Don't get me wrong, it is nice that this hotel has so many activities (outdoor and indoor pool, mini golf, plus restaurants nearby), but I'm not convinced that those activities outweigh everything else. The room itself is basic and dingy (despite seeming mostly clean I found out we should have checked under your beds for dead bugs before letting my 16 mo. Old down). The entire exterior, past the very front of the first building you come to, is stained, cracking, rundown, rusty, and overall questionable. The iron stairs sound like they could collapse at any moment and despite the lobby which looks presentable, that is where all the charm stops! Even the breakfast is a sorry sight. If you are desperate for a bed their mattresses aren't bad, but don't expect much more…

Room was clean and well maintained. There's a surprising amount of green space available outside as well. I noticed an area for kickball/ softball as well as a children's play area. There was also an indoor and outdoor pool though I didn't use either. The only downside was the pet fee. Pets are allowed but $50 per stay. For an extended stay that seems reasonable but as a strictly overnight guest I would have found somewhere else if I had the time since that's a room by itself at other establishments.

The Park Inn is a great place to stay. They have a host of things to do. Both and indoor and outdoor pool. Work room is great for stress release. They even have a volleyball court as well as an 11 hole golf course. The rooms are made fresh daily.

Short Version: DO NOT recommend, too many things wrong with the room (that we had to drive to), friendly front desk person (why I gave 2 stars). Long Version: This was the worst hotel, with motel-like features that I have ever been to. We walked in very late at night, around 11:30 pm, to hear very loud music coming from Blarney's Irish Pub. Upon talking to the front desk person, he informed us that we would be no where near the loud music (which was good), until he pulled out a map. He then proceeded to show us the SHORT CAR RIDE WE NEEDED TO TAKE TO GET TO OUR ROOM. I was confused because most hotels that I have been to are attached to the main entrance; this was not the case for the Park Inn by Radisson. After getting back in our car and driving to our room I walked in to see the main light had some sort of stain (? ), a ripped curtain, water damage near the fridge, a sinking tile in the bathroom (along with a spider), hair on the soap saver in the shower, and doors with very odd stains/damage to them. All of these problems forced me to look under the sheets for any bed bugs (thank god there weren't any), but I shouldn't have that thought in my mind upon entering a hotel room. I am very happy I only had to stay one night, because if it was more I would have found another hotel. But I will say this, I do not recommend this hotel. I felt deceived since the main room and the hotel rooms looked vastly different (i. E.

Dated hotel. Relatively clean. No cribs despite bith website and in room advertisement. Embellished advertisements about amenities. Technically a children's play area, but doesn't look too safe or well-kept. Same with miniature golf. I don't even know where to ask for supplies to play mini golf. Room was not ready at check in either… had to weight with my children in the car. Overall, we will stay elsewhere in the future.

Top notch Customer service. The person at the front desk Bobby I believe was his name made us feel at home and he's very attentive to our needs.

Overall, the hotel is outdated. Rooms are decent size the reason I am writing this review with 3 stars instead of 4 or 5bis strictly because the front desk gentlemen, DJ is very abrasive and acts as if he is rushed and that I am. Not worth his time had this not been payed for by my company, I would have cancelled! Clean it up management.

I was pleased, not a 5 star property, but my expectations were exceeded. Will definitely come back. clean and well maintained room Could use some new paint and cosmetic work here and there, but no biggie. I don't know what the negative reviews are based upon but I m glad I didn't listen and checked the place out. glad I did! The work staff has to be the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with at a hotel. The beds are slightly too firm for my bad back, but the tub was glorious, huge, and deep. I'm very impressed overall.

I have always enjoyed having events at Park Inn excellent location wonderful caring staff, very flexible with the customers needs. I have had countless weddings and Shows at parking for the past five years always enjoy coming back…

The park inn is a very good place to plan social events that are multi day. I would love to stay their for more time. Their service is very good and I love it.

Hotel was surprisingly nice. The bar/ restaurant was great. Really enjoyed the stay, allot of amenities also.

Good venue for a show. Bar is big and easily accessible. Plenty of parking. Outdoor area is nice as well.

All of the 4 and 5 stat reviews are a joke and are utter lies. I am a Army veteran who will tell you the real truth. Since 2013 I've booked rooms with the park inn for the huge import nationals show in Carlisle every May. I came to the hotel to check in at 4:30pm and was told my room wasn't ready. I was pissed off. I said you guys have 1 hour to have my room available. Long story short, my room was not ready until 9:45pm… these people are fully aware of the big car shows so there is no room for debate as to why tje rooms were not ready… My room was dirty, stains on the pillow and a broken shower head. As a military vet, they did nothing to correct the problem. Do yourself a favor and stay at a better place. This place is outdated and is a complete dump site. I also have many car members who also have similar issues and complaints.

