refused to give us the Owners phone number. You are better off sleeping in your car or in a shelter than staying here for an evening. If I could give this ZERO stars I would.

Customer Service Issues Problem: My dad went missing from the nursing home and ended up at this hotel, not only did they give out information about him that they shouldn't have because they said its against company policy to do so, so they broke company policy by giving out information, but when we asked for a refund bc he was only there for two days, they said it was against company policy to give a refund, he was there for two days and paid for a month, so why is it that they can break company policy by giving out information they shouldn't have, but they can't break company policy by giving my dad a refund for the time he wasn't there? he has demetia and to take money from a 73 year old man with demetia is just evil! The manager of the hotel yelled at me refusing to give me the owners name and number please help me with this, I even had my sisters lawyer call and they hung up on him also, big mistake, my sister works for dozens of lawyers in the upstate! The lawyer asked for the owners name but the manager hung up on him! Another big mistake, there are plenty of roach motels to choose from, stay away from this one, they are horrible, and clay is right, the manager is shady!

Look Kristina Reese and her family are just saying stuff to make them look good but it was a promblem everyday to get money from these people and also there was a lot of traffic in and out of there room guys in and out as Kristina parents wait outside while she is doing her stuff in the room but it's ok we don't need people like this at our motel and FYI I choose not to go to my daughters wedding so talk what you know little girl and for the rest of you people that talk stuff about your stay here we didn't ask for you to come here you came on your own so down our place cause we know what we are doing and for the Reese family they are nothing but drug addicts so that's what I was told by plenty of guest that stay at our motel was told they do meth and that's why her dad lost his leg do to drugs glad we got those people out. And for you Justin Reese you have no room to talk cause you said a lot of things about your family about them paying we are not rude we just don't have to put up with people that give us a hard time to get money shouldn't have to wait until 6pm or 8pm to get rent when it was due by 11am each day I helped them more than a few times remember that.

These rude people who run the regal deserve nothing less but to be put out on the streets for them to kick paying people out hours after paying not to mention plumbing and bug issues.

I hope one day this family who run this place gets put in the same postion they put us in we have not went a day without paying and paid for the night they kicked us out took 90$ and couldnt give me a reciept or explination of why I couldnt stay the night I paid for not to mention I paid for week stay… this place deserves no stars trashed more then condemned homes i've seen. They took my cash gave it back 90$short telling me my disabled father who only has One leg and my disabled mother they can't rent to us they could not give me a receipt for the money they took and made us move all our stuff to a parking spot until 8pm when I finally found a friend to help move stuff they knew our situation and how much stuff we had we emptied the biggest uhaul in our room of stuff from our house we have left and they called me mean names telling me that they are being nice letting me sit with my things my mother had to pee so a friend of mine asked us to come talk to him and tell him what happened so me and my mother went to his room before approaching the door the owners daughter comes to tell me we can't go in no rooms I told her my mom just needs to pee they said no and began yelling.

It doesn't seem safe, I didn't feel safe. But u can't judge a book by it's cover. I stayed one night, was too tired to drive home. It could be cleaner. No coffee in the room.

I have serious question how much to rent normal room for by the month? Very interested in this location. Thanks.

First off, I'd like to point out that the rating/review from Laurie (Laura) Pravia is bs, because she IS the new management, and her review is more than biased (and of course it would be, she gets paid for every room she sells! ). And I don't know what her definition of clean is, but mine is not carpet that turns your feet black, stained sheets, and rooms crawling with roaches and bedbugs. We have resided at the Regal Inn for approximately 15 months, in that time paying over $15, 000 in rent. I'd call that customer loyalty, for sure, and we should be treated as such. We had never had any problems until a new manager named Laura started working around the last 3 months into our stay. Her temper, extremely poor attitude, and lack of the most basic customer service skills and respect for others has made our life and the lives of many others staying at the Regal a living hell. I have been repeatedly talked down to, told what to/not to wear around her husband — — YEAH, wth?! — — along with several other ladies, verbally mistreated, and even what I consider tantamount to being blackmailed by her — — I was told by Laura that if I contacted the motel's owner to complain that she would kick my family out. This is beyond unacceptable. The emotional duress I have endured is something no person should have to go through. To make matters worse, Laura's husband has left her twice (I can't imagine why!

Very bad could not breathe in room my 3 yr old cleans better than it was I saw several cock roaches and pics they have listed is like a 3 star hotel compared to this one. It's like it's for druggies and hoes sorry just my opinion. Will never go again I just as wells flushed my money down the toilet.

It was so bad I would not check in. It needs to be condemned. How can it pass the Health department rules is beyond me.

I know this motel has had some bad reviews but now that it is under new management they have taken care of all the issues that have been said on this review site rooms are cleaner and nicer so come visit us.

Bed bugs in every room, the ppl who own the place said he can't do anything about it, that the bugs get him too. I got ate alive every night I stayed.

Maid was very nice. Huge cockroach's, something bit me. Filthy carpet. Atrocious maintenance. Bad experience.

The floor was wet, the TV had been taken out so they had to bring one in for us. Then pulled down the cover on the beds and there were bed bugs every where. I asked for a different room because they don't give refunds and the second room had bed bugs also. Will be calling the health department!

If I could write it is zero I would. The heater unit in the room does not work at all. It has been a few cold nights and management still refuses to fix it. The toilet keeps running. It has been running for 4 hours now in the management has not fixed it. The TV is not working and I have been bitten by bed bugs like crazy. I currently have 18 X of my body and they were fused to refund my money and they refuse to do anything about the bed bugs. This place needs to be shut down.

This place was the worst place I have ever been! Bed bugs roachs even ticks! Or over sides bed bugs I'm not sure. Make sure u get a receipt from this guy cause I paid for a week and he told me I only paid for 2 days and I had no way to prove I paid for a week. Needs to go back to his own country with all that stupid stuff.

Wish I could do negative stars. This place should be condemned. First room he tried to put me and my 3 girls in had someone sleeping in it. The 2nd room (104) was majorly infested with bed bugs. I had asked for refund due to my baby having health conditions but he insisted that I look at another 3rd room didnt have bed bugs but looked as though it had been previously treated. Fridge didnt work but was too late to try and find something else. Dont stay here!

It is a sorry, flitty roaches, bed bugs, flitty floors, b athroom and bed spreads torn, u walk on floor your feet are black, calling Health Dept.

This place is horrible! we were there lastnight and couldnt even sleep because the bed bugs in 218 were so bad! the owner does not care and does not even want to switch your room! Do NOT go there! VERY NASTY.

This place is totally disgusting! Omg, the bath tub HAS DIRT RINGS and looks like it has NEVER BEEN CLEAN! Sheets, pillow cases, covers, curtains are ALL FITLHY! This is a major roach motel.

Been here a week good service and weekly rates are cheap.
