Super clean, nice and quiet. Pet friendly! Cute seating area in back with fire pit!

My wife and I have been staying here for years. Recently it seems that the place is slipping. We had a room and check in was 3pm. We arrived at 4pm. We got out keys and went to our room. The place was a disaster. Garbage everywhere, dirty linens piled on the bed… we went back to the check in desk and they did get the room squared away but we missed our dinner reservations. I think when a person spends 250$ for a room for the night it should be ready upon arrival. After years of going to the Inn at the prom I think this was our last visit.

Such a beautiful place. I love that you can walk to the beach at any time.

I was a fan of the Inn until my most recent visit this past week. This being my third and last visit to the "not-so boutique" Inn. We were a party of 18 taking up most of the cottages and three of the "apartment" style rooms. I will speak for ALL OF US. We will not be back. Here are a few of our complaints. Extremely late check-ins (Covid? ), dirty rooms, lack of linens, lack of toilet paper (Covid? ), foul mouth maintenance workers (will not repeat), staff unavailable and unaccommodating, run-down rooms. If you like self-serve accommodations this may work for you. You put your own trash and towels out and HOPE they bring you new towels back. When you need more than the 1/2 roll of toilet paper they give you for a 3 night stay you have to hunt them down to get more. The after hours number is the same as the office number so good luck getting any help. The one and only thing the Inn has going for them is the location. Good luck!

Wow everything was just as I imagined. Beautiful view, nice room, and very comfortable.

The room was spacious with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. It had a great view of the ocean and a fully functional kitchen complete with dishes including pots and pans. The only downside was hearing the people above us walking around.

Great room, right on the beach! Has a kitchenette and fireplace and the best part… jetted tub! I could stay here forever!

This is a great, intimate property right in the heart of town. Fantastic view of the beach and ocean.

Just so beautiful. Stayed in the number 5 cabin. This has ruined me for other hotel rooms. We had the fire pit right outside our door and the beach was right there. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Jacuzzi in the room was nice. Fabulous all the way around. I was so pleased and excited about where we were. Dumb luck, last minute trip and found a place while driving so couldn’t be more happy with the place. Can’t wait to go back!

We took a last minute anniversary trip and found them online. Cute room and love how the beach was right in our "backyard". Will definately be coming back.

Great front desk staff, rooms are great and pet friendly. Located right by the beach. I will be going back. Little family get away and well worth the price.

Stayed for the weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. Great rates for a great room. Separate bedroom, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fireplace. Nothing like enjoying the beach then coming back to a toasty fireplace and then warming up the joints in the jacuzzi tub. So close to the beach and all the Seaside shops. Stayed in a pet friendly room that didn't look or smell like a pet friendly room. Can't wait to go again!

I took my son and his friend for a summer vacation. We had the best time! Everything about our room and our stay was perfection! They room was so clean and nice. The kitchen had everything you needed. The kids loved the jetted tub. We sat outside each morning and had breakfast, left the slider open at night to hear the ocean, had a fire, rented movies from the front desk, played in the front yard and more! We'd get ready in the morning and walk 1 minute to the Prom and all it has to offer. At night we'd sit outside and watch the glowing bonfires. Inn at the Prom made for a very memorable summer vacation at the beach!

This is our second visit to Inn at the Prom. We fell in love with this quaint little place on the promenade where we can relax with a great view. Already booked our getaway for next year❤️