If I could give this motel 0 stars, I definitely would. From the start I knew it was overpriced; $108 for 1 night. Then to top it all off I get a stranger walking in my room because the motel booked him to the same room as us. We tried to call the front desk to work things out but instead got a swearing receptionist and the cops called. We had to leave in the middle of our stay. Do NOT book this motel. It’s a waste of time, money, and effort.

We hold our dinner meeting here and have for years. Dinner by the hotel is good and proceed fair. Restrooms are clean. Location is convenient.

Yeah contemporary to circa 1983. Heater sounds like a semi driving through the room. It's 19 degrees outside and there is no blanket in the room, it's 2am, we are sleeping in our cloths, but hey there's a flat screen TV. Now morning, we survived, housekeeping knocks on door at 8:40am. What the heck. End of day 1 — no housekeeping, had to get towels and soaps from front desk myself.

Was there for an office Christmas party. The lobby, banquet hall, restrooms, and back patio were all clean and pleasantly decorated. Staff was courteous and prompt aith their service. The food was beyond reproach! I would happily return for an event in the future.

The woman at the front desk was very accommodating! Our room was decent and clean but basic, could use some updates. Breakfast buffet is definitely worth the extra money ($6.95), a very nice spread of hot food and the fruit was really great too… We will definitely stay again if/when we are in the area! Great restaurants/bars on site. Live music on Saturday nights.

I have stayed here many times over the past decade and sadly it's starting to lose quality. This time, I took the option for the breakfast package for my wife and I. A $28 upcharge on the room. This gave us two coupons for the breakfast buffet. However, when we went to the buffet, the advertised price at the restaurant was $6.95/person. That means when you press book it, it's nearly double to price vs. Not prepaying it. No one in the restaurant or the hotel front staff could explain why they overcharge when you prepay it when you book a room. No offer of a refund for the difference. Just a, oh, we're sorry. We'll have to mention that the next time someone from corporate asks… My advice, don't book the discount breakfast package.

Checked in night of our wedding and couldn't have been more pleased! The front desk lady gave me her personal lighter to light some candles I had, and was quick to give me a voucher for the restaurant for our stay! Definitely would recommend staying here.

The front desk woman was so fun and sweet! She was a great first impression. The rooms are OK, bathroom ceilings are very low and I'm short. The breakfast was decent and the server was really nice. Confusing layout of breakfast and uncomfortably quiet though. There is no information in the rooms about anything, like pool, golf or anything local which would have been nice. I would stay in this brand again, bigger beds though. They are very small and our air keeps going off. Close to highways and many things. We are staying for Hershey.

Park Inn ended up being more expensive than it's worth. Our checking was smooth and the room was moderately clean. However it has the normal weird motel smell and the curtains we're kinda stiff and gross. Certainly outdated decorations. By what bothered me the most was one of the beds having a comforter and the other one only having a thin blanket. Just an odd oversight that makes me wonder if they don't have enough comforters for every bed. Also the bathroom has a drop ceiling which is super gross since it's low and can get moldy in such a humid location. Wouldn't pay $70 again for a night. What happened to affordable clean motels?

The room was really nice. Bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was dated but who cares. I only utilized the room and that's it. Several restaurants near by. I went to Dukes. Denny's is up the road also if you want a bigger breakfast.

The entire staff was exceptional and met all of My expectations. The room it's self was very clean and had great linens. Blarney's Twisted Irish Pub served one of the best bacon cheddar burgers I've had while traveling between Park Inn by Radisson. I can say that the price for everything was spot on perfectly priced. Oh and don't forget about breakfast as early as I had to get up, it was impeccably delicious.

I attended a work meeting at this location. It ran smoothly, as usual. All employees were helpful. Lunch was good. Try their frosted brownies-they were amazing! We were in one of the downstairs rooms. The temperature was a bit warm, but bearable.

The bartender Susan was absolutely awesome! She was very nice, very helpful, and she made wonderful drinks. The staff were helpful and nice. Fix the damn vending machines though please.

This place is nothing like the pictures. Booked 2 queen beds and received 2 doubles. Front desk said they don't have 2 queen beds only double beds. Well she lied because room 1233 has 2 queen beds. Beds are old spring mattresses and hard as a rock. Place is dump and they won't even let you leave early without refunding your money. Bad customer service and so far a bad experience. If you stay here you deserve what you get for not taking advice to avoid this place.

