Booked a 4 day stay Thursday to Monday. When we pulled up the place looked abandoned. Immediately on check in we found the entrances from outside didn't lock. Strike 1. The hall was dirty and dark and gives off bad vibes. Shortly before going to sleep we watched a roach stroll across the counter in front of the TV. On the second day we were out most of the day and returned at about 5pm. The entire building reeked of chlorine. Around 6pm, daylight I decided to go out for a cigarette. While standing I noticed a State Police car circle the far side of the hotel… odd I thought. About that time he snuck up behind me, jumped out of the car with his trainee and started with the typical repeat questions cops ask a SUSPECT! I politely explained I was a Fire Chief from Eastern pa in the area on business. He then informed me that "Nobody stays here anymore". I said "so it's always this dead? " To which he replied "except for the drugs. " We exchanged a few more "pleasantries" I wished him and his partner safety and they were on their way. Shortly later upon leaving we saw them and a second State Trooper speeding into the complex… never found out what that was about. Later on that night, another roach on the curtain. Random phone ringing with nobody there. "Accidental" knock on "the wrong door" by a sketchy looking female. The next afternoon despite having stayed well into the afternoon we decided to leave early.

Rude staff, rooms are dirty and smelly, no Wi-Fi (even though they advertise free Wi-Fi). So many drug overdoses. A/C doesn't work in the rooms. The pool area was disgusting. Just very dirty.

Not a clean hotel rooms, kids running up and down the hallways. Incompetent staff.

Man this is the best one I ever stayed in keep working hard RAMADA.

Family stayed there ended up getting their money back after seeing how dirty the room was.

Air conditioning not on when arrived at 7 pm. Refrigerator had water in it from it being off and freezer thawed out. Bathroom smelled like stale urine. Second rom Took an hour+ to cool down the room. Hallways extremely hot, probably in the upper 80’s. Pool and gaming area felt to be in the 90’s. Internet barely connects and keeps dropping off. Staff was nice but I won’t stay here again.

All the years our family have come to this establishment when it was the Holiday Inn this change has been disappointing. There was seating for families to sit and watch as their children swam and played at the playground. There was a continental breakfast to enjoy now there’s a restaurant that over charges for mediocre food. It was truly like a family establishment. When we entered into the room it was left filthy. There was cashew shells on the ground that my 2 year old picked up and could have choked and/or been fatal due to an allergy. The bathroom floor was filthy with large rust stains and gritty feeling all over it. The shower was dirty. The coffee pot was missing multiple pieces. The refrigerator was warm. After 30 years of bringing my family here we will never return again.

The Ramada by Wyndham has been the venue for our monthly meetings of our Civic group, Standing in the Gap for many years now. They have never failed to satisfy our needs, and usually exceed our expectations. The room is always clean and prepared with place settings. Coffee is always ready for us as well as water pitchers on each table. Jane and her crew do an excellent job.

Staff is kind and deserve 5 stars. First room was a non-smoking room with smoke odor had a stopped up sink and a shower that immediately leaked on the bathroom floor. Second room had a very wet carpeted floor about 8x10 from a leaking Ac unit. Third room smelled very stale and damp. All 3 rooms had great ac temps and space.

Great place to stay enjoyed my week here.

Comfy, clean and friendly people. Loved the pool and hot tub. Made our travel amazing.

It is an extremely old hotel. It does have a good location, but things were dirty and broken. The hotel is extremely loud between the kids that wake up early in the morning and run around and the adults that stay up late smoking pot and drinking in the stairwells. It is very inexpensive, but definitely for a reason. We will not be staying here again when in Uniontown. The Radisson brand has definitely lowered its standards over the years.

I love this place! But gave it a four, because: first night I stayed, the fire alarm kept going off when other room took shower. Then someone had alarm set at 7. Kept going off forever starting at 7 in morning. So, no sleep first night. Plus, our key card worked one time so every time we left had to walk bk diwn to desk to get a new one. About 20 trips… Next day, same thing with card, so annoying. Sent grandson, they said had to send adult! I was so tired of going up and down the stairs… other wise I love the place.

We stay at this hotel every year coming back from a family trip to the Outer Banks. We are always happy with our stay. Very affordable! Our room is always cleans and kids love the pool, games, and indoor play area. The restaurant has great food.

Friendly staff. Recent renovations make the place look much better than I remember from our previous stay. Overall a good visit, and I would recommend to anyone staying in the Uniontown area.

