Very nice manager/owner, but…
Pretty nasty room. Mold on floor in bathroom, broken springs in bed.

Reserved 2 conjoined rooms, both 2 bed regular sized for an employee/company business trip. After work, we wanted to swim, and even though the pool was clean and ready, the owner of the motel came outside almost instantly when he saw us looking at the pool from the parking lot only to tell us it was too late. It was barely 7pm, in September, sun still up and quite warm out. Other than the owner being rude as hell, it was a pretty regular hotel stay.

Good experience for a night stay. Pleasant and very friendly staff. Hot chai for breakfast from the front desk staff was an added surprise.

This is a budget motel. So don’t expect anything fancy. But I was very happy when I stayed at this place after a long day of driving on my way to Seattle. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and the next day at breakfast. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I would recommend it for a night or two.

Freshly remodeled room at a great price. Best deal in town, downtown. Very friendly staff.

Horrible bed. So uncomfortable my back was killing me the next day! Ok for a one night stay just to have somewhere to go but wouldn't stay longer than that.

Even for the price, this was a disappointment. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the breakfast was practically non-existent, and the bathroom floor was so swollen and spongy thay falling through felt like a real possibility. I don't mind a basic experience at a cheap motel, but I do expect stuff to work!

The carpet was disgusting! Everything else seemed clean. The night attendant was nice. The breakfast was a joke!

This was my first stop in Baker City. The lady that came to the door had her arms crossed and was completely unfriendly. Still I asked for a room available she responded with a incomprehensible Mutter, I replied that I did not hear her to which she said "we're busy I don't know let me go ask my husband. " I was astonished by the complete lack of friendliness or hospitality. I would not recommend. Many other places in Baker City with cheaper rates cleaner accommodations in an a better part of town.

For the price it was a great place to spend the night on our road trip. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was small but good.

Check in was pleasant. Room position was super. Stains on the carpet were horrible. Toilet was so small a toddler would have to pucker up to defecate. Breakfast is served 6:30 to 9:30 am. Yet to experience it. Loved map given by front desk. Couldn't tell East from West. Kind people who just need to make some adjustments.

I'm giving this four stars, not because it is modern, but because it's a terrific bargain and fits this small cowboy town just right! Jay Gohil was 5-star friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again.

Very old place. The toilet seat has wear marks. The carpet needs cleaning. Beds are comfortable. Front desk very nice. Won't be back.

This is a very nice hotel in walking distance of many interesting things. Baker City in general seems like a very nice place. The people there, and at the hotel there, were all very nice and friendly. It was a great visit there.

Kind and generous staff. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Decent Wi-Fi. Basic but adequate breakfast. Only downside is one of our company heard the nearby train during the night more than once. We would stay again.

The Inn is old and needs updating. I received an upgraded room with two beds when I only asked for one but the carpets were badly stained and it felt crusty in spots. I couldn't pull the stopper for the shower up all the way so I had the shower and spigot for the tub going at the same time. The tub had a slow drain so I'm standing in my own dirt as I shower. The shower curtains smelled and had mildew on the bottom of them (because of slow draining tub). The sink had a slow drain as well so that filled up whenever you used it. The only good thing was that it was cheap and accepted pets. The staff was friendly as well.

Clown hotel, very friendly staff. Great location in town.

Found a spider in bed, Hide a bed is very uncomfortable, front desk complained about us wanting more blankets, room smells weird, shower water randomly changes to hot and cold, people up stairs are easily heard, sketchy outside, breakfast is just cereal, Wi-Fi is weak from some phones and other just doesn't work, not enough parking.

Anyone that traveled in the 90s knows what to expect. Yes it's cheap. It's also frigid in the winter. But it's clean and has four walls so.

The people were nice but the room was freezing and didn't warm up with the heater full blast. The room smelled like sewage and the continental breakfast has no gluten free options.

Clean, cheap. Is not Marriott, but it served us well. The manager was very happy and friendly. The Wi-Fi is slow but free.

Okay, the people running the place are very nice and helpful. The place is downtown near everything. The rooms, well, not so great. Old, overpriced, and smelly. Not for me.

Spent 3 days 2 nights in Baker for health care event. The price was the best offer in town and I have to say the rooms were very nice for the price paid. According to the owners Caleb and Sharon they are remodeling as they go. I would recommend when visiting Baker to stay at the Knights Inn and save money for the great food and nice stores.

Best part of this hotel is that its three blocks from the main downtown street. Pro: Great Location, Friendly staff, Good price. Con: Building is showing its age and my room was full of air freshener masking some underlying odor.

The owners here ROCK! Awesome people, gave us the room we booked! We love Baker City OR! Would definally come back here! The town was friendly! Food was good! Hotel was perfect for the price, very clean.

I'm not picky and usually don't have a problem with old motels. This one was tidied up but needed real cleaning. The thing I really didn't like was the advertised free high speed wireless internet. When it was discoverable the signal was weak and seldom lasted more than a minute. If you're heading west try to make it to Arlington.

My experience with this hotel was more than poor. Without a detailed saga of my experience, there are two things I want others to be aware of. First, I was uncomfortable staying there alone. There was no deadbolt or additional safety lock inside the room on the door. Also, when checking out, I left in a hurry and forgot a personal item. I called from the road to make sure they had found it and would hold it for me, as I was going to be passing back through there the following week and would pick it up. I was told my item would be waiting for me in the lobby. When I arrived to obtain it, I listened to an incredibly dishonest story about what had happened to my belonging. Never recovered the item! Very upsetting that someone could be so deceitful about something so trivial.
