My favorite place in New Stanton since 2010, owners take good care of it and they have a great general manager and wonderful staff would reccomend if you like real hospitality because at the comfort inn you can expect it, I know I had since I was 12, they also got a pool for the little ones I reccomend if you have kids take advantage of it out a smile on ther faces by staying.

This hotel is going through a renovation but the rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The Wi-Fi is fast enough for internet gaming. Would recommend.

The entire hotel needs some major updating. Wallpaper coming off wall. Toilet dirty. Crud in corners of bathroom. I’ve stayed here before and can see it going downhill. Parking lot needs repacked. The whole place just seems dumpy. On the upside, the front desk is very friendly and the breakfast was good. The truth be told, all of New Stanton seems to be going downhill.

Nice clean room, person at the desk very helpful, would stay there again.

Great clean place to stay when traveling. Their staff is wonderful to work with and they also have a lovely breakfast which included eggs sausages & waffles!

I've only stayed 1 night so far into a 2 week stay. Based on that one night I enjoy the hotel. Although the room is fairly small, it is clean. The free breakfast was good, the same selections as moat hotels. So far it a good place to stay.

Hotel is clean and a little dated. The breakfast area can be a little busy, but has a decent spread (waffles, eggs sausage). We stayed here before and I didn't like it. The most recent visit was much better. Would stay again.

Comfortable beds. Nice indoor pool. Hot and cold foods for breakfast.

Visiting PA for a funeral lots of family booked here. Very helpful and friendly employees. Inside pool is wonderful and the breakfast on Saturday was yummy.

It's an average comfort inn. The only good part that sticks out is that the shower head is pressurized by some sort of fire engine or jet boat. Seriously the water pressure in my shower almost took my skin off, and it was great. The morning staff at the hotel were less than pleasant, but different strokes for different folks.

Always a great stay at this locations. The staff are so personable and friendly. One of my favorite locations.

Won't stay here again. The room next to me had the volume on their TV so loud that I could hear every word in my room. The volume stayed at the same loud level all night. I was awakened by it at 3:30 am. I called the front desk. They did call the room but the occupants would not answer the phone. After 10 minutes and no lowering of the volume I called the front desk again. Their explanation was that no one would answer the phone and that they would try later. Upon checkout at 6:45 the desk clerk did apologize and say that she was sorry that my sleep was disturbed but that she made repeated calls to the room but no one would answer. This is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. I have stayed at this hotel before and have never had any problems but this experience has ruined them with me. In all honesty the hotel is beginning to look worse for wear and tired. I saw numerous cigarette butts around the entrance and the parking lot needs to be repaved.

Stayed here awhile ago for a gymnastics Competition and my kids loved the stay and enjoyed the pool. Really have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Had a great stay! The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. Bob Evan's right across the street. Great for traveling.

Friendly staff, I have been using this hotel on a regular basis for over 20 years, clean rooms good B bar in the morning.

I stayed here for my 20th birthday April 5-7 I had a really good visit minor set backs but that's okay. First I wanted the 3rd floor but they gave us the 1st at first and we were able to get the 3rd floor 309 was our first room number was in there for a few hours before things kindof went bad, I went swimming during that time, love the indoor pool always have during my 8 years of visiting. Back to the room in room 309 the to let wouldn't stop running but the lady was nice to move use to the next room 311 which was the room I originally wanted anyway as I had stayed in that room in the past. The rest of my visit was awesome enjoyed my birthday on April 6th had the pool to myself for the most part and used the fitness center too. On the day we left they finally had sausage for breakfast which I like, didn't care for the breakfast attend though I asked her for some blueberry muffins and she wouldn't even go in the back room to get them because it was close to closing, but I didn't let that bother me I enjoyed my stay at my favorite hotel in my favorite town of New Stanton PA. If your in the area I recommend aspcaily if you got a birthday. One of the things I reccomend you guys fix thougb is the parking lot it needs some tlc but other then that still recommend this place.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. They have good food for breakfast.

Had a Jacuzzi room, 3rd floor. The toilet a lil noisy when flushed, but that's not a concern to me. Bed comfy. I had the ac on when it was 2 below, hot flashes. Everything was clean and proper. I was happy with my room. Quiet too. Friendly staff, they made me feel welcomed. I didn't stay for the breakfast as I had little time. I never seen Instructions for the Jacuzzi in any hotel but this one. Are you able to get the BBC AMERICA channel?

