Love the fact fact that it is very easy to get to. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful.

Unbelievable experience… checked into a room In went into the restroom and find crap on the toilet! I’m completely disgusted and disappointed. With COVID crazy in the world the least you could do is clean the restroom. The general manager Lisa Wahlmeir apologized with no empathy. We checked out and will never ever stay at a place like this again. Ever! Do not stay here. Wait last thing… marijuana smell so awful and told it is hemp in someone’s beard! Wth you get that poor excuse from. Pathetic.

Wonderful and goes way beyond our expectations. Staff is excellent and gave beyond our expectations. Clean, appealing, and great location to restaurants. Our ball team had a wonderful time using the pool. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Thank you for accommodating us in a wonderful way.

This place is amazing. The staff treats you like they have known you forever. The lady realized that my daughter and I would be there for a few days so she gave us a room on level floor that was set like a apartment. That way my daughter wouldn't go stir crazy looking at the same small 4 walls. Very nice place to stay. Pool is open and clean, they have a computer room with printer for guest use. Cookies and coffee at all times. And a great breakfast. I travel a lot, and they should have more places to stay like this one. 5 stars is not enough.

Rooms are updated and clean. No musky or funky smell! Beds are comfy. But: breakfast was terrible. If you know you are fully booked with lots of kids for a tournament, you got to stay on top of things! Eggs were cold, area around waffle maker very dirty, no sausage links avail & French toast rock hard. Most of bread case/sweets empty as well. Check in staff was very friendly, but first impression is important and mine was not the best because staff had a dirty uniform on, with stains all over the front of it. Very unappealing. Location is very convenient and quiet.

Our stay was an amazing one. We found a suite at a reasonable price. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. I was surprised how the rooms looked as interior designing goes. The only reason I give it a 4 stars is that there was a little confusion at check in. Other then that it was good overall. Definitely coming back when we visit again.

Stayed here while traveling for our cruise. Very clean hotel and awesome staff. You can also leave your vehicle here if you’re setting out in a cruise.

A comfortable and pleasant night's sleep. It was unfortunate that the spa was out of service for mechanical repair. I would recommend this hotel and I will likely return here in the future.

Very well lot, huge parking lot, beds are super comfy. Staff was amazing, the women at the front desk was such a pelasple to deal with. I was pleased with my husband's choice. The baths are roomy and so bright and huge!

We got a hot tub room. Cause my leg had just got outta a cast. The room was beautiful. The staff was wonderful especially the lady running the breakfast in morning was so good with my 4 yr old. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing. I couldn't think of any bad thing. They had the spa closed, however, while I was there, it was 90 degrees so the pool was as hot as the spa would be. Well, at the pool, there were some creepily big bugs. But we killed em. Enjoy your stay!

I really like this place. Staff excellent. We had visited before and great handicap suite. Close to Mall, Walmarts, O'Charley's and other restaurants. When my Mom died. They allowed me to use their breakfast room at night for her Wake! One of their staff stayed over to decorate and serve. Beautiful. Dignified. She used glass dishes that she found, filled with water, rocks and a candle, lighted. White tablecloths. They went more than the 'extra mile' during a very difficult time for us!

This Hotel Is AWESOME. The room I stayed in was impeccable, the continental breakfast was superb, but I was most impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the Staff, Thanks especially to April, and the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant. During the difficult time my family was preparing my grandmother's funeral.

We usually stay here when we come to Aiken. However this time the lobby and elevator area wreaked of marijuana! The check and people seemed oblivious. Also the noise level is extremely high in the front of the hotel. Cleanliness is average as is the breakfast. It is still a good deal however, and the staff is always very friendly so I actually would stay here again.

Nice staff, the room was clean, inviting, and comfortable. Clean sheets, towels and the jacuzzi was clean. But we were disappointed with lack of their hot water supply. We chose this hotel because of the price and jacuzzi in our room. They definitely need a larger supply of hot water for their guests!

2 night stay, everything was okay. Shower was extremely hot and drained very slowly. Toilet paper holder was not affixed to their fixture, it just slide out onto the floor. Maintenance would benefit the place but overall it's a decent stay. Slow Wi-Fi!

I stayed at the County Inn &Suites in Aiken SC. It was clean, nice rooms. The staff was very friendly and they had great coffee.

The service is terrible. The front desk has no customer service skills at all. I called to see if they had any rooms available and the representative hung up in my face before I was able to ask about any rooms. So I called back and asked to speak with an Manager the same person answered the phone and said that she was one of the managers for the front desk and was very rude about it. They do not I repeat do not have to worry about getting any business from me, my family, friends, or anyone of that matter. Just rude as hell!

I had booked two rooms for a business stay during the week of the Masters. I called the hotel to cancel the rooms 4 days prior to my check-in date. The hotel cancelled my reservation, but billed the entire stay (2 rooms x one week each, plus room and sales taxes), to my credit card, at three times the normal business rate. They refused to credit the amount ($2000) back to my card, because they said to cancel a reservation during Masters week (April 6th, '09) I had to call at least 30 days in advance (I made my reservation March 13th). I have stayed there several times before — — but never again. The Country Inn website has verbiage about ethics and integrity… it is all talk, no action.

After searching for a hotel in the area with severe dissapointment (most were more like roach motels), I was surprised to find the country inn and suites, only a year old, with doors opening to the interior of the hotel, friendly staff and immaculately clean rooms.
