We made an unplanned stop here which turned out to be a very good choice! Very nice people, great customer service, the breakfast was good & they had a hot tub & pool. The entire place was very clean!

Location was great, set off the main road far enough to be a away from noise. Nice restaurant next door. Room was perfect and comfortable. All employees I saw were very helpful and nice.

We stay every time we come to visit my daughter. She attends Mansfield University. They are very friendly. Staff go out of their way for you. Food is great. Beds are comfortable.

Great customer service, greatings with a drink and a snack. Beautiful room and fairly priced.

Came for a training class for work. Had coffee readily available and a very nice meeting room, would stay here if I needed a room for the night. Very good customer service at the front desk and lobby is very presentable.

Very clean, friendly. Great location to Mansfield university. Be aware, book hotel directly via hotel & not Priceline etc. The hotel direct cost is cheaper & the 3rd party vendor has Inflated prices.

Used their meeting room to present a webinar. Staff was extremely helpful.

I plan my trips so I can stay here when I travel. It's clean and welcoming. They all are but these are real people who do their best. I recommend you give them a try.

Great hotel has pool and hot tub as well as a fitness room. Hotel was just built so the rooms are awesome.

Very nice. One of my favorite Hamptons. Property is well-maintained. Rooms are of the new design. Nice. People are very pleasant. Breakfast has decent selection. I wish they use Keurigs the way HGIs do. But, good place to stay in the area (i think it's the best hotel in the area). Perkins next door for a quick meal. Convenient off the highway.

We're travelling north for the weekend and found this Hampton along the way to stay at. Did not have reservations however the staff was overwhelmingly helpful and courteous in booking a room for us. Very comfortable bed, extra pillows brought to our room within minutes by the same front desk receptionist that checked us in. Clean and organized breakfast with very fresh fruit!

The room was wonderful, very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The Wi-Fi connection was a little spotty at times for Skype.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is good, staff is friendly.

As a staff member since opening I can say it is a great hotel with courteous staff that will do everything it can for its guests. We have a great view of town that people love and as a newer building it is very comfortable staying here.

Needed a room at last minute while traveling. Manager Robin was a great help. Marie was very helpful and patient during continental breakfast in the morning too! She helped Daddy with three young boys trying to get their breakfast.

The service is top notch. One of the desk staffers allowed my brother and I to stay in the pool as late as we want despite it closing at 10pm. Rooms were clean, Breakfast was great. Overall just a really great deal.

We came to the Hampton inn to spend the night after a long day of driving, and it was really a highlight of our trip. No hassle Check in and great service.

The hotel is clean and esthetically pleasing. It seems that the hotel is understaffed as the front desk isn't always staffed or for example our room wasn't turned over when we got back around 3pm. But there are nice amenities like round the clock coffee and tea station and pool/hot tub and fitness room. The room is clean and and comfortable. I was happy with the stay.

Very clean and well kept with comfy beds and ample bathroom space.

I've been delighted by my stay so far. The only thing I wasn't excited about was that the shower drain was very slow, but that was probably just something wrong with that one room. Everything else was so well taken care of that I'm sure the staff wasn't aware of the issue. The breakfast is great, and the room is very neat and clean.

Hamptons are usually always good, very neat and orderly had no issue's.

I am a wheelchair user so we got the King bed handicap room. Clean and roomy enough for my power chair. Roll in shower. I transfer to the bench to shower. Seat was a bit to low for me to get back in the chair. But other wise. Great stay good breakfast.

I always stay at one of the hilton chain hotels for business. The place is new and very nice. The front desk folks are friendly. All that doesn't matter when the bed is as hard as a rock. Cheap mattress as hard a concrete. I wasn't even able to fall asleep. For 140 a night it was a huge disappointment.
