Very clean and very nice rooms.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location to be in the middle of things. Kitchenette was good with a full size refrigerator! Will be back! just adding on Coming back in Nov… we are booked!

Extremely fun dolphin cruise on the Sea Thunder. Try to get a seat on the front of the boat, if you can. It makes it much easier to see the dolphins when they surface.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great value for the price. The location was quiet and peaceful. A great getaway location.

Really enjoyed my stay. You get some decent perks just for staying the night. Two great restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is the bell ringing when the draw bridge is activated. It can wake you up if you don't have a fan on.

Great resort to stay at! We booked through a vacation website that compares multiple prices. The resort had one, two and three bedroom suites. It looked like some were lived in permanently while others were booked by the night. It's right on the waterway and beautiful. The swing bridge is right beside the resort and the beeps and sounds can be loud from it but not overly so. It was very nice to stay at!

Great view. Did not find the staff very friendly. Hearing the bridge constantly turn got quite annoying. Very little sun coverage on the pool. Decent for visiting on business but probably not for a vacation. It is a good distance from most local attractions.

Too close to a swing bridge. Old furnishings and really old carpet. Inadequate kitchen utensils. Vaccum broken. Beds were decent.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Big rooms full size kitchen with everything down to a dishwasher. Probably a great place for small family to vacation. I just come down to gamble up the street at The Big M. Great deal for balcony over looking the Marina. Usually pretty good crowd in area being a couple restaurants are in walking distance being one of them next door. It's call fillets and have heard nothing but great things about the place.

I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel has great amenities. Just minutes away from Cherry Grove Little River Sunset beach and Ocean Isle. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodations about 2 miles from the beach. Plenty of room for 8 people in the 3 bedroom unit. Pleasantly surprised with the supply of kitchen utensils for cooking and prepping meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the large selection of free DVDs.

Love this hotel! Front desk lady Contessa is amazing she made the stay so welcoming! Everyone was very nice and the pool is nice and warm. The room is very spacious allowing us to be able to cook for the family every morning… would definitely stay here again great family hotel we had our 1yr old with us and it’s wasn’t too loud nor was it a party atmosphere perfect for families.

Great customer service from Contressa, rooms were clean and comfortable I have not one complaint, only thing is is that they do not serve breakfast, however they do have a restaurant onsite. Great stay!

Loved everything about this condo and the area. Outstanding view and peaceful. Management was very welcoming and guest were friendly. Can't wait until I'm able to come back to visit again!

Harbourgate Marina is top notch. My family and I have had the pleasure of staying here many times. We have never been disappointed. The well stocked condo units provide everything needed (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. ) to cook full meals when we wish. A washer/dryer combo in each condo allows us to go home with clean clothes. Harbourgate is always clean and quiet and the employees go above and beyond to make your stay great without being intrusive. The location is easily accessible. We love the view of the waterway and marina. Very highly recommend. We have stayed at many other nice places in this area, but Harbourgate is our favorite.

It was Christmas, late when we arrived and a mix up with reservation but they worked everything out. The room was nice and it was a great time with family.

Front desk was very friendly. They offer unlimited DVD rentals. Rooms are nice and clean. Balcony has view of Marina and intracoastal.

This hotel and customer service is great. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious (It easily fit our family of 6). We were only a few miles from the ocean we had a nice time.

Not booking this room/resort would be in your best interest. I'm still not sure how it could be titled a "resort". No breakfast or breakfast bar, no coffee filters in the room to make your own coffee, uncomfortable and squeaky bed, terrible Wi-Fi, improperly working AC, and an unprofessional maintenance staff, all made it an unforgettable experience but not for good reasons. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, but I had to bring the same issue to one lady twice before she finally sent someone to my room. The first maintenance guy was very nice, but did not fix the AC. The second maintenance guy came in and basically blamed me for the AC not working. It also would've been nice if my infant daughter was acknowledged as a person in the room.

Clean has a pool area easy to access beautiful accommodations kid friendly waterway view first class place.

My stayed at the Harbourgate and we were not impressed. I am usually very impressed with Hilton properties but this one didn't appear to have been updated at all since the 80's or early 90's. I will never stay there again. Only one elevator and it was very slow. Loosly fitting sheets on the bed so we kept having to re-tuck them under the mattress. It did provide a lot of space for my family.

We were down for the week with my family and we had two rooms. They were clean and it was nice overlooking the marina. The kitchen amenities were VERY basic but enough to get you by. They have several public beaches nearby along with a public boat ramp into the intercoastal waterway. The marina has a nice restaurant and perhaps live music but we did not venture over there. Several fishing charters and dolphin tours are readily available either in the marina or a short drive away.

Family trip! we absolutely enjoyed our stay… everything was perfect! the staff was amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely return.

Best dolphin cruise in Myrtle Beach! Well worth the money and they do their best to find the dolphins! We seen so many they were surrounding our boat! Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I have always enjoyed my stay at Harbourgate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The view of the marina is great!

We came with our 3 kids (Teenagers) for Spring Break and loved every minute of it! At least we thought… The customer service was A+ especially from Mary and Dana the concierges. The 2 bdrm suite we thought was immaculate until we got home…
I initially gave this place 5 stars and we were all good until we came home with bedbugs… Not taking anything from the customer service and the outward cleanliness of the suite, but not realizing it until my husband was scratching all the way home and some apparent red bumps on my and my daughter's shoulders (never had bedbugs so didn't know what the bumps were just thought maybe I was bitten outside at the beach) when we did get home my husband took off his shirt and sure enough a bedbug crawling around and it then prompted me to check the clothes in our bags and there were some there. I called Mary the Monday we got home and she said they will check it out and apologized. So I'm writing in review to make any future customers aware… please check your beds and ensure you don't go home with guests. We are now taking all of clothes and my son's covers to the laundry mat to kill those bugs. Please be aware! Other than the little unwanted guests it would have been a 5 star place. This didn't ruin our vacation but it did put a damper on it when we returned home to unnecessary work of getting rid of bed bugs…

Went for dolphin tour on the Sea Thunder. We had a good time and reasonably priced. We are locals.

THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON & NOT TELL YOU! We stayed at this Hotel last Saturday night, the night of our wedding shower. We decided to stay here due to good reviews & the perfect location for us. We only stayed one night (thank goodness) my fiancé checked us in before our wedding festivities. Upon arrival back to the hotel that next early morning (1:30-2am'ish) we went up to the room while my fiancé fell asleep my two friends that were staying with us & I went down the elevator so they could smoke, because smoking on the balconies are not permitted. So my friend stood there and smoked & had a chat with the security guard on duty, who clearly told him he could smoke where he was standing (down stairs outside of the lobby). Throughout a few more hours I walked with my friend down stairs several times so she could smoke after her husband went to bed. The guard clearly saw that we were coming down to the parking lot to do so. Not bothering anyone. He spoke every time he saw us and never said anything out of the way to us. The next morning checking out the lady at the front desk said we had some complaints, smoking on the balcony. We denied it. It was not made a big deal. Until today to my sunrise when I check our bank account for a extra $150 plus our $50 deposit was taken out on top of what we paid for the room.

I certainly love it here all year around, there is no better way than living on the Intercoastal and a Mile to the ocean ' I very highly recommended this beautiful Vacation resort & Marina were you can rent a boat from freedom boat club and enjoy you're Vacation!
