I love this hotel. It's clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice. I will stay here every chance I get. Also Beau's has the best food and the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The whole staff is very personal and informative the menu excellent.

Spacious room and was surprised to find the refrigerator. Very convenient with a restaurant on the facilities with lots of stores and other places close by.

Clean rooms, friendly service and love the two pool option.

We have stayed at this Hilton numerous times. I rated it a 5 until this stay. We booked the romance package. That was a night in a "deluxe" room, a gift card to beaus, and a bottle of champagne (quite possibly the cheapest champagne available). The night started with absolutely no parking spots at 4 PM. Our bathroom clearly had not been cleaned so much so that there was quite a bit of hair (not ours) in the shower drain and cup ring marks on the bathroom counter. Front desks response when showed the picture was that they'll let house keeping know. Shame on you hilton for allowing your establishment to be run this way. There are way nicer places to stay at a much better rate.

This hotel was just like staying at a corner motel! The employees were better dressed and more polite than the facility. The rooms were not up to par, everything that could go wrong went wrong, but the appeal of the outside hooks you more than the inside appeal. Restaurant was not a great experience, hotel did not live up to what Hilton Brand is, but the customer service was wonderful! All in all, this is not a hotel I would suggest you bring your family to stay at. My next visit will be at the Double Tree next door.

Our room and toiletries were nice. Loved that I had access to foam and feather pillows and was able to request more online before I arrived. So I got a really great night's sleep. The pools were nice but was too busy to enjoy them. My only room complaints are that: the shower water didn't get hot like the sink water, which could get scolding hot and the coffee pot in the room didn't work correctly and was leaking water. I needed to warm up my baby's bottles and after many attempts to use the hot water from the coffee pot failed, I turned to using the hot water from the sink and that did the job. I was disappointed that there were no microwaves in the room. I've stayed in cheaper hotels and always had a microwave if there is a refrigerator. They normally go hand in hand. Overall I had a very positive experience and would stay at a Hilton again.

Nice banquet for our class reunion. Good food. Cash bar was too pricey and the catering minimum was too high. Enjoyed having the basement area to ourselves. Valet parking was available which was a bonus.

You guys ARE definitely NOT a pet friendly Hotel. I received 2 calls on the same day because ONE guest complained about my dog. They said that my dog, which is a small puppy, was barking too much. And This was not true as I was in the room all day. Of course the dog barked a few times but she barked normally like all OTHER dogs do! … It was not an annoying barking. I complained with the front desk and told them: “hey I checked in on Wednesday and just today (Saturday) I’m rec…eiving complains, that doesn’t makes sense”. The old man just told me “sorry sir this guest checked in today and if the guest is complaining about it the. We have to follow up, some guests are very sensitive to dogs” I was like wtf Sr!. I know that you should follow up guests complains but you should also have some “judgment” to determine if the barking is really annoying or not! The old man didn’t say anything!. Ps: If you guys (HILTON) consider yourself “Pet Friendly Hotel” then you should have a sign in the front desk/lobby to let all people know about it.
I mean If I would be a person that doesn’t like dogs then I wouldn’t stay in a freaking hotel that is pet friendly.

I have stayed here all week for business. Besides the friendly service and great breakfast, I am very underwhelmed with this place. My shower/bath has mold and old soap scum built up in it. There are water pipes bulging out of the wall in the bathroom. Room is very outdated with stained carpets. Bed comforter is wrapped in 2 bedsheets to give the appearance of a clean fresh comforter, this is not the case however. Questioning why this place is so popular and highly reviewed. I will be finding other accommodations for my next business trip to Akron.

We went to Beau's for my husband's Aunt and Uncle's 40th wedding anniversary. I had the Funky Tuna Tartare, it was so yummy. I also had asparagus for the first time, I loved it! Our waiter was awesome, funny and joking with us. He did a fabulous job, we didn't have to wait long for anything, apps, dinner or drinks. We ate in the outside space, it was so nice. Definitely will go back.

Great restaurant. Rooms are modern and spacious. The large tub was the only standout as not yet updated. Yearly ducklings in April and May likely. Excellent patio/pool area (indoor/outdoor) with working hot tub. Lots of seating/gathering areas.

The mother's day brunch at Beau's grill is the best for miles around! Dinner there is also outstanding!

Convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Conference rooms were nice and worked well for large event. Catering food was better than expected.

One star too many. Had the worst experience and guest service at a Hilton. We stayed last weekend for our daughters dance competition. 1st night our room and hall smelled of marijuana so badly we had to wash it out of our clothing. It made my 2 children under 12 very ill. They should never have to be subjected to illegal drugs in a Hilton that I spend $200 a night on. The hotel staff upgraded us at no charge to a suite. Thankful we thought this would solve our problem. Unfortunately however this was not the case. Our suite elevator everywhere we went we were subjected to a contact buzz and my kids were nauseous And sick the entire stay. Needless to say I was terribly upset this continued to be a problem. I complained to a hotel management several times I felt they should have discounted my room etc. All I got was I am sorry but that doesn’t fix the fact that my small children were subject to illegal drugs.

Food was great. Location was nice. Price was fair. Service was very nice just a little slow.