My girlfriend and I had a coupon for the Park Inn that was apparently ignored. The coupon included breakfast in bed, champagne delivered to the room, and all at a discounted rate that included tax and gratuity if we reserved in advance, which we did. We were charged a base rate of more than we were promised and that was before taxes. The champagne was never delivered and neither was the breakfast in bed. When we got to the room we noticed the toilet seat in our room had been melted on the top making for a disgusting looking seat and an abrasive surface to sit on. As part of our coupon the room included a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi in our room looked nice upon our arrival but when we filled it up and turned on the jets a oily film covered the water and scummy bubbles began to form. We had to drain and fill the tub multiple times to fix the problem. The room itself was nice and the staff was pleasant and friendly, but we did not receive the experience we were expecting.

They were fantastic when they facilitated our event Kama they are always fantastic! We never get interrupted and the Wi-Fi is good for presentations.

Horrible experience! I had my wedding there and it felt like they did everything they could to mess it up. It all started 2 months before the wedding when I got an email that my coordinator left for another job. A lady took over her spot and went through our detailing appointment with us. Then a month after that when I emailed her I was told that she was no longer there and they were training someone else. (2 months before a wedding is already stressful so this was definitely not helping. ) The new lady that took over, Deb, is completely clueless, though she says she's been doing this for 15yrs. Every time I'd ask her a question it was "I'm confused" or "I don't know". Then when it came to "The Big Day" things got worse. My orginal coordinator came back to help out with a different wedding and completely ruined ours because she never bothered to go over my detailing paperwork and check with my vendors to see how things were supposed to go. They all know the order of a wedding and instead of sending the mothers down first they sent all the guys down and the girls weren't even ready to begin. She bossed around my husband and the Pastor. And since they put guys in a room right before they were supposed to walk out, so the bridal party of another wedding could enter their reception room, they had no idea that the order was messed up.

I was at the Park Inn for a business meeting. The size of the room we were in was adequate, but slightly cramped. Our buffet style lunch was good. I had pleasant service from every hotel employee I dealt with.

Good price, clean room, though rooms have some wear my room was clean & comfortable, very good free breakfast. ABOVE ALL THINGS! The staff ultra nice and friendly, which is a biggy in my book.

Attended a wedding. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable. Food was decent, but not great. Overbooked and to many things happening at once if ask me, just seemed the staff didn't have it all together.

Rooms are decent. Breakfast is good. Amazing shuttle service, very responsive to individual requests, but a little slow when hotel is totally booked. Blarney bar and grill has excellent food and service.

I'm a little concerned after reading the reviews, especially since we are planning a 10 night stay in a few days. We were told the hotel was close to restaurants and clean. I really hope everyone's bad experience was an isolated event and our stay is without drama. If management reads these reviews please make sure we are in a non-smoking room. Maybe we'll bring an Ozonics to clean the air.

Had a few drinks at the bar with some friends. The staff was great, the music was a little loud in the main bar area but off to the side where we were was fine.

This stupid place sits on top of a ghetto bar. It is 10:30, I am trying to sleep and the BASS from the music is rattling objects of of the walls and furniture. It is reminiscent of a terrible movie where the Hotel in the city sits on top of a strip club. I highly recommend NOT staying at this place. Awful. Horrendous. Loud. What a terrible experience.

Mediocre at best. Rooms are dated, some in our group complained of dirty, stained bedding. Our room was acceptable. Although I refused to check the bedding. Public areas are acceptable except for NASTY pool. Pool has what I can only call soap scum all over tiles. I thought it was spray paint until I made the mistake of scratching it with my nail. Gross. Concrete slimy, pool water appeared very cloudy. Trash can over flowing with beer bottles. Lastly the restaurant had decent food. Service was very slow on a Friday night at 8pm with a small crowd. Seemed disorganized. Same for breakfast buffet. The help was disorganized. The buffet itself was minimal. Scrambled, Bacon, toast your own bread and prepackaged juice. Radisson is a respectable name on the hospitality industry. This however was as good as a econolodge.

It's a motel, not a hotel. Park outside by your room, huge complex and hard to find a room even with a map. The highway is pretty close and very loud if you're at the back of the property. Walls are paper thin so you'll hear everything from your neighbors. The front lobby is deceivingly nice, rooms are not that great, a bit cramped. Overall disappointing.

I have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. My first visit was in May of 2015, and my second was in August of 2015. In May I had a really great stay. The room was clean, the beds were a little "springy" feeling, but comfortable enough. The staff was very friendly on both occasions, and I love that there are two pools (one inside and one out). The area was very nice and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Gettysburg is about 40 minutes away if you wanted to spend some time there. The hotel offers restaurants and continental breakfast, and a bar. It would be a nice place to spend some family time based on my first visit. My second visit was in August, and this time we stayed in a pet friendly room, because we decided to take our little dog with us. Our dog is very clean and well behaved. The room was very far away from the pools and everything, which wasn't a huge problem, but I enjoyed the first visit much more because the room was close to both pools. You have to go outside to get to both pools and if it were winter it would be chilly to walk far. The real problem that I had with the second stay was that the room was not nearly as nice. It had a terrible odor of urine and was not anywhere near as clean. There were four of us staying in the room including a 3 year old and our feet were black after walking on the carpet. There was food under the bed, and the phone was not working all of the time.

