Friendly staff. Lovely room. Little variety for breakfast. Good coffee.

Nasty. Toenail clippings under bed. Ants crawling at base of night stand. Unidentified curlies attached to comforter. Room smelled like mold. We arrived late, and without options during a rainstorm so I cleaned up the best I could since we felt trapped. Should never have stayed, learned my lesson for next time, was told by Choice Hotels (the rewards program) to request a termination from manager on duty, and not to stay there. I lost my chance for a refund, so hopefully you don't! Yuck.

The breakfast was adequate but not much. The staff was nice but the coffee was terrible and weak and there were no coffee pots in the rooms. We stayed there for three nights and no one ever checked our room to see if we needed the beds made, more towels (the towels were very thin), soap or anything. We did have a freezer and microwave, which was nice and the air conditioning was okay. We noticed they had put in newer bathrooms and sinks. All in all, we were not as happy as when we have stayed at other choice hotels since we are members…

While the rooms are an acceptable size, they smell, horrible and are very damp (my clothing bags etc are getting wet just being in the room) and dingy. The air conditioning barely works. The sheets I'm certain were not changed between guests there were potato chips in the bed when I pulled back the top. I would not stay here again.

Checked us in early so that we could begin our stay and start our vacation. He was so efficient and kind with his welcome! Plus. This is a great place and the room is so clean and comfortable!

Poor customer service. I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone came to check me in. They also gave me a dirty room. The bed wasn't even made. Not a very good choice if you have other options.

The room was neat and clean, check in was without issue, reception was nice and pleasant. The room smelled good, the bed was beyond comfortable… love the soft and hard pillows!. Would definitely stay again when I'm in town!

The room was fantastic! Beds were so comfy… clean bathroom and shower. Breakfast was so tasty. All staff members were polite and helpful! would def stay again…

I stayed here when I was in a pinch and needed a room last minute. The staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly and was able to provide me with a clean room at a great value. The hotel is very clean, it was very open and spacious. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and stay here again!

My family has been using this hotel for a number of years. Its close to family and we have never had a problem. The bathrooms are always clean, the price is great and the continental breakfast is up to par with most other hotels of this nature. The Wi-Fi is fast and it comes free with your stay.

It’s a nice hotel, quiet but to be warned sometimes there fire alarm goes off at random every once in awhile. But overall not a lot of options for breakfast.

No heat or air in my room for 3 weeks beds changed one time, had to get them to give me a heater.

Not a bad little hotel. When I came to the first room they gave me and found that it was dirty they gave me a new room. Good price and easy to get to from Limerick if anyone is needing a place to stay while working at the Power Plant.

Update: Next to a strip club not for children doesn’t appear to be very clean so I’ve never stayed or recommended to people visiting in need of a room for the night. Go into Pottstown or reading if you need a place to stay. Worth driving past this one and go the extra 10 miles eastbound to Pottstown or westbound to reading.

The room was very clean and well kept. The bathroom and fixtures were also in great shape. The staff were very friendly and professional. Overall, a nice spot to spend a few days.

Area kinda rough. Great pool and hot tub, it was a ghost town inside the hotel, seen 3 people no one in the hot tub or pool me and my daughter had it to ourselves. The bathroom tile was cracked some mold. carpet needs to be replaced. grounds needs care and pick up.

This place is the worst. First I booked for 4 nights the. Was told there was no availablity for my room type for one of the nights. Then they would not cancel my reservation only 2 nights. I get here they charge an additional 21.99 for a 3 person in a double bed room. The room smelled terrible. The room was dirty. There were no proper ammenties. I have been to roadside motels better the this. no one should ever stay here!

Nicely remodeled rooms and very friendly staff.

Clean rooms. The climate control was good. In the dead of winter I wasn't trying the pool, but it was there. If you are visiting Douglassville, then you can feel safe staying here. It isn't very far from Bowers where the Chili Pepper Festival is, so spend the night and enjoy both days.

It had the biggest bed I ever seen in my life that's good enough for me.

Because the customer service people were ignorant, and they had mice running around in their rooms. Plus it looked like a bunch of drugies selling drugs out of there rooms with escourts bothering you for a fun time. Me love you long time if you know what I mean/ paid sex.

Stayed here for six weeks for a pipeline job. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is strong and dependable, weekly rate at less than $400 is very fair, location is convenient middle ground between Reading and Pottstown and far cheaper than anywhere at the same quality level in either town. Would stay there again.

They are a lovely staff esp. The evening girl, very sweet n understanding.

Hair was found in spots of the room, floor had stains on it, and the sound proofing of the bathroom sucked.

Has great TV chanels. I recommend this to you.

Good experience. I stayed here during the Collie Nationals event near Philadelphia. Good experience overall. Place seems to have improved over the years. Friendly staff, good location and prices. Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Better than I expected given the prior reviews.

I tavel alot across the country and have stayed in hundreds of motels and this Econo is the first motel that had No Hair Drier, No Coffee Maker, No Iron in room in my room! The positive: airconditioning, TV, microwaive, small frig, and the room seems clean. I asked the from desk why they don't have a coffee maker in the rooms and she said that they provide coffee in the morning as part of their breakfast. Wow!
