Plenty of truck parking. Very nice accommodations.

Run by a bunch of idiots. I booked a room 4 days prior for a impending snow storm and they didn't have one ready or try to help me out in any way. The girl at the counter is so lazy the counter has to hold her up. Extremely unprofessional in her tight clothes with her butt hanging out.

Don’t stay here for work. My crews have had nothing but trouble. Mix ups with the front desk charging the wrong credit cards, rooms never get cleaned. I’ve been here 3 weeks and no maid service yet. But I see the maids every morning all playing around the front desk. Can’t get our stay dates right. Glad I checked this morning or I would have been kicked out of my room. Glad this is my last day here. If I return to the area my crew and I will not be staying here.

Great place to stay for a week. Great rooms with nice kitchen area. Free laundry. Friendly front desk staff.

Stayed two nights in one of their suites. Clean, brand new, more than enough space for the weekend. Full kitchen, spacious bathroom. Pleasant staff, good price.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fixed on a needle spray, which was not to my liking. That's about the only bad thing that I have to say about Candlewood. It was easy to find, right off the highway, and as I said, very comfortable overall. Would definitely stay there again.

I have been at this suite many times over the past 3 years for business. The service has been usually adequate, but always leaves the impression that it is run by well — meaning high school kids. Still, they seemed to do their best. This time reservations were made many weeks ahead of time. They had me checking in for 4 days. A confirmation number was given. "Status:Confirmed" BUT when I arrived at the front desk, they recognized my reservation, they anticipated my arrival, and they apologized saying they did not have a room for me at Candlewood Suites. I could try another hotel but they would all be booked since it was a busy weekend. "Thank you for understanding" was all they had to offer me. No room at the nearby hotels I tried. Very unprofessional. I am not going back to the Candlewood Suites since I cannot rely on a room being available when one was booked, reserved, and the status "confirmed" I do not know if that status has any meaning. I know the airlines now overbook and bump people. If this is a new policy, I will not support such a policy, and I will not return here since they gave away my room. Not the way to treat a loyal patron.

I've been traveling to the area as a nurse working with Gurhrie and staying at the Candlewood since February. I have had mostly positive things to say about the hotel up until now that I have developed bed bug bites all over my legs! I stayed in room 110 last week which was not my usual accommodation after checking in early and it being the only room available. I never had an issue in any of the other rooms I've stayed in. I am so disgusted and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Love the rooms have full sized fridge, microwave, stove, coffee pot, dishes, silverware etc. Great place to stay will be visiting again soon!

I genuinely enjoyed the stay, with all the accommodations the hotel had to offer. The rooms were clean, and convenient with the ALDI right across the street. However, during my 16 day stay, not once was the room cleaned or attended to. As I was staying at the hotel during work at night, I inquired whether they could allow house keeping to cover my room before 10am or after 2 pm, but that was not only not possibly for their staff, but even during those hours, they never attempted to clean the rooms. There was never a sign posted on my door, from which I hoped housekeeping would clean my room and replace sheets, but still required me to constantly request the items from the front desk. I genuinely was appreciative of the amenities available to the room, but the lack of cleaning over the 2+ weeks despite my asking was bothersome. I would’ve easily rated this hotel 5 stars otherwise.

Everyone says this is the best hotel in town. The staff is incredible, and the rooms are always clran and well supplied. Id highly recommend it!

Absolutely awful hotel. The hotel has bedbugs. I would advise you not to stay in this hotel. My wife and I stayed in the hotel and she found a bed bug. The front desk receptionist came up and verified it was a bed bug but was unable to refund our stay. Instead we had to wait 5 days until the manger, Justin called us back. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I would strongly advise you to stay away from this property.

This was our go-to hotel in the area every time we visited because it was clean and quiet. But this last time, our room was over run with fleas. Every time we sat down, whether on the couch, the chair, or the bed, there were fleas jumping on us. I put out a dish with some water and dish soap under a bright light, and in the course of the day, there were 8 fleas drowning in there! We complained, and they sent someone up to spray, but then we couldn't be in the room for the day. They did not comp us a day or offer a free night, either. Now we stay elsewhere. Just be aware that they allow pets, and their flea protocol is apparently ineffective.

This hotel was not only very, very nice, it was such a good price! The bed was so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I was very impressed!

Beautiful rooms with full modern kitchen that has everything you need and stocked so all you need is the groceries. The Bed was so comfortable and room was clean and definitely will look for candlewoods when traveling and price was great for the swanky room.

A great place to stay in the valley. We stayed here over Christmas to have some space to ourselves instead of staying with family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the hotel has nice amenities.

Very clean and super spacious. Amazingly accommodating. The staff was very friendly. Very happy with our stay on Monday 12/18. The beds are super soft and comfy.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very nice rooms, cozy, clean, soft sheets and comfortable beds. The kitchen in the room had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. I liked the fitness room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely is a hotel of our choice next time we are in the area.