Hotel is pretty nice and the rooms were clean. However, the clientele is typical Fayette County. Don’t bother trying to take the kids to the pool for a nice time, won’t happen. Same with the hot tub and play area. Unattended, screaming kids everywhere. No towels at the pool. The aforementioned kids take them back to their rooms or throw them in the hot tub/pool. Wear your shoes everywhere. The roof leaks in the play area and the buckets don’t catch all the water. On second thought, don’t stay here.

I have stayed here a few times over the years, the first being when I was a kid in the 90's. Back then, it operated as a Holiday Inn. I remember having so much fun swimming in the indoor pool or playing in the huge indoor play area! Most recently I was there in early March 2018. The lobby and restaurant areas are beautiful. Very modern and we'll decorated. The gurst rooms however are in DESPERATE need of remodeling. Very very outdated everything. Although our guest room was outdated and ugly, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough. And then there is the pool/hot tub area. I don't think a single thing has been updated since I was there 25 years ago. Pool and hot tub are very old. They are surrounded by some sort of carpeting which stays wet all of the time and it's absolutely disgusting. *Location just long overdue for a remodel* Still a fun place to stay, especially if you have kids. And is fairly inexpensive. Cheaper than the new Hilton Garden Inn accros the street.

Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. Great restaurant inside. Best tomato basil soup EVER.

Great place. Very accommodating and kind staff. Bathroom doors had no lock though, just slid closed and open, very odd design.

My overall experience was good. When you walk in from the front it is very nice and looks like it was just finished. When you go in the back towards the rooms it looks like you went into a time capsule. There is an interesting change in carpet all over the place. And there is patio furniture inside to look like the your hanging out poolside, even though there is not skylight. And there are plants thats for decoration but not getting enough sunlight. When you walk in the back of the hotel you are greeted with the strong smell of the pool. That's cool if you like that. But that makes your room hotter if your room is by the pool. BUT my sleep was great and the beds feel amazing.

My room smelled weird, like an old greasy smell that made my head hurt. One of the beds had a lump in it and there were stink bugs in my bathroom. This hotel is only good for large groups and families. Kids were playing on my door at night and they put all these holds on your card when you book online. Ive stayed here twice and regret both times, now I just pay the extra money and stay at the Hilton or comfort inn.

I had a pretty good time at this place. Plenty of things to do especially if you get on the bus and go up to seven springs. Me and my lady just stayed at the hotel though. The food at the restaurant was excellent. We had the beer battered cod fish with fries and tomato bisque soup (OMG). They have a pool and hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and air hockey but that was out of service. The staff was friendly and I would recommend this spot for a good time.

We have always loved this hotel. It used to be a Holliday Inn old school and it is just as good as a Park Inn. My kids love the pool and games they have. Its got a nice restaurant and bar!

Nice big pool, hot tub isn't very hot but it's ok. Bar is nice. Bathroom doors are like sliding barn doors, leaving gaps and don't lock, kinda weird. Jungle gym is nice. Pool table costs a dollar a game. Definitely a good family place to stay. Over all it's a decent place, would stay again.

At least I only had to sleep there. Didn't even feel clean enough to shower there. The tub had mold and was dirty and black as if no one ever took bleach or cleaning supplies to it. And the actual walls in the room had dirt and stains on them. The only benefit is it's the only hotel in the area that will let you have your pet — for an extra $25.

Excellent for children and adults alike. Bar, indoor playground, pool, decent rooms and very nice staff.

It was pretty good for that area, have had Thanksgiving Buffets at a number of places in the Uniontown area of the years, and this was one of the best. Not as good as what can be expected where I live in Va, but really good for the SW Pa area.

Love it. Shower only no tub. Vending. Continental breakfast. Pool. Hot tub. Indoor. Game room pool table tennis and air hockey. Indoor kids jungle gym. Polite friendly staff!

The room itself was perfectly average. This place gets 5 stars out of me because, in a world where good customer service is dead, the Park Inn is a true exception. Each employee was incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to do back flips to accommodate my schedule and desires. A hidden treasure is the pool area which has a unique quaintness that I have never before seen elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again, especially given the reasonable rates!

I recently had my wedding reception in the ball room, and it was phenomenal! They were open to my ideas for decorating and layout and everyone loved the food! The staff was very respectful and helpful! I highly recommend it using the Park Inn for any future events you may have!

My stay at Radisson Uniontown was good. My only complaints are that they were out of towels so we couldn't get a 3rd (understandable because I was with a large group) and their breakfast was a bit weak. You could pay more for access to another buffet line though.

My experience here was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful atmosphere. I felt like I was staying at the beach. There were palm trees, a big, beautiful pool and I loved that it was indoor. I was very happy that there was also a hot tub and pool table, air hockey and ping pong table. Also, the entire area with the pool and games was so spacious! The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, beautiful bathroom and loved the comfortable chair in the room. It was so nice having a coffee maker in the room too plus free breakfast. The service was great. No complaints whatsoever. A perfectly pleasant experience. I will be returning!

