Don’t bother trying to go to a SpringHill Suites by Marriott it’s not worth the hassle. I took my family of 7 to one and was told our family was to big for a room with two queen beds and the fold out couch/bed. We had a couple of family members stop to drop off birthday presents for my son. We had to pay for another room because we were told we exceeded the limit of people. So we had to rent another room which we didn’t even enter just so our child’s birthday wasn’t ruined. The Manager at the Butler location was rude in front of and to our guests. Swore in front of our children. The room was nice but wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. The beds were made but there was candy wrappers on the floor. A hairbrush still in the bathroom. And leftovers were still in the fridge. Not a good look for such a new hotel. So sad that my sons birthday was interrupted and almost ruined over this issue. Also there was an even bigger party at this same location the weekend before with more people and nothing was said or done. And that party only had to rent out one room with over ten people staying in it. So sad. I will not be using springhill suites or Marriott services ever again.
When we got to room it was 61 degrees. An hour later it is 62 degrees and I was not offered a solution. Horribly cold and ridiculous to even set a room in any season at 61.

This was a perfect accommodation for an overnight stay! Christina was very friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We are traveling with a small dog and she put us in a room close to an exit when requested. Our room was excellent with everything needed. Thank you for a great sleep! I highly recommend this establishment! Five stars!
