My sister and I needed a last minute room after being stuck in traffic for 7 hours due to a wreck while traveling home. We were extremy tired and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. The hotel was really packed so I appreciated her finding us a room and getting us checked in quickly. The room was extremely well kept and the beds were so comfortable! I had never stayed at a Holiday inn before and now I think I will be sure to stay there whenever I have the option to.

It was perfect for our purposes. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. It felt safe. Easy access from the highway. Near food. Good breakfast options. The hot water was hot. The air conditioner was a little loud and the bed squeaked a bit on one side.

Nice clean hotel to stay. Located to some of the area best attractions. Great breakfast and absolutely great mattress to have a rested good sleep. Will recommend it.

The entire facility is very clean and the room is very nice. There is a small fridge and microwave in the room which is nice. There is also a Keurig in the room. Everyone we have encountered here has been kind and professional.

Clean and modern. Staff very helpful. Pool area was clean and spacious. Pool temp was relaxing for mid winter.

This is a nice hotel but the breakfast options were so limited, I went to the waffle house instead. They also had very dusty bathroom with a smudged mirror. They also made me and my dad change to a king sized room since someone complained about how they had no office chair. So my dad had to pay $3 a night for an extra bed.

Continental breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, various cereals (hot &cold), panckes at the push of a button, and cinnamon rolls. We had mini fridge and microwave in our room. Nice pool and hot tub. Workout area included treadmill, bike and hand weights.

Stayed here recently. Pros: buffet breakfast, pancake machine, good coffee, hot & cold items with great variety; friendly and personable front desk, always! Cons: room heater was not functioning properly, maintenance came to fix, worked temporarily, then kept blowing cool air. Wondered why they just didn't offer a new room… Also, room service was horrible. Towels were not changed. Mascara found on "new" towel that was neatly arranged. Washed my face prior night & mascara had come off. Questioned if any of the towels were fresh… or linens fresh… cleaning 2.5 out of 5. They did try to correct the issue and offered me fresh towels that were brought up. But who knows. I expected my rating to be more of a 4 due to the reviews on here. That is why I Initially chose this hotel. Cleaning, decor, overall smell, and working heat needs to be addressed.

The location was conveniently located near Stacks and the Sands casino. The pool was alright although it was deeper than posted. The jets in the hot tub were strong. The breakfast while slightly basic did have a good variety. The room was roomy and the bed included uplighting. I would recommend the hotel.

Loved it! From the moment we got in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. And freshed baked cookies too. The room we stayed in had a super comfy king bed. Two types of pillows for both of us. Microwave, mini fridge & keurig at no extra cost. The room was spotless as well as the bath. All this and you get breakfast included. We found the time to use the indoor pool and spa. Also very clean and plenty of towels. I would certainly come back and stay again.

Booked a suite here for a one night getaway. Our thermostat wasn't working so they sent someone up and unfortunately he could not fix it. We were offered another room at a discounted price that didn't have the jacuzzi tub. Honestly the non suite was even better for us! The rooms are very modern and clean. The service was great, pool and jacuzzi area was really nice. We had an amazing time! Will be back next year when we are back in the area!

Very nice rooms. Clean with Keurig type coffee makers in rooms. Bring your favorite to make! Very nice workers who are helpful and kind.

The hotel was great. I was really surprised at how nice it was, how spacious the rooms were, and the included breakfast. Great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice hotel and receives high personal ratings for being (Clean, Comfortable, and great friendly Customer Service. ) The entire property is in great shape and well maintained. Rooms are large and clean. The king size bed was comfortable with a warm down comforter. They provided four pillows, two of which are firm and the other two are soft. Free breakfast that was good but is similar to other hotel chains. They have a small sundry shop that has limited selections of popular snacks, drinks, and personal hygiene items. The nightly rate in early November was very affordable. I will stay here again when on business travel in the Lehigh Valley.