This place is a DUMP! Do NOT stay here. Book for another place. It's DIRTY, Stay somewhere else. Could NOT Wait to leave.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Free Wi-Fi, indoor pool attached pub. Close to the interstate many restaurants and shops up and down the strip. They have a nice location. Softball kickball tournaments nice volleyball area horseshoe pit. Something like 20 acres total. Great place to rest.

Band plays loudly till 2 and that makes it more like living on top of a bar rather than a hotel. Place is a zoo, not a hotel. Shows up as 3 star hotel, but I wouldn't even credit it with 1 star, because it's not a hotel. I'm sitting the bathroom by myself to escape the horrible band sound which totally sounds like it's right outside my window. What kind of hotel does that? Had someone said when we walked in that a band played till 2 I would have walked out and hauled y screaming baby back into his car seat for another 20 minutes on top of 12 hours. It would have been better than this nightmare.

Relatively good experience. Next time I would definitely bring some more towels though. The towels at Park Inn are all covered in oil nearly the whole day. I had to wake up early just to get a non-oily towel. Also don't water the plants there, they are fake and suck.

Just spent three days, two nights for a beer can collectibles show. Great venue, clean rooms, fair price. Best of all was the hotel staff so very friendly, helped with early check-in, offered me something to drink while I was waiting in lobby for room to be ready (I got there 9:30am red-eye flight), and just overall pleasant experience. I really hope our Spring show is held there EVERY YEAR for many years to come.

Big affordable hotel. Each rooms are like motels. Free parking and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast not complimentary. Has refrigerator in rooms. Good enough for short stay.

We had a short stay just one quick overnight and our experience was great! The desk staff was very nice and helpful in giving us names of restaurants to eat at that night as well as 10% coupon for some local restaurants. The rooms were clean, the grounds were well kept. The pools were well maintained. We all commented that we wished we were staying longer! Great place for a meeting, family reunion or group get together. I would recommend this hotel.

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because of the sales manager, Zeddi, and her responsiveness. We booked a large group of rooms (20+) most in the 3000 block, others in the 5000 block. When we arrived, 65% were dirty. Some were not just a little dirty — but disgusting dirty, even after having been "cleared" from re-cleaning. I think their definition of clean was entirely different than most. When approached, Zeddi had "all hands on deck" (literally) to re-clean all the rooms. She was extremely responsive and they are lucky to have her. On the other hand, this never should have happened in the first place. The facility itself is old and there were many other issues ranging from clogging toilets to broken heating units (too hot, too cold, too loud, etc. ) to poor water pressure. In my case, it took well into the night to get the toilet fixed because the only person who could do it was at Walmart and didn't have a cell phone. When he arrived, he was nice enough but REEKED of cigarette smoke so then I had to air the room out. If the rooms were $50 a night, then I'd consider it fair. But that's not the case. Zeddi has good customer service skills and they were put to the test for our stay. I have to say the 5000 block, as reported by those guests, was satisfactory. I do NOT recommend this motel.

Every time I stay at the Park Inn I have a great experience! Their staff is absolutely unbelievable, especially Dave McCord and Marcel. They took care of everything we needed and than some. The rooms are always clean and are also very spacious. We will definitely continue to stay here when we are in the area! Thank you VERY much guys.

Some of the reviews indicated the hotel was horrible. It isn't great but it wasn't horrible in my experience. The negatives I saw were the plumbing was, at times, slow to drain the sink or bathtub, the channel selection on the TV is a bit weak and the nagivation is not too intuitive, and while the internet access appeared to work well for a few nights it pretty much was poor the last night (lots of dropped connections, etc). The plus side is a local restaurant to the hotel (I didn't eat there so can't comment on the quality), nearby businesses including some decent restaurants and the room was alright. The hotel does have an indoor pool but it is pretty small. The main lobby gives me the impression that while Radisson is running a hotel they are using the main building as a place for business meetings and special events. Weddings were featured in a good deal of the materials in the lobby area. In my opinion three stars might be generous but 2 1/2 wouldn't be too far off. I'd likely stay here again if I return to the area since it is the most convenient for my work and the choices of restaurants and stores is fairly good. The only thing not nearby but would be ideal is a drug store (Walgreens, etc).
