Fantastic staff. Extra clean. Very accommodating!

Absolutely an amazing hotel! Got stranded in Latrobe due to canceled flights, and I am so glad I found this hotel. Women at the front desk were more than helpful, made me feel comfortable staying there, wish I got their names! Very clean hotel. Shuttle drivers were also very helpful! Breakfast was very good, and they even had a little store with food!

TERRIBLE service. Contracts mean nothing. If you are considering blocking rooms here. Definitely find another hotel. Maybe one that will keep their word on accommodating your out of town guest. I’m a bride to be that has to now worry about where her guest will be staying. Along with shuttling them.

Beautiful views, modern amenities, safe COVID-19 procedures in place with the pool still open :) & amazing staff!

Overall a super nice facility! A huge shout-out to Sara at the front desk for her huge heart and generosity! I was traveling alone with my son when he fell extremely ill in the middle of the night. I called the front desk out of desperation and Sara went above and beyond bringing me things to help him at 3am, even offering to go to Walmart when her shift ended. Kind, caring, helpful people like that are hard to find in today’s world! Thank you Sara from this one very grateful mom! Keep spreading your kindness! It doesn’t go unnoticed ♥️

This is a very nice Springhill. It's a newer building, with beautiful grounds/gardens. Location is close to the airport, not a lot of restraunts within walking distance, but a lot at a nearby mall that's just a short drive. Hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very nice rooms. Great deal as well especially since you can find a room on Priceline express deals. 54 bucks a night! Has a good free breakfast, am indoor pool. The pool is small but nice. Also there is a bar in the lobby.

Awesome place to stay. Stayed 3 nights and couldn't. Find one thing to complain about.

A more recent hotel by Arnold Palmer Airport. It's always clean and kept. The in house breakfasts and bar/Cafe is good too.

Great visit overall, the thing I didn't like was the fact that the breakfast only ran until 930 even on the weekends. Most other hotels with a noon checkout run until 11 on weekends. Other than that it was a great stay! Would return. Everyone was very nice and inviting and the room was clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle that runs until 11 within a 3 mile radius which is great for people flying in.

Perfect hotel. Stayed with family and they accommodated adjoining rooms. Clean. Spacious. Great food and pool. Will definitely be back.

Love! Updated Room beds were comfortable, large beds. Two bathrooms the sitting area was great in my room also. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend! Not to mention the indoor pool was a delight. My daughter loved it.

The hotel is beautiful and has a huge swimming pool and also an exercise room. The breakfast is about the same as any other hotel. The rooms are nice and also clean.

Rooms were exceptional. Comfortable to relax in. Clean and updated with frig. And Wi-Fi, separate shower from bathroom. Very nice bar and tables to relax in. Morning free breakfast and coffee served 25 hours. Meals menu exceptional. Come and see for yourself at Latrobe Springfield Suites.

The hotel room was descent sized and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff did a great job of refilling things and keeping everything cleaned up. The beds were clean and comfortable. My family slept well and we enjoyed the pool. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're traveling with children. We'll definitely be staying again.

Great stay yet again My family and I stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights recently. Clean and welcoming place. Great continental breakfast, like really good for a hotel continental breakfast. I love that they don't use styrofoam plates and bowls. The heated pool was a family favorite. Rooms are plenty spacious and comfortable. Staff is pleasant and responsive.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was large and had a great setup — 2 queen beds and a pullout couch which was could be used as a separate entertainment area. There was also a fridge. The bathroom was split up into two rooms — one for the toilet and the other for showering. The breakfast was also delicious and had plenty of drink and food options. Would stay here again!

I stayed in a double queen room suite that was able to sleep me, my brother, and nephew comfortably. The room was clean and very nice. The location is great for me since my family lives close, but is also very close to stores and the Latrobe airport. The amenities such as the pool, bar area, and outdoor fire area are all super nice. I would recommend staying here if you need a place on the Latrobe area.

The hotel was clean, but that's about all that was good. This is not the best place if you have small children. The beds were so squeaky that my kids woke up if you rolled over. The pillows were lumpy. The lights were not adjustable, so we had to keep the TV on to have a night light. I had to get a handicap room to be able to have a bathtub instead of just a shower. The doors were LOUD. Forgot sneaking out of the room if you kiddos are asleep, the door will wake them up when it closes. There is no fan for the shower or potty (two separate rooms). Gotta go number two? You'll stink up the whole room. And there goes your white noise since the fan on the air conditioner keep turning off. Gotta give the whole family a bath? It will be a sauna by the time your done. Oh and if you thinking about relaxing with a glass of wine at the bar, be warned it's $11 a glass! The breakfast was a well stocked continental breakfast. Although the eggs had no flavor. Only one staff member was pleasant. The rest were all either grumpy or monotoned. I am usually a positive person, but this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

This is a very nice place. Super clean and very friendly. I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 reasons. I am handicapped, we got a accessible room and there was no way of getting in to the bathroom or shower with my wheelchair. Also it was very noisy.

