So far so good check in great, pool great, room great, let ya no on breakfast tomorrow lol.

Very disappointed! I had a room booked and paid for and because of covid 19 our event got postponed. I called the hotel to change it and the girl on the phone said shed have thd manager call me back which never did. I called again and the girl on the phone said she couldnt give my money back even though it wasnt my fault because of covid… I should have got my money back since it wasnt my fault. I even have all the receipts and emails and nope paid for a room for nothing. Never again!

Recently remodeled. The thermostat looks like it works, but you have to adjust the controls on the through-the-wall unit. Our room was a chilly 67 degrees for most of our stay. The bathroom ceiling needed paint and the bathtub drain would not stay open.

It was a good stay. Staff was helpful and satisfied my needs.

The Hampton Inn Clarion was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Rooms were nicely decorated.

No recycling bins. Breakfast was good. They used recyclable paper plates and cups but they do not separate the waste. Otherwise a good hotel.

Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good, only complaint was coffee was weak.

The guest service was very friendly and helpful. The room was xlean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. On the down side; there was no bath soap in my room, the breakfast setup was disorganized, they ran out of coffee, and the tables were not attended to.

Hotel inside was great and easy to navigate. Cleanliness was top notch. Location was right off the highway and set back a bit and a little easy to miss when getting off the road. Service was good but soda and water vending machines were completely empty.

I hit did enjoy my event today at the hotel however it was a little cool because of the air conditioning and the staff could have been little more friendly.

I have stayed at many Hamptons, and other brands in the Hilton chain, literally all across the US. The Hampton here in Clarion, PA is the best so far. The room is immaculate. The staff so friendly. My daughter is planning on attending the University here. I plan to stay at this Hampton every time I visit!

This is a wonderful Hotel. They only have two smoking rooms, so the hotel smells very clean. The rooms are nice eyes and the beds are very comfortable, each with four pillows to choose from. The water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was also very full of different choices to eat. Entry and exit back onto I-80 were very simple. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice and comfortable and easily located off of interstate 80. The pool is small but seems in good shape. Same with the exercise room — small but functional. The staff was friendly and offered water and snack on check in. The room was a standard Hampton inn room: clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good the next day as well.

Everything you could want in a randomly selected inexpensive hotel close to I-80. Friendly staff, clean room with a nice layout, good breakfast. Perfect for our 12-hour mid-roadtrip stay.

Hampton Inn Clarion, although situated across from a hospital, we never heard any emergency vehicles. The room was very clean, the only problem was it was a smoking room and we are not smokers. I had to spray to try and remove the smoke odor. It was the only room left. Hotel is easily seen from I-80, easy on and off. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Better than most places. The employees were very nice. Did not need room services.

Stuck in snow on I-80. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool perfect for kids.

Pleasant staff, room was clean, beds comfortable, A/C cool and quiet. Minor issue with the room's door lock not always opening w/keycard and bath door needed adj. Would stay again, breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff was very helpful with helping us find things to do in the local area and even when we asked about things that we're outside of the local area they went beyond the call of duty to locate the information for us.

It's your standard Hampton inn. The staff is friendly and everything is usually clean. I've stayed here numerous times for work. Never had huge issues.

Check in was easy, continental breakfast was good, beds were clean and comfortable. We stopped for a night in the middle of a long drive, and the location was convenient.

Convenient location, and very nice rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast as well — very pleased to see hot entrees, like eggs and bagel toppers. In addition, they had many pastry and cereal choices, as well as waffles. They had very generous breakfast hours (6-10)! We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it seemed nice. Hotel was very clean and Wi-Fi was easy to access. Too bad we were just passing thru and couldn't stay longer.

I did have an issue with how they charged my card that I held the room with and kinda ruined my weekend away BUT I have since spoken with the Gen Mgr there and he has helped in getting my money returned to my account which I appreciate greatly. I hope this doesn't happen to other people who are planning to stay there. The room was clean and the hotel itself was very modern inside.

I stay here for work often. Clean rooms and awesome staff.

Stayed for the first time at Hampton Inn Clarion about a month ago for a friends wedding. I had requested an earlier check in time, as well as a late check out and was granted both. Beautiful décor, comfortable bedding. Everything was clean and fresh. Upon check in to my room, the front desk clerk called and asked if everything was ok and if I needed anything. Enjoyed my stay so much I am planning another quick overnight to the same hotel.

Nice hotel but way too expensive for a basic Hampton inn. I've stayed in embassy suites for less. For the price it should be suites not standard rooms. Basically location has nothing, the place was totally full trapping travelers on there way to a real destination into paying high prices. Great for business not so much for the customer.

Location is good, close to shopping, restaurants, cinema, etc. Lobby is unimpressive. Breakfast area looks old.

The room was great and the staff was friendly and efficient. I not only stayed here for a few days I also rented their meeting room. The facilities were excellent and very professional. April and Bob were very helpful and made my stay enjoyable and productive. I will defintely stay there again and have recommended it to my co-workers.
