The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about attractions in the area. The room was clean and freshly remodeled. We were offered a free hot breakfast, which had wakes, eggs, sausage, assorted pastries, cereals and yogurt. It was all fresh and staff kept it clean and replenished. It was a very affordable option where I would definitely stay again.

It is small and cozy. Had a nice quality time there except breakfasts ends too early and the smell of the hotel was a bit burning scent.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Me and my husband stayed they're this past weekend and had a great stay! The house keeper Denise was fantastic. They work very hard. Don't forget to tip your house keepers people. Anyway me and my husband were pleased and will be back again! :)

Staff is extremely friendly, breakfast is hot and plentiful, rooms r spotless! Housekeepers r awesome! We left a nice tip in the room. Well deserved!

The location was a bit strange, the parking lot is bumpy, and the outside looks a lot better online than it does in person, but once inside it is exactly as expected for a Quality Inn. Kind employees, quick check in, comfy beds. I don't usually stay at Quality Inn, so I was surprised at the small bathroom and sink in the room instead of the bathroom. The eating area is small; when my kids and I went down, there was nowhere to sit, so we came back later. Overall, a pleasant one night stay, and I would stay there again if Comfort Inn isn't available.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! I'm guessing it was recently renovated because everything seemed brand new. The common areas and rooms were immaculate! Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board… each bed has 4 really nice pillows and a down alternative comforter/blanket and bedspread. The entire hotel smells so fresh and clean too! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and obviously took great pride in the hotel. I'm still surprised that we got such a great room for such a low price. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend you check them out too!

Horrible hotel. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke, which stuck to my clothes so when I left I smelled like I smoked a pack locked in a room all night. Food crumbs everywhere and hair in the sink upon check in, the couch was covered in something I don’t even want to guess what it could have been. The tub faucet was leaking. Absolutely disgusting hotel room. Pay the extra money for a quality room at a better hotel.

Clean room, and nice sized refrigerator. Friendly staff. Clean comfy beds. Would recommend for the price and area.

It was a good hotel in an excellent location. The rooms were up to date, had safes, refrigerator and microwave. There was a complimentary breakfast but no pool on site.

Everything is nice and comfy. Friendly staff and a simple and nice place to just stay the night for a couple of nights.

I desperately needed a room. I was working a fourteen hour day in the Bomb Cyclone: Northeast storm of March 2018 and did not plan ahead to reserve a room. I was the third person in line and overheard that they were full, and then the phone rang. Someone was calling to cancel their reservation because they were unable to make it due to the storm. When I approached, the young lady at the behind the desk did everything possible to get me the last room before an online booking occured. The room was average and the price was very fair. If you need a place to stay, I am sure that they will do everything that they can to take care of you. Thank you!

Nice staff & helpful. Clean room only 4 stars cause I wasn't upgraded to a king per my choice status, other than great place & good location.

All good things are to be said about my 2 day stay here: clean, comfortable room, hot breakfast with lots of choices, accomodating and understanding staff (I've been told by my husband that I'm high maintenance! ), fitness room, great water pressure, big truck parking, restaurtants and grocery store within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Thank you to Michelle and the front desk staff for being so great!

Great staff & a very well kept hotel. Fresh breakfast in the morning along with fresh coffee all day long. The front desk staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have everything you need and anything you want. The housekeeping does a wonderful job as well. I would recommend this to anyone. It's also located next to a 24hr grocery store, state liquor store, beer store and a 24hr gas station/made to order convenient store. Also a Wendy's next door and a McDonald's across the street. Another hidden gem is the Loading Dock. Which is a awesome place to eat and is literally right behind the hotel. This place has everything you need all within a 5min walk.

Accidentally booked a smoking room (my bad), getting in at 10pm on a Tuesday night. The front desk guy (wish I would've gotten his name) was super helpful and accommodating. Thank you!

Nice clean room on 4th floor. Room was perfect size for solo or couple, with fridge and microwave, strong free Wi-Fi. Friendly staff lent me a phone charger, good breakfast, a good Bar and Grill nearby as well as fast food, a full grocery store and other shopping within walking distance. Budget price for a nice stay. Would recommend.