Absolutely in love with the the customer service! When we walked in, we couldn’t help but notice how clean it smelled and appeared! Check in was so fast and easy! Guests were respectful and staff was on sight when needed. Room was so clean and spacious! Every morning we woke up to house keeping maintaining a clean atmosphere and with smiles on their faces! A lot of times you go to hotels and have attitude given because you want extra towels. But these ladies were amazing! Pool and hot tub area was very clean and santized and hours of operation were convient and made our stay worth it. Breakfast was included each day of our stay and was well cooked and served at appropriate times! Check out was smooth and did I mention they give complimentary cookies in the lobby? Overall awesome experience and we will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel and rooms are very clean. There's a lack of central lighting in my room, but there's enough lamps around it's not a huge deal. Free breakfast every morning and a friendly staff. Only downside is there really isn't anything around the area, even most fast food locations are 10-15 minutes away. Over a great hotel though. I need to update my review. It is 12:08 in the morning and housekeeping has been running a vacuum in the hallway on my floor for about 30 minutes now. I've never experienced this in a hotel before, it's a bit ridiculous.

Location was easy to find, although it was a little tricky finding the parking lot entrance the first time. Staff were very pleasant, room & bathroom were very clean (albeit a little dusty on the nightstand & desk areas) but overall we had a very nice experience at this hotel.

Quick and easy check in, attentive and courteous staff. The room was nicely appointed and seem to have been updated recently.

I had a good stay and didn't have any problems during my stay. The free breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.

I would stay here again. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, and bathroom was in decent shape. Good budget hotel. HVAC was in good working order, and relatively quiet. You know it is on, but no loud whirs, clangs or bangs. Shouldn't bother your sleep. Breakfast was pretty typical for this class of hotel. It will get you by. Staff was friendly and eager to serve. Only suggestion would be to request a room opposite from highway off ramp. It is a bit loud in morning and evening during rush hour, but quieted down considerably after 10PM. It is a good reasonably priced option that is no more than 15 minutes from anywhere on Lehigh campus or Bethelhem downtown. If you have a car to travel around this is a good convenient location when visiting the area!

Fast check-in. Clean rooms. Decent free breakfast. Seamless online check-out. Would recommend.

Holiday Inn was a very nice place to stay I give this hotel 4 stars greeted with a smile upon entering parking was in a good location handicaps are welcome nice size and rooms nice size beds plenty of room small refrigerator safe on site continental breakfast in the morning with a variety of good things from fruit to Bagels egg omelette sausage sometimes bacon juice and many more exciting food I think you would just love to stay here. So relax at the nice size pool and jacuzzi indoor dining room and meeting room on hand for small groups thank you for the good service housekeeping get the A front desk it's a A also.

Recently stayed here and the rooms were very nice, the beds comfy, but what really stood out was the young lady, Layla (I believe), at the front desk who was super friendly and very helpful. She went out of her way to correct a minor situation with the shuttle being late. Wonderful young lady!

Beautiful hotel. Great service. The rooms, breakfast/coffee area, gift shop are awesome! Every little detail is attended to… the napkins, even the paper towels in the restrooms are awesome. Definitely the best hotel in Bethleham I have ever stayed at. We will be regulars from here on out!

I'm sure the rooms were very nice when the place was first built. The room was spacious, staff courteous, complimentary breakfast was plentiful with a good selection, and my 14 yo son said he had a great sleep on the sofa bed due to the nice pillows. Well, what was wrong, you say? Let's just say the towels AND wash cloths had remnants of previous guests tangled in them. Also, they can do a better of ridding the bathrooms of the mildew in the caulk.

Stayed on first floor near pool. Kids at pool were extremely loud in early morning.

The hotel was dirty and not well kept despite the renovations. The "updates" were poorly done and incomplete. The room smelled of cigarettes despite the non-smoking designation. When I complained to management, they made excuses and made me feel like I was a difficult customer. Do not recommend, many other hotels in the area for less money. I will not stay in a Holiday Inn again.

Great service and the rooms are always nice and clean, I have been to them on several occasions and they are always great.

Loud 24/7, Do not book. It is right next to a major highway without sufficient sound barriers. Not to mention that at the present moment they are renovating so it's loud in the corridor during the day as well. If you don't actually have to sleep then this is a great location. Otherwise, you probably want to find a different hotel.

It was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and kind. I liked that there was a keriug machine in the room. The internet was blazing fast! The pool was clean and nice. My family didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the lobby. Breakfast was very nice though.

Nothing special, very close to the highway so if you get a room facing the highway you hear trucks all night. Room I stayed in had an ant problem. Tried to switch to the holiday inn express that was closer to the airport, but they won't allow a transfer even within their own chain. What's the point of having a chain then?

Clean rooms, courteous staff, only downfall was when I booked the room I was given a total price of $413.00 but when we checked in the price was $436.00. Supply and demand they said.