This is a very nice place to stay. From the rooms to the staff everything was great. The outside fireplace was nice to sit around for a chilly afternoon. The privacy wall with a water feature was nice to sit by and look at rather than the parking lot behind it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were stylish and looked new. Service was great and location was pretty good.

Great place. Clean, efficient the food was very good with the exception of the fresh strawberries which definitely needed to be made into Jam. Staff is friendly and the scenery is quite pretty. I would definitely stay here again and suggest another stew the same.

Room was nice and big. Breakfast was chaotic, there were not enough bowls at any point. Plates were stacked so badly they were knocked over multiple times. And no waffle maker. Pool was smaller than expected and not very clean. We were in it within 30 minutes of opening and there was a clump of long hair floating in it. It was Labor day do I would probably give them another chance, but I will not be recommending this location.

We were in town for a college football game, approximately 80 of us stayed there. Personally for me our stay was perfect! I dont have one complaint about our visit. We enjoyed it very much. The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! I wish I would have had more time to rest and enjoy the nice room, it was very comfortable. Before check out we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. With a team of football players they managed to keep the breakfast flowing smoothly for enjoyment. When back in the area I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

This springhill is pretty new. Loved the design of the public spaces. There indoor and outdoor spaces and lots of folks were using them even late at night. The room was nicely laid out. I'd never seen one of this sliding barn doors in a hotel before. The toilet was separate from the shower and had its own private sink. I guess having these two spaces took up less space than pouring all the functions together. Loved it. Everything worked, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nicer. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room could not have been more pleasant. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again.

Excellent service! Location is very convenient to the Latrobe airport which is important to me. Room had a sitting area including a desk, a small fridge, and a microwave for snacks separated by a divider from the bedroom area. There was a powder room separate from the shower which meant I could shower and then shave in front of a condensation free mirror. Staff was friendly and eager to help. I am a frequent traveler and I wish I could find accommodations like this more often.

The rooms were really nice but I'd like to comment on the beds and how firm they were. It was extremely difficult for me to fall asleep on after a long drive… I also was woken up by people in the hallways, the cleaning crew and the people in the next room, it seems to me the walls are paper thin. I would recommend bringing earplugs. The facility was very beautiful and accommodating… I just wanted to point those things out.

Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Nice wraparound couch. There's actually like 1.25 bathrooms in here! Fridge, microwave, closet space, it's hard to find anything to compassion about. The exercise room is pretty standard. Cookies at the desk every evening, and the people behind it have been very nice and helpful. Honestly, I'm not too picky about hotels, and I'm here on business, so I'm feeling pretty spoiled at this place.

Stayed for a wedding! Beautiful hotel, very modern & up to date! Only complaint was the windows weren't sound proof and we were on the same side as the fireplace!

Once again our stay at this hotel was great! Service was wonderful and the staff are always beyond friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. The huge bathroom is always a plus. We also went to the bar area, and the service was very good. Thank you Heidi for making us feel at home and being so friendly!

I've stayed at hotels across the country and this was by far the best place I have ever stayed. Excellent rates, amazing service, awesome fireplace outdoors and everyone that works here is fantastic.

Staff is always friendly and rooms are always clean. You cannot beat the location — — right off of 30 and next to the airport. I stay here every time I'm in town.

Perfect… Friendly staff, good breakfast, immaculately clean and quiet suites… no negatives.

Everything is nice. Large tv, amazing pillows, comfy beds, nice warm showers with working showerhead. My only gripe is the layout of the room (2 queen beds). The TV is not easily visible from the further bed, you have to sit on the couch to watch it. And the shower doesn't have a toilet in the same room, although it does have a sink and that's nice. The toilet room also has a sink. Those two have sliding doors that I don't like, you can see through the edge of the door straight into the shower. Since I am sharing the room with a co-worker it's a little awkward. Also, not being able to sit after a shower is annoying. The breakfast isn't that great but it's hard to complain when it's "free". Eggs are powder, sausage was cheap, options for actual food only consisted of cereal and multiple different types of toast. Still, as a light breakfast it's not bad.

This hotel is great. It is only missing a hot tub. Breakfast was good, many choices, hot and cold options. Hotel is nice. Open designs well thought up. Large inviting bar. Room has microwave and fridge, separate shower and toilets. Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Good variety channels on the TVs. Would stay here again, thougg we were a little disappointed there was not a hot tub, however otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

I am going there for the next month and half and so far it has been great I would recommend this place to any body they have excellent staff.
