I stay here often and sometimes I'm dissatisfied with the room I get, the staff is always courteous to me. I'm an elite choice member, I'm not asked about a snack/water or points. But because that this was by far my most unhappiest stay. I killed 5 bugs (4 were the same type of bug and one was a different type) that look harmful one was crawling on my pillow by my head. I took pitures, however I pay good money to stay here and to be looking over my shoulder and killing bugs wasn't in my equation. The room also had a very strong odor and I had to spray it repeatedly to get that odor out. The chairs in the room were so dirty look like they came off the streets. There were moisture control found in the room. I stay at the quality inn in Cheraw SC and it's totally different, very nice clean room. I honestly don't know if I'll be staying here again.

This place is old old old and in need of repair, upgrades & retraining in hospitality. The drainage was awful in the sink and the tub. The bathroom feels smaller than closet. Called down and asked the front desk for 4 additional pillows immediately after checking in at 5PM on a Friday eve. She said "I don't think I have that many extra to give, and housekeeping is gone home for the day. " Rather than keep having that discussion, I just went to the local Walmart and bought pillows. RIDICULOUS! However, the room was clean tho —

The room was nice, no complaints about that. I do not usually partake in the breakfast option, I stay at Quality Inn ALOT across the southeast, but I happened to this time and it was not exactly flattering. I would stay here again if I happen across the area.

Rooms fair. Not dirty. Food terrible. Run out of items quickly and very little room. Facilities and outside are run down. Pool (outdoor) not bad but small.

It's a nice hotel for the price and in a good location for the area. My only complaint would be that I'm in town for work and my coworkers and I met in the TINY room they have for the breakfast area. It's a good thing we were the only ones in there.

Terrible supposedly CHOICE HOTEL… Nothing but lies… Same food every morning, the carpet in the rooms are so filthy til it's ashame. Run to another town, hotel but make sure you research up on where your money will be spent! Tragic, the manager/hotel owner must write these comments under these post to try and make it look good for his hotel, name or whatsoever! Please stop because you're frauding people. This hotel is just nasty, all the dust, phones sticky as hell… Spiders, ants crawling all around, Omg I was in shock.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room service was nice and the rooms themselves were very clean. The bathroom was extremely small and the bed was very hard. Not great, but definitely not terrible.

The hotel it's self is clean, housekeeping did a good job when cleaning up. The bed is extremely hard and the bathrooms are incredibly small.

Lady at front desk was polite and helpful. Rooms alittle out dated but comfortable. Need better handicap rooms!

The room was dirty. The phone was literally sticky. Dust on furniture, general grime on walls, mysterious residue on nightstand, bloody footprint on the wall. The room smelled like a sewer leak and air freshener. It was clear the bedspreads had not been laundered in quite a while. Unfortunately, we had no where else to stay (and doubted if any of the other rooms were much better) so instead of complaining or asking to be moved we asked for a couple sheets so we could at least cover up the filthy bedspreads. Deb, a desk clerk, was very abrupt and abrasive and refused to give us two sheets and kept repeating "the rooms have been cleaned, you have plenty of sheets. " I told her, especially since there were guests in the lobby at the time, that I didn't want to make a scene about the room, we just needed two sheets to make ourselves more comfortable. She continued to push back so I told her that the room smelled like poop, the room was filthy, etc. She handed over the sheets and said that her manager has asked her not to give extra accommodations to the guest, including extra sheets and towels. She did not offer to move us. A manager can call me anytime to discuss our stay. Meanwhile, I've crafted a letter to corporate outlining our stay, the nastiness of the room and the attitude of the clerk.

It's ok but they need to update there rooms and catch up with the times. Wi-Fi is God awfully slow. They also need to lower the prices cause it Is not that clean in the bathrooms or the fridge. Beds are comfortable.

Paid for a non-smoking room, got a non smoking room that had obviously been smoked in. Alex for staff to fix and they wouldn't do anything. Don't stay at this hotel. Can't believe they are still in business with the poor level of customer service they showed.

Rooms updated, clean, nice jacuzzi tub. Decent size king room.

The stay was last minute and the only room available was a smoking room, which smelt as bad as you would expect. This is only the fault of having smoking rooms to begin with and needing a room last minute. The person behind the desk offered us to move to a new room the next night (non-smoking), which was great. Over all the stay was great.

The location was very quiet. My boyfriend is very tall, and always had a hard time showering at hotels because the shower head is so low, but this one was high enough for him. He loved it!

The room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast was a lovely and varied spread.

The manager did riminaye again St muslim. S customers. I was schedule for check in, and staff did not allow me to check k in, use the bathroom and or participate in free breakfast. This hotel in nice and clean. Stay here at least twice a month But no more after this bad experience.

Great stay! Very quiet and clean hotel. Polite staff.

The BentleyVille location was horrible. The rooms felt cheap the coffee was garbage and I could hear people yelling all around me. After multiple complaints nothing was done about the yelling even at 5:30 AM.

It was a great place and I found everything adequate really refrigerator I'm pretty sure had a microwave in the coffee blow dryer on the wall but the only thing I kind of would have liked a Jacuzzi would have been nice that's all that's why I had related it as it's okay otherwise I liked it but just okay because it had no jacuzzi but it did have a pool. I changed my mind Marley to alike because I forgot about the continental breakfast and I did like the sausage gravy and the Raisin Bran cereal was fresh! Thanks again for the hospitality Quality Inn.

I stay here at the Quality Inn Bennettsville SC every 3 weeks and the rooms are clean and the staff has ALWAYS been gracious. I do not smoke so I always get a non-smoking room & have never had an issue.

This is the best place in this town. Room was clean bed was comfortable. The manager Mike was willing to accommodate with my work schedule and keep me a room when they were booked. Food Lion across the street, IGA right next door. So for a person running the road for work. Good location to stay.

Great place to stay overnight. Very comfortable bed and an awesome shower head. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very quiet. The only thing I didn't like was the small half size pillows. Although they were comfortable my head kept falling off.

Room smelled like pee and roses. Hotel is not located in a favorable area. We were due to stay 4 nights but checked out the next day. We gave up an awesome employee rate to go and stay at th Hampton Inn in Florence for 109.00 a night.
