Let’s see idk where to even start the best part about this place is the land it’s on. First the room are you kidding me notice the blood on the door that was the disturbing but not as bad as the pile of sheets I had to take off of the bed there was a blood stain very visible on the comforter right in the middle and easy to see despite the very outdated bed spread the stain was the size of a tennis ball it appeared as if they never attempted to wash it just let it dry which I don’t understand since the rooms have stacked washer and dryer. The dishes in the kitchen needed to be washed before use even tho loading the dishwasher is supposed to be a part of the check out routine, the wall paper throughout the unit is peeling and I had to go to the grocery store to get some bug spray, I’m aware this is out in the middle of the woods but ants are definitely a problem here that became clear after seeing the kitchen counters over run by them but had that not given it away the sight of ant traps in the air vents in every room doesn’t make it any better. I don’t wanna be completely negative about this place cause it does have potential but the crew here seems like they get the bare minimum done by restocking toilet paper, tissues, dish soap and some other random supplies one might need but come on it’s your place of business take a little pride. Needless to say I’ll look elsewhere the next time I fly across the country.

Resort is unique and has the potential to be one of the nicest resorts for families, couples, or just a get away from the hustle and bustle. Needs To be updated, and attention MUST be given to all the repairs needed for the units. The staff was wonderful! After my trip, my family members no longer want to use rci for accommodations. They’re encouraging me to look into rental properties for vacation trips.

Besides the location and no where else around has rooms available for 9 days straight. (vacationing from Sacramento Ca. This cabin is worst than motel 6. There was BLOOD on the bed spread and the sheets had sweat marks, the second room had used black socks under the bed spread but above the sheets, the third bedroom had tomato skins dried to the sheets. And all the extra blankets had white stains that looked like snot smeared. The bathrooms had mildew and a blood drip on the bathroom door. The wallpaper was peeling off around the whole cabin and clear tape was holding most of it together, the refrigerator wouldn’t shut all the way there was condensation on the inside and all along the side of the refrigerator we had to use a chair to keep the refrigerator door closed. There was no one there to help so we had to wash them ourselves and when we told the woman at the front she, hours later only gave us sheets. It also didn’t help the whole cabin was infested with ants. We tried to get away from the nonsense an decided to go to the pool and we thought everyone needed a wristband to swim. Not this place there was a older man and woman who worked there watching TV eating chips who didn’t enforce any of the rules. So disappointed please check all reviews before you stay in this dump.

Was invited to a BBQ. My friends Father, has a home there. My Wife, Nieces and Grandchildren went for the day. The kids had fun. Swimming pool, miniature golf, park with all type of activities, and a club house with pool tables, arcade games, etc. People were friendly, and the was not crowded. But since it is the mountains, it get cold early. And Bears are out at night. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and planning to go back. Mike.

Used to be nicer. Still cool area and Villa. But not much to do on property anymore.

More of a rustic cabin retreat, for people who want the camping experience without the actual camping. The villas are comfortable and reasonably spacious, and the scenery is beautiful. Most villas are elevated with stairs outside, in, or both, but some are handicap-accesible.

The one time a resort was exactly what it promised. Beautiful lake view, very quiet setting. Only issue was the large number of ants inside. Being from the country I understand these things happen but a little past control would go a long way in reducing the numbers.

Was not a pleasent stay. Bedsheets was not washed, had blood stain. No cleaning service. Have to do everything yourself. Price was not cheap. Would stayed in a good five star hotel for that price.

I had a lovely time but the villa we stayed in was kind of old. But I know for a fact they have beautiful villas because the first time we went, we was in a new model villa.

Terrible experience. They kept giving me a password to the internet that was incorrect plus terrible cell coverage and 1980 Devore and technology. … Let’s do the Time Warp people!

Quiet atmosphere by a small lake. Private cabins.

Nice area but it's a ghost town. Real good winery and friendly bartenders. Nice at great shopping area too.

Friendly staff, check in was a breeze great for the price. Will be back.

This place was amazing and magical. Looking forward to going back this summer.

It is beautiful outside and very peaceful. For us, it is also only 1 1/2 hours from home.

Place is tired. Cannot believe how little maintenance has been done here. Everything is from 1980. Potential is huge, the villas idea is amazing. That's why we bought here. Inexcusable what's been allowed to decay.

This isnt a bad place, most of the activities are for older children and stores are in town. Not walking distance. The occasional deer or bear. Surrounded by trees.

Fabulous place, everything was ready and waiting for us. Clean and ready to settle in. Very laid back, relaxing and restful.

The location is ideal for hunting as there are state game lands nearby. The villas could use a little updating and general maintenance. The lake is beautiful at sunset.

The cabins were great but the reception desk folks could be bit more friendly. Make sure you carry a torch if you travel after sunset cuz it really gets dark around. Also the Google maps is little bit off, so make sure you have a lookout for a sign (which is not lighted btw) when you get closer. The stay was pleasant and we had a great time.

RELAXING, bring a good book, some movies and some duralogs. You can hike in the woods or swim. There is a small game/exercise room. The villas have pots/ pans etc. Bring your food, the store is down the mountain.

They have very old furniture and nothing is up to date. That wasn't really a big deal. But when we woke up the day we left there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom that was enough to make us leave early.

Clean and quiet resort. Perfect for a family getaway.

Not as nice as I expected. Bed were hard as rocks. The grounds are beautiful but the condos need to be upgraded. Everything is dated.

Good size, nice location. A little run down but nice overall. Would go again.

Family vacation. Units are spacious, but need some interior maintenance.

My husband, myself and our children came to celebrate our anniversary and our daughter's 15th birthday. The view was amazing! The staff was friendly. The smell was awesome, and it was quite. We had lots of fun!

Beautiful surroundings, fun activities for kids, great indoor pool, Villas have everything you need. We've been coming here for over 30 years and still love it!

Tranquility, nature, beautiful everything you've ever thought of when you need to get away was there.

It is far into the woods, and indeed rustic. But where can you hand feed the deer? It is also central to some of the best waterfall walks in the Poconos.

Looks picturesque from the outside. View from our cabin was phenomenol, right on the lake… but units do not have that view. Came with a functional kitchen (pans, plates, everything! ) Fit & finish was from the early eighties. Jacuzzi tub was only big enough for a 40 lb 5 year old, so dismiss notions of a romantic bath. Beds were highly uncomfortable. The insulation/heating was barely adequate for winter. For its shortcommings it was a reasonable value for a treehouse chalet.

Had a villa with a wonderful view, overlooking the lake. It was comfortably appointed and spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 children. Appreciated the indoor pool for those inclement weather days but really enjoyed the close proximity of lots of outdoor activities/trails.

Decent resort with good recreation center/amenities and great staff. Buildings are a bit dated and could use some updates.

Very relaxing resort just what I need when I go there.

Cute, quaint, quiet and natural. Would definitely return. Only bad thing is the spotty Wi-Fi. But loved the hidden gem of Bushkill!

The place is a little dated but overall a three star. Lacking onsite amenities but look was good.

This little resort was a nice quiet relaxing getaway. The cabins are full of everything you could need for the week. The lake is gorgeous. The game room and pool area is clean and fun. Staff is super friendly. I was very impressed.
