It's pretty decent for the cost. Front desk staff not very friendly and seemed annoyed when we needed help. Breakfast was good. Pool was great. Beds were pretty comfortable. Room upkeep was questionable. Our room had the lock latch broken off.

Check in was quick and smooth. No problems. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Also breakfast included in the mornings. Pool hours could be extended for late night swims and pool could be cleaner. Other than that very happy with my stay.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Reasonable rates. Had small pet and there are plenty of places to walk her. Would stay here again. The only thing that I found wrong was that there was no Ice machines working.

Great hotel, especially if part of your traveling family includes a member who has 4 legs, fur, and barks! Very nice "pet friendly" with friendly/smiling staff who are eager to please. Plenty of safe places to walk your pet. Hope to visit them again in the future! Thanks for a pleasant pet friendly hotel experience.

Staff was great. Room had a weird smell — had to buy air freshener. Rooms were definitely older. Water in tub did not drain. Properly. Was just ok.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I would recommend it to someone who wants a nice, clean, comfortable room, with the basic necessities and breakfast for a good value. My only complaint is that road noise carries into the rooms from loud vehicles. The rooms are smaller than most other hotels, but the layout makes them cozy, and it's not really an issue.

I loved this hotel. We got a single with a full size bed and absolutly loved the room. The way the room was styled was like a cozy nook away from the world. I normally would say this room was too small but it wasn't. I would be afraid that if the room was bigger it would lose its coziness. The room was modern but not too modern. It even had a padded window seat where you could look out or have a child sleep there. If we travel here again I would choose this hotel.

Bed was fine. Room small, as expected, but it had a microwave and fridge. Air conditioner didn't work well.

Room 404. Maintenance is lacking. Felt dirty the whole time I was there. Hvac was sketchy, toilet has seen better days, prints all over mirrors, refrigerator functional but needed cleaning. Walls seemed thin.

Nice people at hotel. Breakfast lacked any protien only sweets, fruit, cereal and waffles. Lots of restaurant choices minutes away. Quiet and clean.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night and shower for a visit with our Clemson student. Nothing fancy. Friendly, easy check-in. Pet friendly. Clean room. Bathroom could use a re-grout. Old grout can make a bathroom look grungy. Decent little breakfast area with coffee, juice, hot chocolate. Little waffle iron for waffles, toaster for bread or bagels, pastries, muffins, cereals, instant oatmeal and grits packets, apples, bananas. They even had make-up remover towelettes in the bathroom. That is one item I always forget. That impressed me!

Extremely nice, comfortable, friendly, clean, and a good value. Easy on/off the highway with nearby restaurants. I stopped at a competitor first but walked away because the price was too high. What I found at Microtel Inn was nicer than what I would have expected at the overpriced competitor up the street. I travel a lot for my job and have stayed at many hotels but this one I have been to several times. I will be sure to stop at this hotel again on my next journey.

Always a good choice for accommodations! I have never had a bad time here. Staff is very courteous, friendly, and helpful. If anything is wrong, they make sure to fix it immediately. Room rates are affordable (except during Clemson football games), but that's any hotel around here… I would recommend yo anyone.

Important — Clean, comfortable, nice, lots to choose from for breakfast, smaller rooms, but small and clean is better than big and buggy. I paid just under $70 for a night. Highly recommend. Nicest in the area for the price! It's not always cheap though if booked for events.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, walls thin, could hear neighbors all night if you know what I mean…

I stayed at this hotel for one day and woke up to bed bugs and fleas biting me. I contacted management and they told me there were no rooms & someone was sent to change my sheets. While my sheets were being changed a flea jumped on my arm. I checked out 10 mins after because I had bites on my feet and legs & did not receive my money back. The bites have spread to my buttock area and my arms. I am a dancer and have been out of work for 2 days because of the bites and they are VERY ITCHY.

Well check I took longer then other places, but other then that it went smoothly. Nice room, only complaint I had was that there were a few things that were dirty (curtains had some stains on it and the desk chair was lookin bad) but overall still a nice room.

I paid for my x n his lover to stay here hope they enjoyed basterds.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls of the hotel were quite thin and we were awoken at 5 am from the neighboring room's television.

Got to tired to drive and had to find a place to stay. There were cheaper option but they all looked run down. This hotel wound up being really nice and incredibly clean with exceptionally friendly staff.

From check in being greeted by a friendly face, warm cookies available, large room with bar, fridge, micro, pull out sofa comfy, beds soft, every shift helpful, courteous, always smiling, in town for my sons wedding and stressed the friendly people, great rooms, and great breakfast we will be back again and have already recommended. Several family stayed and we are all Pleased!

Room was very nice. Clean and neat. Staff was wonderful and provided anything we needed. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. Selection of coffee and juice with cups was plentiful and available even late at night. Sitting area was very clean and pleasant.

Five Stars from Gigi :) What a great place to stay. My daughter had some serious medical problems and she couldn't make the trip with me back to Fort Mill. We stayed at this Hotel and what a nice experience. The front desk Customer Service Directors, Ashley, Tanya, Philip, the Manager of the Restaurant where we had Breakfast. I tell you, courteous, and the rooms, clean, big, with great features like Wi-Fi, Microwave and refrigerator. My daughter was very comfortable as I was taking care of her. Thank you guys for treating me so well. " I will be back".

This is a nice enough place, clean but bathrooms could have used an update. It looks like they are in the middle of renovation with new carpet in the hallways. The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. Overall, a good experience.

Traveling for work and I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. The friendly staff always makes us very comfortable. They are dog friendly, which is important to me. The rooms are very clean. Everyone is so nice and accommodating.

I booked my stay through Orbitz. Upon arrival I was told that we had a smoking room. I asked if I could change it but was told there were none available. We were in a hurry to be somewhere after a long drive so I dealt with it. The room obviously smelled terrible, there were stains on the carpet, and someone had left McDonalds in the fridge. The hotel hadn't been built that long ago so I was really surprised. We didn't stay another night and now all of my clothes smell like cigarette smoke. But aside from the room the front desk staff was really nice, and the breakfast selection was decent.

While away from home, working and spending over 7 weeks here, its a sheer pleasure. The entire staff is so special, they make you feel warm and with a family like atmosphere it's a no brainer to give this microtel 5 stars and better. The place is immaculate, housekeeping staff is incredible and the breakfast is pretty satisfying.

The guy at the front desk was great to work with, but the cleaning staff was not. The bed is comfortable, but I felt the shower hardware was going to break off the shower wall every time I touched them. Not sure if I would recommend this place.