The lady at the front desk at night was extremely rude. She was rude when I was checking in and later on I called down to see where I could find extra sheets and she cut me off before I even finished my sentence and told me to come downstairs to get them and hung up. I found garbage in my room that wasn't mine the first night we got there so that made me feel like the room wasn't clean. The outlet on the side of the bed didnt work and the pull out bed had stains all over it. The ceiling has water damage and the bathroom was tiny. King bed was comfy and the staff in the morning were friendly. But we won't be staying here again. The whole place smells awful.

Smoking rooms are on second floor — entire place smells like an old bar and ashtray. Breakfast is served until 9am — exactly! So if you come in at 9:02am — they say — NO! Not that it really matters all that much — the food is sub-par and luckily a 24 hour grocery store is attached in the adjacent parking lot which has great fresh fruit and deli. If you smoke — great place for a great deal — if you don't smoke — don't stay here. You get what you pay for — it was a $100 CDN.

Absolutely horrible! Do not stay here if you are traveling with dirt bikes, quads or other machinery. My family and I stayed here to go riding at a local atv park. All of our dirt bikes and quads were chained and locked and we parked near a camera. In the morning, we woke up to find our lock had been cut and one of our bikes had been stolen. We informed the local police and the hotel owners about the issue, but they pretty much told us there was nothing they could do. They said their security footage on every camera ran fine all night long and showed all of the dirt bikes. Then we were told the camera that was aimed in the direction of the bikes had "blacked out" for 15 minutes during the night. When the footage came back on it showed that the dirt bike was missing. This is not a coincidence! We have been coming to the area for 6 years and I will never bring my family back to stay at this hotel. I am completely disgusted with the situation.

Very nice, comfortable place to stay. Check in and out was very easy and the staff were friendly and showed genuine interest in our day! Everything was very clean and the location was great! Breakfast was great too, I loved the waffles, although I wish there was more fresh fruit at breakfast. (There were bannans, and one apple, but oranges would have been nice​ too). I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The website for booking was intentionally deceptive. It changed my requested dates, ADDED a room when I tried to CHANGE a room, and seemed to be making a reservation but was actually making a non-refundable purchase. When I called same day to ask them to correct it, they were insulting and belligerent. They said they could not refund it, though the customer service agents at their network, Choice Hotels, said that the hotel could still do a refund. So, intentionally deceptive website, rude customer service, and lies to avoid refunds. Beware!

I was very pleased with my stay. My girlfriend and I got a suite and it came with a whirlpool tub in the living room and a shower in the bathroom. Only basic cable TV with HBO. Everything was clean and well presented. Free Wi-Fi was available with the username and password provided on the back of the room key sleeve. They also provided a nice complimentary breakfast.

Smallest room with 2 dbl beds I've ever seen, but no major complaints. Hard to find an outlet that wasn't so loose chargers wouldn't fall out.

Decent. My room and bathroom were tiny but very clean. The elevator made me uneasy took a very long time to open.

Deliver pizza here regularly. Nice and clean and fantastic front end staff.

Clean, comfy, free breakfast. We stayed in Maryland. Although I did not like the small square pillows.

Husband and I stayed here instead of The Sleep Inn as we usually do, due to the lower price and the seemingly good reviews. Cleanliness is an issue here. There were dents and scrapes all over the walls in the suite we stayed in, the toilet seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and there were cigarette burns on the comforter. We were staying in a non-smoking room, by the way. To be honest, I would suggest to go to the Sleep Inn, extremely clean and such an amazing staff!

The hotel itself was wonderful! It was clean, safe, and the lady checking us in was so kind and helped us get a great deal. The breakfast wasn't stellar as it was cold, but it was way better than nothing.

This stay was pleasant. It is unpleasant that breakfast in close proximity to the entrance and reception takes place. When the volume of guest breakfast is not relaxed. Is positive, that, although close to expressways, were no disturbing noises.

No early check-in for night workers. Charges you for two nights when you stay one day. Inflexible on this, even for Elite members. If the room is vacant now, it doesn't hurt them to let me check in early, but the manager evidently doesn't want my business. Elite diamond status must not matter to them. If they don't want my business, they won't get it. I don't like being ripped off just because I work nights and sleep days.
