Very Friendly Staff and Free Breakfast.

This is a amazing hotel we stayed their a couple weeks ago and the staff Were amazing and it was very clean…

My wife and I were on a 3 week long driving tour of the country. We stayed in MANY hotels along the way. From Connecticut on down to New Orleans and back. This was by far the worst. The room was dingy, the toilet/shower was disgusting and had a foul smell. The bed was something you’d expect to find at a lesser quality hotel. The morning breakfast was slightly better then expected. The omelette was better then most places we stayed. The staff was friendly enough, the lady who was running the breakfast was Very kind. But over all this was the Worst Hotel of our trip. I would recommend going down the road to the Next group of hotels. They will put you closer to Amish country anyway.

We got here yesterday and leaving tomorrow. The front desk girls that checked us in was more than polite and very helpful to helping us out where to eat dinner at. Fantastic stay with return. And the breakfast bar girl this morning was great. I enjoyed talking to her very pleased. We will return next time.

Not very spacious. Poor customer service. I had some items stolen from the place and nothing was ever done about it. Manager never followed up with me. All around not a good spot to be in. The indoor pool is heated and they do have a hot tub. But very disgusting!

Great place clean friendly and quiet all that's needed to get away from the craziness of the city.

The staff is extremely nice, accommodating and helpful. However, I gave it a three because the beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were extremely small.

Okay, we thought everything was great, but we found a HUGE brown stain on our bed, and we didn't mention it until we checked out the next morning, but they gave us all of our money back. But yes, we're not staying here again.

This place is a hidden little gem! Super clean, great customer service, and even the breakfast was great! Price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great room and bed was as nice were local ppl we live 20 miles from the hotel my wife and I just wanted to get away from living with her parrents anyhow the most big complaint we have is my wife has a service dog cuz her Epilepsy the woman manager with short blonde hair and glasses was extremely ignorant to my wife when I was in the room she said dogs are not allowed here ppl have allergy’s my wife said my dog is medical equipment The manager said what hope u leave soon so we will be calling ada today and filling a report and because of this we will not begging back it’s sad because ppl that work there we’re very nice but not trained well we needed sheets for our king bed the lady brought us queen sheets 3 times my wife had to show her if the manager wasn’t worried bout the service dog she should strain her employees better!

Nice low rates and decent quality rooms. Breakfast has definitely improved from what it was a year ago.

My mother and I come over from York every few weeks just to stay here. We stay 2 nights just to enjoy the quiet, and the hot tub. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast in the AM at the motel, and a number of restaurants in the area for supper.

I was really pleased with everything up until to met the older woman who helps serve the food. Don’t get me wrong the food was fine, however the woman was rude. On my first morning she yelled at me to use tongs to grab a bagel while there were no tongs to use. Then the next day, I was grabbing a banana off of the clump and was yelled at once again in a harsh tone to use tongs AGAIN. Which is the dumbest thing i’ve ever heard considering it’s nearly impossible to separate bananas like that. She was rude. Then to further that out i’m grabbing an apple now with tongs avoiding conflict, and she stands ridiculously close to me to a point I was unbelievably uncomfortable.

I was very pleased with my stay here for a wedding. The only thing was that I thought I had booked a room with two beds and a sofa bed and I got a room with one bed. Made it very difficult for the bride and 4 bridesmaids to get ready with two hair and makeup stylists in the room. But nevertheless, I have no complaints. Free coffee in the lobby 24/7 was a bonus and the bed was very comfortable. I was very pleased overall. I would come back.

Clean rooms, well renovated. Slight smoke smell from years before. Breakfast leaves something to be desired.

Short stay, place way clean and comfortable. Nice pool and HOT Tub. There is a place called scoops right next door. Good place to eat.

Love this place! Don't waste your time trying to find a place on 30East when this hidden gem is less than 10 minutes way on 30 West. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is served in spotless area and it is good! Walk across the parking lot for the best ice cream every evening, then try to leave without getting the home-made potto chips!

A bit far away from the Lincoln Highway area. Double rooms are small. Shower only and no refrigerator. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Quite pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facilities. Nice clean room, quiet, courteous staff, decent breakfast. All in all a very comfortable stay.

Cleaning lady was happy to get you more towels, toilet paper, etc. Breakfast lady was hard working and brought out some hot breakfast items. Maintenance man was friendly. Overall, happy and friendly staff. Hotel has a hot tub and pool.

Rooms were very nice but I didnt like hownthey only served sausage heated up with no eggs was odd but other then that was great ckeab place to stay.

Very clean. Nice heated pool, I especially love that that when you enter the lobby it smells so fresh and clean. Love the decor and shower, nice clean white towels. Breakfast was wonderful, boiled eggs, sausages, donuts waffles.

We did not get to stay. My uncle who lives in the area called around for me because all hotels in the area are asking for a two night min. He spoke with a lady at the front desk who said she could override it and let me book a room for one night on March 12. When I called and got a man I told him the story he put me on hold and asked her about it. He came back on and said she never said that and it was still a two night min. So I called my uncle back and told him and he called them back. They said she did say that but changed her mind in the five minutes it took for me to call. So long story short I would not stay there if it was free. If they lie like that what else are they doing.

I use the meeting room a couple times a month. The staff always has the room ready and set up the way I ask. Staff is easy to deal with.

Booked on Hotwire, couldn't be happier for the price! Very friendly staff, clean and neat room, and overall a great experience.

Cons: The room was quite smaller than expected… Even though we had a non smoking room, the hallway was filled with the smell of smoke from the other rooms… Pros: The breakfast was more than decent… the pillows were comfy… Friendly staff Overall it was an okay experienced but I didn't really enjoy myself whatsoever.

Our room was very clean, it smelled sanitized from the moment we walked in. The staff seemed friendly. I would definitely stay at the Sleep inn again.

My Family stayed there due to the ice storm from 2-5-14 to 2-7-14, The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. A very nice breakfast every day! We will return and give 100% recommendation to anyone needing a room. A pleasant experience indeed.
