Disgusting & bed bug ridden. Super rude & lazy staff too.
This place is infected with bed bugs. Not to mention filthy, like absolute filth. Didn’t even have a mattress protector.
I had blood and crap all over the box spring cover so I took it off (as per house cleaning instructions) to get a new sheet. They never brought me one after I asked multiple times. So the box spring was against the wall and OMG THE SIGHT OF NED BIGS WAS NASTY! hundreds! And after I asked them to come look for me and they never came. I asked to get another room they wouldn’t. I couldn’t get another room because “house keeping doesn’t need anything room to clean. We paid you money to stay at that nasty hotel. Never again. Already called cooperate since the manager was rude and disgusting, hung up on me. I spoke to the higher ups. This was so disappointing. Wouldn’t give me my money back. Manger is a total evil person shouldn’t be working there. But I will say I am glad cooperate is helping.