Great staff. Great price. Really clean. Nice pool and perfect for little ones to roam around. Had a cool indoor jungle gym. We were at another motel and we ended up leaving because it smelled so bad. This hotel was 5 gold stars for us! Only thing they could probably improve is breakfast. We didn't want to leave. Lol.

We went to Park Inn to see if we could stay there when in the area for a wedding. The staff members we met were nice, and helpful. However, the building is old and worn out. We asked to see the room before accepting it. We were led to the interior of the building, which is like an atrium with an over-chlorinated indoor pool. Because of illness, I cannot tolerate chemicals. This place is unsafe for anyone who has chemical sensitivity. Even my husband, who is healthy, mentioned that the chlorine was intense and irritating.

It's a nice place for a quick night. There's an in ground pool and a swing set inside. Very family friendly. The staff is nice and helpful.

Weird place. I think maybe it used to be a mall? It's hard to describe, but it's a little creepy. Bed was comfy though!

We stayed 6 days, the kids loved the 9ft pool. The bar and grill had great food. The room was nice and clean and the customer service was great. Overall we will definitely book here again.

First off they said they we would be charged $74.25 and that is it. This was the number we were told was being put on our card. Well we woke up to a larger bill because the man from the night before forgot to put taxes on it. We checked our account and they charged us even more than what the bill said. Went down to talk to them and the red haired lady at the desk spoke down to us. Told us they charge a $25 deposit. But even then $25 was not taken out only 5 was and when we tried to explain that to her she told us we could call the hotel if we had a problem. No one told us that and it was not listed on the bill. The main lobby is nice looking but the hallway to our room was like something out of a horror flim. Wallpaper was peeling up and all around just felt uncomfortable. We plan to vist again soon but it will not be at this hotel or any hotel by this company.

Attended a little get together after a wedding/reception. I had never been to a Park Inn. So, I'm not sure if they're all like this, but I was very impressed with their indoor villa. There was a pool, hot tub, lots of tables, video games, play area for kids, and ping pong tables. I didn't get to pay, but still enjoyed the atmosphere while hanging out with family and friends. The kids seemed to be having a great time.

Was here for a Banquet recently. The food was delicious. Everything ran smoothly, salad was served and it seemed as soon as we were done with it the dinner arrived. It was delicious. The waitresses were prompt at everything. It was a very good overall experience!

Dinner at rgb restaurant was amazing, loved the food. Nice selection on the menu and the staff was very friendly. Great place for just a couple or a group gathering.

I paid with a travelers check. They asked for a credit card and said they were putting 25$ on it in case I purchased movies. I stayed two days so they hit me with the same 25 dollar charge for two days now a inexplicable charge of 95.90 has appeared on my bank statement as a charge but they can't tell me what it is. I wanted to check out after one night but they would not refund my money because I paid by check.

Rooms were alright. Pool area was great. Only bad thing was the price they quoted us, was not the price when we showed up. "Hidden fees" I suppose?

So it's 76 degrees in my room. Hotel turned off air conditioning for the year. What kind of morons run this place? I would never dream of a hotel not wanting comfort for their paying customers. Never will stay here again. Totally unacceptable.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Reasonable price, best hotel we have stayed at. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing. The lounge was very nice and the prices there suprised us. We will stay here again.

Great place for everyone. Restaurant on site and full service bar. Big deep Pool 9 feet deep, hot tub. Play area for kids and an assortment of arcade games. Great staff. Laundry room on site. Bartender was great and drinks were made right and tasted amazing. Food is really good too. Definitely would recommend this place.

I made a reservation through Expedia for the hotel. Had to cancel the reservation and spoke with a young woman who said she would take care of it. At no time was I told to contact Expedia by the person working the phone on the afternoon of August 15th 2015. They said they would take care of it. I received my bank statement and Expedia charge my account for 137.30. Expedia says it's not their fault. The hotel needs to better train their employees to handle what needs to be done under these circumstances. I was told by staff it was canceled, but Expedia received a no show. Needless to say neither company will ever receive my business again, there are to many competitors for this type of communications breakdown!

Great place for kids and families! some maintenance issues and updating needed to rooms. Food was great at restaurant and reasonably priced.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Pool looked really nice although we didn't get a chance to go in it. Very quiet all night. Will definitly be returning in the future.

Was under renovations but could hardly notice! Very nice, large beautiful courtyard with pool spa climber for kids and ping pong table pool table anything you would want. Stayed here passing through to Florida from ontario.