Amazing suit and price ($55+tax)! Comfortable bed and very nice designed space. I used Befrugal app for this reservation and got 12% cashback. One hour driving to our destination-Ithaca, where room's prices are horrible!

The Candlewood Suites in Sayre was very nice. Very comfortable bed and the room was nicely furnished. Great location close to I86. Would stay there again.

Great price with great rooms. Happy with our stay. Location is also good. Gas station, mini mart & eateries (pizza hut, dunkin, applebees) are near by. No breakfast provided.

We were very happy with our stay! My husband had just recently had a traumatic injury and had to use a walker, and they accommodated us on the first floor to help him out as much as possible. The desk staff were very friendly. And the room was perfect! No complaints at all, and we will definitely stay again!

I stayed here for over a week and I found the staff so very nice and was treated like royalty. My room was very comfortable and I didn't need anything to make it as easy as being home. I cooked and baked instead of having to eat out. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best nights sleep in a long time. They allowed my dog to stay and had a clean place to walk her. Words can't express my gratitude to Candlwood Suites for making my stay so enjoyable. I will recommend to everyone.

The hotel itself was great. Very clean. Friendly staff & convenient location. The baking dog from 9:00pm to 12:30am was ridiculous. This dog owner was the heighth of ignorance. Also, the hotel has a sign in the lobby stating that 8:30pm until 6:00am is designated quiet time. I realize the dogs couldn't read but hopefully the owners can. Very disappointed.

This was our best hotel stay yet! Rooms were enormous and beautiful, the staff were so nice, price was amazing, and there were so many cute perks that made our trip awesome! We will definitely be coming back here.

Completely unexpected experience! When I need a place to stay on the road I'll be searching for Candlewood!

My son, daughter in law and there 2 boys are staying here for 3 months we came to visit and was aloud to stay in the room wit them the hotel staff was very nice and helpful and the manger his self was great I want to say that I recommend this hotel to everyone who comes here to visit!

Getting to the hotel was quite easy, since it was just off the highway and was visible from the off-ramp. The room was excellent, one of the nicest I have stayed in and with excellent amenities like a fridge, dishwasher, etc. This would be an ideal location for an extended stay. The gym was also quite nice, though the motion-activated light went off while I was still woeking out in there. The issue with the light and lack of a continental breakfast are my only complaints. Otherwise, this stay was well worth it!

This has been one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Staff is helpful, kind and friendly. The free laundry was a plus! The room, clean and comfortable. We will be here at least 3 weeks and it is no hardship. The beautiful fire pit and covered grill area, complete with music, an added bonus! Kitchenette is also very nice!

We were there visiting family and the staff was so accommodating. They had a game we could borrow, extra chairs when we needed them, and were just very nice to deal with. The suite was lovely and spacious and very easy access. Thanks so much.

Nice staff. Mostly clean room shower could have been rinsed of the cleaner a little better. Great accommodations and room layout very efficient. Those Halloween bugs though! They were on invasion mode. All over the window in and out dead Lady bugs inside widow seal. Live Halloween bugs flying in the room and side stairwell. Still enjoyed the stay. Would definitely go back.

Always liked the Candlewood. A little disappointed since the trash can under the sink was full of garbage and there was still food stuff in the fridge from the previous guest. Other than that, still a good value for the price.

My son and I had a free night after winning a gift cert. The rooms were very nice. I was shocked to find a full kitchen. However A few things could have been better. Loved that the room had a blue ray player. But it took me 20 minutes to try to figure out how to turn it on. The desk attendant had to come up and hook it it up. I also found the last customers dirty dishes still dirty in the dishwasher. That grosses me out big time. I dont want to think about someone else living in that space before me and see their mess left behind. This place would also be better with complimentary breakfast and a pool.

Absolutely terrible, staff on duty didn't know how to check me in with my Corporate Lodging card so I had to sit in the lobby for 47 minutes waiting for him to figure it out, this was at 2am mind you, after an 18hr work day. Asked if he could just hold my cards and give me my room till morning when there was someone here who knew how to check in using my corporate card and he refused. I ABSOLUTELY will NEVER stay here again and I'll make sure I pass the word around to avoid this hotel like the plague!

Excellent Value! We paid $67 for a two queen bed room suite which includes full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, stove, full size microwave, large desk with plenty of room for two people to work, free dvd rentals, free laundry facilities, exercise room, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Wi-Fi! All for $67 plus tax! Will definately consider staying here again in the future, hope the price doesn't go up…

The best hotel I've ever stayed at, doesn't compare to holiday inn, sleep inn, and hampton inn I've stayed at on this trip. Great price, very clean, kitchen, dishwasher, everything you would need friendly staff this is the place to go!