Overall our stay at the Inn at the Prom was good. My only complaint would be in regards to the hotel calling themselves "pet friendly. " Yes you can bring your dog with you, but on the website all it says in regards to the pet policy is "We welcome pets, 2 pets max, 20$ per day. " Well, when you check in at the hotel they hand you this "Pet Policy" form to sign and there are SEVERAL more details in regards to their pet "friendly" policies : You cannot leave them in the room unattended (we always bring our crate with us and our dog is very well behaved in the crate, we've never had issues doing this at other "pet friendly" hotels) which made it so we couldn't go to shops, dinner, etc that didn't allow dogs, you cannot have your dog on the bed unless you use this special pet sheet (they don't want your dogs on their comforters). Our King/studio room also had a very small sink where I couldn't wash pet bowls well. I would just suggest if you do come here with your dog to get a room with a full kitchen in it! It would just have been nice if they were more upfront about their entire pet policy online. The pet fee is also a little more than other hotels in Seaside so it was surprising that they had more restrictions than the others. It was nice that the hotel had grass right in front which made it easy to take our dog out to potty. In the future, I would rather stay at another hotel in seaside that is more pet friendly, but if you're not bringing a pet the hotel was good!

Lovely, dog-friendly spot with excellent access to the beach and Seaside town. Great spot to watch the sunset on the beach side. I'd go here again for a long weekend.

Gorgeous location, beautiful rooms and amazing view … loved it all!

Just stayed here for the first time and fell in love. The kindest staff, beautiful view, and right next to the ocean and the main street. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place to spend some quality time with the one you love. The view is breath taking. The beach it's literally 50 get away.

Wonderful staff but the only amenity is a jetted tub I don’t think you can use. It took around 10 mins running shower to get any kind of warmth to the water and the pressure was so low that I am unable to wash my hair. Water that isn’t warm enough for a shower would make for a pretty awful bath. Other than that, the room is fine except for the TV location. In the morning we tried watching the news but the TV is mounted at the ceiling so you look up like sitting from row at a movie. I won’t be back.

Excellent location right on the beach. You don't get much more than a great view for the price but it's worth it. Bed was actually comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to seaside.

Beautiful king bedroom, on the second floor with a balcony and ocean view. We stayed in 215, the upper floor and absolutely loved it. This is our first time here and I guarantee it will not be our last. We are close to everything & didn’t use our car once. Loved the staff the room and especially the VIEW!

Nice, clean hotel. Great location. Giant relaxing spa tubs. Slightly soft water pressure for me. Decent amount of space in the rooms. Not a huge amount of family friendly DVDs, but there are a few (in the office). Comes with a kitchenette, but includes no pans for baking (unless requested, which thankfully they found a disposable one leftover from the holiday season) and only 1 pan. The sink was also tiny, which made washing dishes exceptionally difficult, seeing as the one pan available wouldn't even fit in the sink to wash (I couldn't imagine trying to do the big pot provided).

Our first impressions were not great but the room was amazing. The bathroom was large with a jacuzzi. The kitchen was great and had a roster bowls and other dishes. We ask had a pullout couch which was squeaky but good and the room was spacious overall as well as being clean. The location was also amazing and was really nice to be on the prom.

We stayed for 2-nights in King room with no view. Room was excellent. Great bed, spacious room, amazing jacuzzi and small kitchen. The location was great as well (right on the beach). Would stay again when here!

Came to celebrate a belated birthday. We arrived 2 hours early and they allowed us to have a parking pass so we wouldn't have to look for parking elsewhere as it was a Sunday and very busy in town. Room was very clean and there was a bottle of sparkling cider and a birthday card from staff. When we left we forgot our sandwiches in the fridge that we purchased from my guy's favorite sandwich shop. Called the Inn and they went and retrieved them for us. Very friendly and welcoming place. The room we stayed in was decent priced for a beachfront room. Perfect for a short romantic get away.

Cozy and nice rooms. Very clean and friendly. Great view of the ocean and it is right on the beach. Amazing jaccuzi tub.

10 years ago, this place was great. Facilities now looking, smelling and feeling tired. Surviving on location alone. Housekeeping staff is great but can't overcome worn out room. Front desk woman was extremely hostile and unnecessarily rude. Won't be back.

The room was amazing. Super friendly employees. The room was like a mini apartment. Will defiently be returning.

