Well a very loud alarm woke me up @ 1230 am and had to stand out side in freezing cold for no real reason … or Atleast wasn’t explained to anyone. Stupid.

Definitely do not recommend! awful hotel and nasty rooms. I walked in my room thanks strong foul smelling odor, stains on my blanket, blood stains on the pillows, and I started itching when I sat on the bed. Of course there was no manager on site. The front desk clerk gave me a bottle of air freshener to "help" and said I wouldnt be refunded unless the manager or gm found it necessary. We arrived at 9:30pm from Connecticut and was out of the hotel in 20 minutes back to Delaware. Our weekend was cut short. Whatever you do, please don't waste your time. The manager has been giving me the hardest time.

This is one of the most poorly run hotels — no manager on site, dirty rooms and housekeeping only upon request. We are so disappointed in our stay and there is no one to complain to. We have always been Holiday Inn customers, but after our experience here, we will never return. Sanitary conditions are a must after COVID, but this hotel is very old and dirty. Do not waste your time here…

Quiet area, multiple places to eat near by, and very clean even during COVID-19 recovery and post vaccine. Plan to stay again later this year.

Nice clean updated rooms, large screened TV with a great staff. Basic HIE breakfast. Convient to highways and local restaurants. Would recommend to all travelers short and longer stays like myself.

I was there for a professional training class. The conference room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the food was delicious.

Wonderful service over the phone, even set up an early check in. However the front desk was not aware of the early check in marked on our reservation and our room was not ready. When the front desk asked house keeping to clean our room, the housekeeping woman pulled an attitude with us there to witness it. Other than that, the room was amazing, front desk was kind, and checking in and out was easy.

It was amazing! The guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful. We were able to get the last room available for the night. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly Recommended! Location is awesome too.

The staff is excellent… breakfast delicious warm. The room was clean I had extra towels the bed was so comfortable pillows everything except the Pool was very very cold they need to warm it up a little bit more but other than that everything was awesome thank you for making my Fourth of July a pleasant stay.

Was in town for a family reunion. Needed a palace to stay away from the house, and this was conveniently located close to Quakertown. Excellent bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Decent complimentary breakfast. Overall pretty good for a standard hotel.

Stayed here with a team and they were very accommodating! We had an early game one morning and had to leave by 6:30AM and breakfast was not due to open until 7. They still opened the breakfast bar for us and it was greatly appreciated.

Indoor pool, great breakfast and exellent staff. 1 hour to downtown Philadelphia. I highly recommend.

Could not have asked for more. We've stayed at this Holiday Inn four or five times now, for business and for pleasure, with family and with colleagues. Rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable. The concierge in particular is helpful. Breakfast was substantial, though as someone allergic to eggs I wish there'd been a few more choices for me — those flat sausages really don't make a good healthy meal! However, at least they offered turkey OR pork. A bit remote, so you'll need a vehicle, but there's a Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot (! ) and staff offered to take me to the store if I needed to go. High recommend.

Very easy to check in. My room was actually ready before 3pm check in time. The receptionist Carey was very friendly. The rooms are immaculate and very clean.

The hotel was clean, had what we needed. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing to get overly excited about. This was just an ok hotel visit.

Clean, well-appointed room with comfortable bed! This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn Expresses in which I’ve stayed. The concierge was extremely helpful and polite. I loved the extra attention and service with a smile. Breakfast is fine: nothing stellar but tasty and filling. The pool was fun for our kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed was kinda hard. Staff was very nice. Room was nice and clean.

Clean and cozy. Beds were a little worn out in the middle of the mattress… but overall a positive atmosphere.

This place is o. K. Water pressure is good, remote hardly works, toilet doesn't like my poop, but other than that it's ok… o P. S. You have to buy beer at special places in PA so… don't come to this state…

Have stayed in a few other HIEs, this one certainly cannot compare to them. Needs a total renovation. Room smelled stale, not fresh and clean. You pay extra for a an additional person in the room and they don't leave enough towels. Had to run the water for 10 minutes to get hot water for a shower. No quality for the price.

Nice place, clean room. Actually liked the design of that room and the lighting was really good. Probably one of the best holiday inn Express suites I've had. I was able to check in early and they let me fill my coffee thermos before I left. I enjoyed my stay there.

Very Clean, Housekeeping cleaned are room, put are personal bedding on the bed. Organized are stuff That the kids had on the floor. Stayed on the 3rd floor! The breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Staff was super friendly. Dunkin donuts is in the same parking lot. Would love too stay again!

Rooms were clean and nice. Pool was fun. Just couldn't find a light switch but we had a decent amount of light in the day time. Water could have been a little warmer. Breakfast in the morning was good, alot of choices.

It’s a real shame my step sister husband and daughter came in from out of state for her mother’s funeral a sad time but even sadder when they went back to the hotel after visiting family and taking care of other things their belongings were taken from their room personal items. MEDICATION all her husbands could not stay after funeral next day had to drive home ASAP because no medicine hotel was not helpful at all what a disgrace for hotel chain our whole family uses when we travel well no more how devastating long travel over 20 hours straight driving to get back home so much for being able to be with family at this difficult time SAD SAD SAD. I will tell everyone I know about this no stars but I have to tap one to be able to post.

The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again.

Room is very nice and location is convenient right off of the PA Turnpike. Check-in was very easy due to the politeness and cooperation from the front desk.

Wonderful stay the hotel rooms were clean and the pool was nice. The nice hotel had three stories and you can get chinese delivered to your room, also they had hot breakfast and a convenience store across the street called Wawa's. 5/5 stars would visit multiple nights and days.

Rooms were clean and had plenty of accessible outlets for charging devices. As usual breakfast was great. Beds were quite comfortable.

The room was clean. The lighting in the room is fabulous. Great water pressure from the shower. They say heated pool. I don't think so. Its a pool in a room where the temperature is controlled, but the pool was refreshing. The breakfast is good enough if you don't want to spend any money somewhere else. The only 2 issues I had was no hot water to take a shower, which was taken care of in 5 min. My key cards where deactivated the 2nd day when I booked the room online for 2 days. Not a big deal but when you spend $300 for 2 nights, you expect no little annoying hassels at all. Overall, I would stay there again. Office personnel was polite and professional.

The staff was very friendly and provided an excellent last minute bereavement rate. The quality of the rooms was great. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good with hard boiled eggs, egg white omelets, turkey and regular sausage, variety of fruit, yogurt options, and plenty of beverages including coffee, juice, milk.

Upon check-in found the water shut-off due to a burst pipe. Water was returned later that night. The hotel is super creaky, I could hear every movement of the people above. The toilet had a constant drip and the room smelled like paint.

Shower head was way to strong and uncomfortable. Pillows sucked.

Very clean and updated. But the beds were pretty hard and messed up my shoulder.

I deliver food here often, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well kempt not to mention they offer delicous cookies to all of their guest. I highly recomend trying a cookie if you end up visiting this hotel.

Undergoing renovations, but room was clean and roomy. Amenities were nice including free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. Easy check in and check out.

Kids loved the pool. Easy check-in and a quick breakfast was just what we needed to keep traveling.
