No coffee machine, Clean. If you want a sleeping room it's perfect. Very over priced. Send 10 bucks more for a motel room. Just keep in mind if there is a complaint you have no recourse Budget Inn headquarters have no way of contacting them and the owners at the location have a sign at check in that says, no refunds whatsoeve. I guess I just felt taken advantage of. There was no way to check if this place was legit without reviewing the reviews. Always check the reviews!

Reminded me of something out of the 50's. Furniture and carpet had stains.

Staff was friendly enough. Guess its okay if you like bed bugs. Room was completely infested took one too the office. I would have been happy with half my money back. They basically said bend overr and take this like a man. Im gonna spend every free moment showing them how it feels too bend over.

Cheap clean and right off the highway. Lock your car @ night.

Decent room, nice people that work there, only thing that needs improving is the toiletries.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, the "Budget Inn" is now my favorite hotel.

My chums and I were looking forward to this trip to the Budget Inn for months. The owner, who calls himself "Meat Kumer" treated me very well and even offered me a job cutting their grass. Here's a picture of my lads and I enjoying our stay. I will be returning very soon. Err.

Pretty bottom of the line inn's. Needs a face lift.

The room stunk from stink bugs, which there seemed to be a plentiful supply of, since they use blue painters tape to seal the AC unit… We got a full size bed instead of a queen, and overcharged on top of the great deal offered… they obviously don't know bed sizes… We got 1 little pillow each, most uncomfortable bed ever… floor tiles in bathroom loose and uneven, deadbolt on door doesn't work as it's not even aligned with hole to go in… Room looks nothing like pictures… Tiniest room ever, so tiny, there's not even room for night stands… 2 plug outlets in entire room: 1 with extension cords for lights, and 1 in 6" gap between bed & wall next to heater… No plugs in bathroom or even near for wife to dry or curl hair… Paper thin walls, kept up all night with neighbors just socializing… The only good thing aboit this room? No bed bugs, heat was fantastic, and our 1/4 roll of 2ply toilet paper… Never again!

Rooms are pretty spacious and customer service is also amazing. People are really nice. The prices for the rooms are also pretty cheap. It was an amazing experience overall.

So the place next door where we normally stay was full, so we decided to give this place a try. Wow, was that a huge mistake. We were up all night due to alot of suspicious activity in the room next to us. So I called the front desk to say something, and dude was like… " no problem here" and hung up on me. So, since I couldn't sleep, I walked over to the office, and he said "no, no, most customer gone by 2am, you go to sleep. " So, I walked away disgusted. Will never stay here again. Response to Owner: actually it was the Budget Inn.

Very clean and parking is close to your door. Room was nice size, Good customer service. And there's a gas station across the street that has pretty much anything you need.

Very friendly staff with clean and nice rooms and the prices are just right. Stayed there twice now, will be coming back again. Highly recommended!