Right on the boardwalk with easy access straight out to the beach. You are so close to everything that you can just park and walk to most places. I would recommend a 2nd floor room only because on the bottom floor you will hear EVERYTHING that is happening upstairs. Also, the curtains are a little shear and the whole time we felt like everyone could see us in our room because we were on the bottom floor. The Inn at the Prom is very clean and nice. The staff are all very polite and helpful.

Very comfortable bed! Friendly receptionist at check in and check out. There seemed to be some plumbing issues with leaking water from somewhere into our bathroom through the wall. The fireplace was awesome to keep us warm while we had the patio door open at night to listen to the waves. We were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go in town from the hotel side its pretty central on the strand. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay celebrating the start of spring wasn't so springlike. There was lots of rain, but what's new in the Pacific NW, especially on the coast? Rooms were good but needed maintenance and a little spiffing up. People were nice. A word of warning for those of you bringing a computer, the Wifi was BAD to non-existant. Otherwise the location was good. For Seaside. Which was a choice were were forced into due to waiting the last minute to make reservations while everyone was on spring break! Live and learn.

The staff is very friendly, the location and price is amazing. The bath in the spa rooms are worth it alone! Also, being a person with odd food allergies, I love that these places come with a full kitchen! It's very quiet too which is nice and the beach is litteraly right behind the building. My only complaints is there is no AC which is a problem for the summer (although there is a small fan in the room). There are electric fire places but they don't always turn on when you want them to. The front doors require a little patience. Also the water temp is crazy, be careful when you go to use it! It is crazy hot which makes it awesome for baths but I found out the hard way when I first washed my hands. In the time it took to turn the knob to barely dripping, get some soap in my hands and put them under I physically burnt myself. It's crazy. But overall I'm very happy with this place and will return and now that I know the quirks of this place it'll be even better.

This place was definitely a highlight of our trip. Somehow when I reserved the room, I didn’t realize there was a fabulous, two person jetted tub. It was a pleasant surprise after a ten plus hour drive. The Inn is right in the beach. Since we checked in late, I thought it would be a difficult set up. It was a breeze and they were so kind. We will be back.

This place was pretty great. It's right on the beach and has several smaller rooms that come loaded with wirlpool tubs, kitchenettes and fold out sofas. The Fireplace was very nice. Very reasonable prices on off season.

The room was clean, it had a full kitchen and a awesome tub! Had a great night here. Could see the ocean right from our room which is so peaceful when having our coffee in the morning! Recommend this place. Will visit again.

My wife and I went to the beach for a night and got one of the rooms that was facing the ocean, room 8 I think. This place was very very nice, they have a nice little fireplace, and a great view of the ocean from the room we had. The people were just so fantastic. These rooms are hard to get because of their location, people often reserve them for at least a year out. The parking right next to the hotel is very tight, so if you have a big car they have alternate parking areas. You're so close to everything downtown, 10 minutes or so to just about anything on foot.

Surprise of a gem! King size bed was super comfy and the view! Walk right off property to the promenade and ocean access. Watched the sunset from balcony. Used the jetted tub each night. Shops and restaurants only a short walk. Will be going back with family.

Great little spot! Our family stayed here for 6 nights. Great location with walking distance to everything!

Second year in a row our view has been obscured by construction workers. Hood to Coast is the event that is guilty of bringing in the elaborate stage and tents that block your view. This year we thought we would be ok because the event was over. Well, all that went up has to come down. Anyway, the hotel is actually fine with no complaints of filth.

Loved this place. Stayed in room 16 king size with a view. Didn't want to go home. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was a nice little place my wife and I stayed at, this cost is a bit high and we didn't get an Oceanview room but nonetheless the room was clean. I would say they need to update their locks to something modern most hotels use as well as install AC units. I know the weather doesn't normally call for it but it's needed. Also the outlets need replacing about half of them worked and the ones that did work about half of them had loose sockets so everything kept coming unplugged. Although we would stay again and try and ocean front view next time around.

Amazing location, comfy spacious rooms. Great customer service. Only one reason for the missing star. We were in room 7 and it was 25 degrees hotter than outside. It had a strange oven effect. It has no windows or air conditioning. It's probably fine during the winter but we were so uncomfortable. I recommend this hotel, but make sure you are not in room 7.