Great venue for our event. Staff was professional, courteous, and responsive throughout the event. Food was delicious with a pleasing presentation. Overall, a great facility with a convenient location just outside of Akron and easily accessible from Interstate 77.

Food was delicious and banquet hall was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, my wife requested a vegetarian dish and was brought to her immediately.

I won a gift certificate from my company Christmas party and decided to use the voucher for my 6th year wedding anniversary. Tim, the manager, became aware of this and made our anniversary weekend memorable. Thank You so much. The food, from Beau’s Grill, was delicious and the champagne was great!. Our bartender was. He made the best chocolate martini I have ever had. My husband and I will definitely recommend this hotel to our families and work colleagues.

Nice facility, staff was kind, room was spacious and well organized. A good place to host an event. Parking was slightly confusing though.

It was nice to see more menu options at Beau's Grille, while keeping available some of the favorites. The seafood pasta was delicious. The wine list is expanded.

I have stayed there a few times, not a bad hotel the rooms are quite large and clean. There is a restaurant and the food is quite good. If you like shopping, directly across the street is a shopping mall.

Had an annual office holiday party in the grand ballroom. Great space, excellent service and dinner. Ample parking. Would love to have it there again!

Where to begin… we were moved twice, stayed in 3 rooms total… Room 1 broken toilet and zero hot water. Room 2 a broken shower head and a white substance all over the nightstand and carpet between the two beds… let that sink in… we were then moved to a suite just to find dirty sheets on one of the beds. No manager available for 3 days… Even the front desk was grossed out by the rooms. The franchisee’s license should be revoked and the entire place should be overhauled. I will add that the corporate office was far more helpful than the locals that work there. A disgrace to the Hilton name. One star is too much for this place.

Very enjoyable stay. My daughter and son-in-law live local and joined us for dinner at Beau's Grille. This place is more than just an average bar and grille attached to a hotel. Half of the people there were regulars and are known by their first names. The menu is perfect with something for everyone. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area looking for accommodations.

Nice. But dated hotel. Fairly clean. Shower drain plugged up, wont drain. No towel bars but hotel bar is good. Check in great parking good. Other guests noisy all night (thanks for that) room large, floor uneven under carpet, craftsmanship overall subpar so 3 star.

A recent work trip that I was on afforded me the opportunity to stay at the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn. The hotel met all expectations. The property is very clean, well appointed, and the staff was superb. Being only minutes from Interstate 77 made the commute to work extremely easy. The hotel is across the street from Summit Mall, an excellent place for shopping and dining. Not to mention all of the restaurants and shops that abound in the Fairlawn area. Only moments from the hotel is the Akron Metro Parks Bike and Hike trails and the Akron Zoo. The hotel also has an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. Plus, Cleveland is only a short 30 minutes away via I-77. Ill be back for sure.

I went to a seminar for work in one of the conference rooms. It was nice and tidy. They served a continental breakfast. The fruit did have an off taste about it… like it was on some sort of meat dish before. Otherwise, the guest restroom was clean.

Went with husband for company dinner. Bartender Bianca very friendly and professional. Food served at meeting very good. Stayed here last year and very pleased with everything. Highly recommend.

Absolutely spectacular service. In town for a wedding. Staff was above and beyond attentive. So much so that we had late night requests, i. E. Toothbrush, waters, and No charge plus the head manager Thomas greeted us with a smile and the utmost respect. Can not say enough for this establishment. wjm.

Clean environment, modern design, modern conference room amenities. Excellent food. I attended a Chamber of Commerce luncheon there and was surprised by how nice the food was. Definitely recommend the venue for such events.

Service problems room was clean. Bed was fine. However, I wanted to take a bath and there was no way to stopper the tub. I called the front desk. It rang until I got the message that the mailbox was full and no one was available to take my call. Twice. Then is used the room phone to access an outside line and called the front desk. Rang for several minutes. Twice. Gave up. Then I pushed the button for a wake-up call. "You have reached the personal message center. You have no messages. " Maybe I accidentally hit the wrong button. No. Right button. Same message. My roommate checked us out and paid the bill. Later I learned we were charged for two local calls. That was the straw that broke the camel's back!

Beau's grill had a Easter brunch buffet. Besides the hour wait. Food was delicious. We were served a $50 dollar gift card for our wait which was a generous gesture!

There's a nice space. The acoustics aren't great, but it serves the purposes well. There's a small shop, too, which is nice.

Couldn't get wireless to work even with an account number for the Hilton honors program that I was forced into. Things were broken and dirty. The beds and shower were nice. All in all a large price for an over rated room.

Rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfy. The catering was well done and was very satisfying. Wait staff was on top of cleaning tables.

Stayed there with my wife for 3 nights for a friend's wedding. Went to the kitchen one evening to ask for a little salt (forgot my mouth wash). A little white lady at the kitchen upon handing me the salt asked me to bring it back and not put it in my bag, in other words, don't steal it. It was so offensive to me I just had to tell her she's very rude. Didn't want to say racists. There's no way she'll say that to a young white couple. I'm an African by the way, decent job and a decent income. Had no other issues. The rest of the people were nice.
