Air conditioner smelled terrible. I cleaned the filter (too tired to be bothered calling the front desk and waiting) which made it better but in a day the smell was back. The room was damp, the AC never dried out the air. Mold in the bathroom. One star for nice people at the front desk.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. No, you wont get fluffy, large spa towels… but I'm not buying them. If you want a contemporary, modern room, keep moving. But if you want a great price for a moderate room, look no further. Desk personnel was friendly. Breakfast is a box of donuts and coffee… but the golden arches and Perkins are right there. Would stay again.

Very nice and clean very well kept. The nicest budget motel in the area. Close to Sunoco, Arbys, McDonalds, Perkins all within walking distance. Right at the hub on route 315 close to 81 and 476.

This is very good motel for the price you pay. I have stayed here in couple of occasions while on drive. The reception staff are friendly. The room was clean and linen are good. There are fast places nearby.

These people totally messed up my reservation, then didn't have a regular room available… after admitting their mistake wouldn't upgrade me to one of their Jacuzzi rooms without more then DOUBLING their price… tried to call the "manager" and got the same unhelpful women at their front desk. I left and got a beautiful room down the road at the Microtel for just a few dollars more. My suggestion go there. I've stayed at this hotel before it smelled funny, serves me right for being cheap. You get what you pay for.

Horrible mistake. The rooms smell like old men, the sheets smelled like someone slept in them and hadnt had a shower, the bathroom was leaking water, their idea of continental breakfast was coffee and a box of donuts by the NY pint size lobby, where 3 people would be a crowd. This was a nightmare vacation and these rooms simply added to it… its on me for wanting cheap. Never again.

Stayed a night during a trip. Staff was nice, food choices nearby, shopping area with Wal-Mart etc nearby. Serves it's purpose… no complaints.

I'm giving it 5 stars because it more than met my expectations for $45. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. A friendly staff can make all the difference in the world, regardless of the establishment that you are visiting. It was refreshing to find a cheap motel on the road that is still run by locals. Most of them are now owned/managed by rude disengaged imigrants (Yes, I know that we were all immigrants at one time, No, I'm not a racist! ) that don't smile, look at you, act friendly, or make you feel very welcome. A simple smile can change the Outlook on someone's day. One review complained about questionable clientle. Like I said — "what do you expect for the cheapest room in town"?! $45 for a clean room, warm bed, free breakfast (didn't have time for it) and a friendly smile to boot! Pay more money for a better room, if you need more than that.

The rooms are what you pay for. Nothing fancy but decent enough for a stay over while on the road.

I've stayed here several times and everytime I get awesome service from very friendly staff. Room is always clean and well cap they have flat screen TVs microwaves and mini fridges and a continental breakfast. Convenient to shopping and dining. And at $45 a night you can't beat that!

Customer service here was very nice to me and I'm thankful for this… due to my day I had. Thank you so much. I recommend a nice place for a few nights.

I Love The Rooms But Bring Back The Jacuzzi Tubs.

Typical 1 to 2 star hotel. A bit smelly and humid in the room until AC was turned on. Everyone was super nice!

I like it… its clean… well lit… no stairs… close to everything… very very reasonable… courteous staff… I would stay there again and would recommend the place to others.

Overall, solid place. Not great, not bad. Clean, simple, good value.

It was not worth the money. Questionable people seem to frequent the complex. We did upgrade to jacuzzi room thinking a more enjoyable stay. We were wrong.

It may be an old place but clean, comfortable, good internet, MCD and Perkins within easy walking distance, and very economical. Great if you don't mind working guys having a beer and a smoke while keeping an eye on everything.

It has a soft bed cold air condition and a laundromat not too far away. What more do you want for 60 bucks.

It was clean and cheap. Fast Internet. Can't complain about the hotel itself. But the other people staying there were very shady. Saw several blatant drug deals and was genuinely nervous about getting robbed.

Stay away from this place… It's a cheap deal but it's very sketchy.

The understood my situation and helped me extensively.

Best place to sleep and comfort. Worse part someone break in stole my laptop manager do nothing about it when card to enter not working blocking the code twice can't enter. Beware of ur computer or electric things happen Sept 21 and 22 and 23 code not work for enter room.