I cannot wait to return. I will be back! I was there 2nd week of October just a few days before the "north-westerners" starting hitting. Even in fall it was gorgeous. Great price for the such a fabulous location. Room was very comfortable and, since it was mid October, we enjoyed the fireplace in the evening and at breakfast. After that, it was open doors and windows to let in a wonderful day. We were in a downstairs room with a covered patio opening out onto the yard, prominade and beach.

This little place is adorable. Clean and cozy with a perfect view of the ocean. We loved the big Jacuzzi tub too. It is only a 1 min walk to the Promeneade. I recommend the Twisted Fish for clam chowder and Cesar Salad. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This cute little hotel is situated right on the beach front. We had an ocean view room with a perfect view and a cute little balcony to sit on and enjoy. The jetted bathtub is amazing especially on a cold night or after a long day walking/hiking. Management is very nice and helpful. Love this place and would definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed in a Queen Suite with a spa tub for 1 night. Although we did not have a beach view, it was well worth the price. My bf loved the tub! It was enough to fit the both of us. Quiet, nice amenities, and a short distance to the beach front. Will definitely stay again.

Wow, this was a great place to stay. My husband and I stayed in room 201 (I think) it was the one on the far end, with a Jacuzzi tub. Can I tell you there was Hot water. Forever! Loved it! The cute little complimentary bath salts for the bath are super nice. I enjoyed the balcony and listening to the ocean. The decor was "beachy" colors and it was clean. I would stay here again. Two nights wasn't long enough… See you soon.

I booked our stay at the Inn at the Prom for my honeymoon. I was a little worried about it being a small hotel. We arrived late Sunday June 11th and the front desk clerk advised me that there would be a key in the night drop box and just to register the next moring. We arrived and we found the key and we loved our room! Everything was fantastic! The customer service, Maid service, the room was quiet and comfortable, the best part was the view of the ocean! I will absolutely recommend your hotel and definitely be back! Nothing but good things from the Mason''s :-)

Wonderful area, we really enjoyed how intimate it felt. Being the smallest building in the prom made us feel special. The views were outstanding! We were in room 10, with a walk out balcony straight to the oceans front door. I think it is great that you have chairs and sand buckets free for guests to use. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Not a bad place, a little more worn than the pictures show but quite reasonable. The staff was friendly and they had enough parking for guests. The only real gripe about the room was no AC, when its hot there you have to leave your windows open and this is not an option with a ground floor unit right next to the public promenade. If you choose to stay here I would highly recommend the 2nd floor.

The room was perfect right on the Prom and easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The kitchenette came in very handy for breakfast and lunch… the patio was prefect for watching sunsets and enjoying watching the fires on the beach… the staff was extremely accommodating… this is our new favorite place when staying at Seaside.

My husband and I came for a very belated babymoon with our two month old. We stayed in one of the Queen suites with a full kitchen (set of four dishes, soup, coffee machine, etc, etc). The Jacuzzi tub was my personal favorite. Being a new mom to have 20 minutes alone with a huge tub that my 6'2" can stretch out in was an absolute treat. Everything in town is a five minute walk and the beach 20 seconds. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone had a smile on their face and always said hello. We have already discussed this will be an annual trip for us. My husband and I both agree you get way more than what you actually pay for.

Great, Amazing place. Recommend staying on top floors only. Noise from top floors can be very noisy to folks staying in rooms on 1st floors. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Fantastic location. Loved the tub and spaciousness of the room.

We stayed in one of the "one bedroom suites" and loved it. I kept commenting about how much nicer this is than staying in a hotel. It was so private and comfortable. The bed was great and we enjoyed the fireplace. Depending on what the weather was like we were just as content staying in and watching a movie than going out. DVD's are offered at the front desk and there was plenty of parking. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. A great couples get-a-way.