Nice staff, clean rooms, they charge $10 for a cot… So if you have more people than beds, prepare to pay a little more.

The air conditioner did not work. It got so hot that 3 out of 4 of us got sick. The smell when you walk on the 3rd floor was so strong it just hits you. Like a musky dirty basement smell. The room smelled just as bad. So I think it was the combination that got us. The room was cramped. Clean but in need of some serious updates in this hotel. Everything looked dirty because it was OLD. The bed had a thin mattress. Also I thought it was crappy that the pool closed at 10pm on a Saturday. What does it hurt leaving it open for a couple more hrs? The staff was friendly. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

Ok hotel for the price. Only stayed one night passing thru. If you are looking for a place to stay for more than a night or two, consider looking elsewhere. Room was clean but pretty small for 2 beds. Bathroom was very small with sink outside. Pool was smaller than most and had a strong chlorine odor. Kids still enjoyed it. Breakfast selection was pretty nice with eggs, sausage and eggs. Breakfast area was small and cramped. Staff was very nice.

Great room, ultra dark for those sleepers who hate light leaking in. Nice clean room! At breakfast the hot bar was out of hash — browns and remained that way until I left. During that time a morbidly obese employee picked through the butter and other condiments and slipped them into his shirt pocket, never once checking the condition of the breakfast bar. I notified the desk staff and I was met with a terse okay, I left the dining area about five minutes later and the bar had yet to be attended to. Poor customer service interaction at best!

Comfort Inn has come a long way since what I remember 10+ years ago. The room was very clean (looked brand new) the water pressure was great, and I really appreciated the variety of pillows so that you can choose soft or firm. I stayed at the Fairfield Inn across the street last year and had about the same experience but paid more. We did not use the pool or eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. Staff there was very friendly although we never needed their assistance since everything was great. Warning: the area has a lot of amenities but it's been under construction for at least 2 years which is annoying. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great room for the price.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff is welcoming and it has a nice complimentary breakfast. One downside is the bathroom is small.

This Comfort Inn, New Stanton was clean and the staff very friendly. All areas of the hotel had a stale cigarette smell. The pool was clean and warm. The hotel had some renovations but really needs a complete remodel. It felt old, worn out. Our shower had drainage issues. If you need a quick place to stay, it's fine.

Very nice place to stay I've seen some bad reviews but that is because if people gave helpful notices to comfort Inn I'm sure it would be the best place to stay I loved it there not far from cracker barrel.

2 Double Suite. Room was huge! Bathroom was small. Just enough room for door to open. Fridge in our room wasn't cool, after about 5 minutes the TV would turn dark, and the pool was freezing. Definitely was not heated like suppose to be. Only swam for about half hour because of how cold it was. Told lady at front desk about TV and Fridge. She didn't seem to really care. She said I will tell maintenance. Many restaurants within walking distance. Bob Evans is right beside hotel!

This was an interesting hotel. I was impressed by the complimentary popcorn when I walked in. Customer service was helpful. The elevator was iffy — it went very slow going up when 5 of us were on it. We took the steps the rest of our stay. We were surprised and impressed by the jacuzzi in our room. Didn't expect that, especially for the nightly rate. The room was damp, which made our clothes, the towels and bed sheets damp and semi-wet. Turning on the AC helped mediate this. The K-cup maker in the room was nice. Coffee in the lobby was decent. Breakfast was very nice. My wife normally doesn't like eggs but she liked the eggs served. I liked the mini waffle maker and the rest of the food. Seating was a bit cramped but it was fine. There is major construction in New Stanton currently so making it down to the hotel was like driving through Fallujah. The parking lot itself of the hotel was rocky and filled with pot holes.

Room was well appointed and clean. Pool was enjoyable, as well. Haven't tried the breakfast but overall the experience has been excellent.

This is a nice hotel with friendly staff, clean room and a decent breakfast. Pool is a little overly chlorinated, but not a big deal. It was a nice stay for a night at a good price.

Maggie, the night clerk, has been a dear to our family. We stayed twice in one week; once in a 2 queen non-smoking room and this time in a suite (she upgraded us). I chose this location initially because it was halfway to our destination and had an indoor heated pool and breakfast. I came back because of Maggie (the pool was heavily chlorinated but useable and the room smell a bit smokey with the fan on). My kids love this motel and we will use it whenever we make the trip to the East Coast.
