Rooms were very nice and clean and spacious I would recommend Hampton Inn & Suites.

Slipped in their tub due to extremely worn appliques. Didn't apologize meaningful or adequately much less comp room. Won't be back.

My wife and I just ended out time of six weeks here in the last two months. Before this we were here off and on for several days at a time for roughly 6 months. About 9 weeks in all. I can’t say enough about the staff here. The current staff have a happy and friendly spirit about them. A hearty and cheerful welcome will greet you from the counter as you come through the doors each time. Breakfast can take a bit more work when you have a 13 month old. But the ladies always extended their hand to us when they saw the need. My wife and I are very thankful. And the ladies aren’t shy give welcomes and talk story with you. The current construction of renovations is a treat. We had a couple stays before the renovations, but most of it afterward. What a must needed but refreshing renovation it has been. And still ongoing. There definitely were issues with the rooms. But the renovations have gone far in addressing them. We stayed in both the suites and regular king size rooms. The decor is nice, the rooms are clean, and the couches are comfortable.

The facility was under renovation at the time, so that was an inconvenience. The night staff were very good and cooking staff were excellent. (daytime staff wasn't hitting on much) I stayed for a week and reminded someone everyday that the ice maker on my floor wasn't working. The Wi-Fi was kinda hit or miss. So overall, I have to give it an average rating.

Hospitality at Hampton Inn is always exceptional, they go over the top to accommodate their guests. Jessica checked us in, her friendly and helpful attitude made our stay most enjoyable. Additionally, the Uber service in that town was exceptional as well!

The hotel is currently under construction and the water was cut off a couple times during the week and the washing machines were also down for maintenance. However, the areas that are completed are nice and up to the standards of similar renovated Hamptons. I really enjoy the king suites at this particular location.

Great location right off the interstate. The pool has outdoor seating lounge chairs and picnic tables. I only wish it had a bar.

Even with the hotel being renovated the stay was pleasant with no noise or issues. The room itself was clean and well prepared, and front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.

Andre Young made this trip even more comfortable and relaxing with his genuine customer service. He's very patient and has the greatest attitude when servicing the guests. People like him make it easy to want to book at this hotel! Thanks Andre! You're awesome!

Very clean. Staff was very helpful in accomodating us with a special request. There was some construction going on, and some services were not available at the time of my visit.

I like this place. It is a lot better than most hotels you find off an Interstate. The price for the room was $125.00 plus tax. The room is modern, simple, comfortable and in very good repair. Again, one of the best I've stayed in a while. No cracked tiles in the bathroom or weird stains, hair or smells on or comming from the carpet. The furniture was in excellent shape. Beside a small coffee maker there's a small fridge and microwave in the room. The overall facility is taken care, the front lobby, the pool/patio area. There is a renovation project at the moment. The breakfast bar is one of the better ones I've come across in awhile too. Not just a bowl of Special K, toast and coffee. Parking is adequate and easily accessed from the main road. The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate.

This hotel is very nice. More pools than you can count, and a Spa. Good fitness center, and great views sitting right on the ocean. Kid friendly, beach access and helpful staff.

When calling this hotel directly I asked about parking a trailer and I was told parking was not a problem. I also informed the young lady with whom I spoke that we would checking in late. Upon arrival there were no less than four huge pieces of heavy equipment in the poorly designed parking area and we had to jack knife the truck and trailer and park the load under a manlift which had the work deck raised. If the renovations require that only a small portion of parking is available, that information should be relayed when questioned about parking a long trailer. If you are driving anything larger than a smartcar bypass this hotel!

Nice hotel with huge beds.

No hot water… had to change rooms, TV and Wi-Fi service in and out and burnt cheese omelets for breakfast, not your typical HI experience.

Jazzi and Kayla are awesome, great staff, very friendly. Great stay… eh!

Comfortable room for two adults and a teen. Friendly and extremely helpful front desk personnel. Five stars for the breakfast. Loved the fresh fruit and "do-it-yourself" homemade waffles.

Decent place but furniture and rooms were outdated. Especially for the price. The breakfast was nice and the staff was nice but the frustration of overhauling the hotel during the visit along with the outdated rooms did not seem as if it was a fair price. Maybe soon they will have the renovations complete. Cleanliness was good staff were friendly. But they need to upgrade quickly.

The hotel was very nice other than a slight smell of smoke in my room. The lobby was attractive and breakfast was exactly what you'd expect.

Convenient parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Small room but clean. Very small work space as a business traveler. Adjoining rooms felt less private and secure. Very firm mattress but plenty of pillows. Iron and ironing board in room. No restaurant but snack shop was fairly well stocked. Overall was a pleasant experience.

The rooms are a little outdated, but the hotel overall was nice. The staff was friendly and the location is close to plenty of things. Traffic is extremely congested getting in and out of the hotel.

Great hotel, close to BMW Performance Center. There are few food options other than fast food nearby, but a short drive will get you sorted out.

Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Receptionists were friendly. However, the staffmember in charge of breakfast was so rude, I will never stay at this hotel again. Breakfast was supposed to last until 10. At 9:40, the staff started taking everything in. There was a large crowd with their families trying to get breakfast. The juice was out, the waffle batter was out, the fruit was gone, the oatmeal was empty. And they were taking everything else in. When I and others asked for oatmeal, she told us she wouldn't bring out more. Someone asked for instant oatmeal for her son, and she said they didn't have any. She didn't offer instant grits as an alternative; she had already taken that away. Someone asked if they could just have a box of cereal for their child, because there was literally no food left, and the staffmember said no. I intentionally booked a Hampton Inn because of the breakfast, and this experience was dreadful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wish I could check out to be honest. Bed is terribly uncomfortable. Left early this morning for the eclipse aching and had to cut our visit to the park we were at short because my back hurt so bad. Asked at front desk if I could check out early but because it was 3:30pm I would still be charged for my second night. Sad because this was my birthday trip, and aside from the bed, everything else has been great… Rooms could use refrigerators though.

I was originally charged over $500 for a three night stay and we have had nothing but problems since we checked in including the whirlpool tub and kitchen light in one room being broken now the stove top in the second room is not working. I'm not changing rooms again. I will just checkout and go home. And will never come stay here again! Not only was there an issue with the stove in the second room, that my husband had to fix because there was no maintenance on duty, but the sofa bed was unfunctionable so my daughter had to sleep in the chair our next two nights stay but when I went to check out I had to address the refund I was promised for all the problems I had expressed concerns about and the front desk guy was very rude. Despite the refunds, we will definitely never come back because of all the issues and rudeness. The sign on your front counter states 100% satisfaction gaurenteed but even if I had stayed completely for free my satisfacation was maybe 10% at best. Your facilities were very run down. On a positive note most of the staff was very nice and apologetic when voicing my concerns for the exception at checkout.

Very accommodating. We got in after midnight and they helped us change rooms when it wouldn't be best for our families needs. Great breakfast in the morning and they always give my kids a toy or activity. Love hampton inns!

Room was clean and well laid-out. Tub was a little slick but not the worst I've had. There were lots of lamps with the same switch which I appreciate when I'm searching for the switch in the dark. Also, there were plenty of outlets to charge various devices; only two USB but no biggie. The pillows were limp and disappointing, but I love the mattresses. The bathroom is large enough that you can easily open and close the door with someone in there. The shower bar was installed upside down (the bump should be on top to hold the ring on the curtain), but again, no biggie. This is a nice hotel in a great location with easy access to restaurants, a QT, and I-85.

This hotel is pretty expensive for it's location and for a Hampton inn I would say it is below average. My biggest complaint is that the pillows they provide are tiny and too soft. I actually had to make a trip out to Walmart to buy my own pillows. Pool was closed this week. Halls smell like bad BO. I voiced my concerns and was laughed at by management. If I didn't have other co-workers staying with me I would be long gone. Room was clean and wasn't too bad. I like the newer TVs, couch looked older, wallpaper was peeling off… This stay I might try to talk to them about there 100% guarantee… I am really unsatisfied with this visit.

This was one of the nicest HI we have ever stayed! The lobby and deck were beautiful, the staff perfect. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! We WILL come again!

I was traveling with 2 children alone they put us on the first floor — the girls were excited and hyper the staff invited us to bring them to the lobby to have some warm drinks and play some board games provided by the hotel
We were hungry and I inquired about a safe place to eat as it was dark already they gave me some ideas and also told me about some places that delivered — decided to get delivery and it was delicious were ate at one of the tables in the sitting area
The staff helped me with so much and were polite and friendly
I will definitely put this one on my to go back to list.

Wonderful staff at this hotel. The girls at the front desk have gone above and beyond for our family while we have stayed here … They even put together a little treat bag and sent a birthday card up to our room for my husbands birthday.

My fiancé lives in Spartanburg near Duncan sc where the hotel is located and I live 60 miles away and it's a long drive back home so I stay all nite in Duncan most of the time and I have stayed in mostly all hotels in the area and this Hampton Inn is the best one o have stayed in! I really enjoyed the whirlpool and this big king size room! We went w swimming in pool yesterday and it's awesome too and all the staff are very eager too help you I will be back very soon.

It was a nice overnight stay for my family of four. Your typical Hampton Inn amenities, plus nice customer service. If you are a Hampton Inn regular, the location should meet your expectations.

Nothing much remarkable to mention here. Typical, pleasant Hampton Inn experience. Decent location with easy access to I-85 between Greenville and Spartanburg. Room seemed a touch smaller than normal but no problem for me as a solo. One word of caution about the rear parking lot which is a good size. I drive a large SUV so appreciate the extra parking area, but there is no convenient access to the main lobby from there. I usually park and unload (me and my one bag) before checking in and found myself wheeling my bag down the street to get to the front desk. There are rear doors to the building but that doesn't help if you don't have a key.

Nice room and close to an event we were attending for the weekend. The hotel had a nice lobby and court room but we honestly didn't spend much time using the facilities. It appeared to be the standard hotel style breakfast served from 6-1000. We opted to sleep in and hit the IHOP 5 minutes down the road.

Staff wasn't very friendly. We needed a rollaway bed and you'd think I was asking for the world. Breakfast wasn't good and the eggs were gone, sausage was cold and every trash can was overflowing with staff just standing around! The pull out bed and rollaway bed might as well been just springs. Ridiculous they expect people to sleep on them! We will never stay there again!
