Julie Battista and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Pine Ridge Inn! Every single person who works there is very friendly, informative, and thoughtful. I just simply cannot express my gratitude enough! we plan to come back again this summer!

It is the only place we stay during our frequent trips to Bend. Fantastic views of the Deschutes River. Pine Ridge Inn has an overall amazing team of management and staff. We always receive the best housekeeping services, too! During a recent trip, one of the housekeeping ladies even took time to leave a reply note thanking us for her tip. A super nice team that makes you feel right at home!

The customer service was excellent and we were able to use the dining room whenever we needed to for our family Christmas celebration. I highly recommend this place! It feels like you are in a Hallmark movie! we will definitely return again someday!

Great experience. I was highly recommended this place by my sister, so we stayed here for her second time and I will be coming back! Staff is so nice, huge rooms, gorgeous views, and a tasty breakfast (included with your room). Good location walking/biking distance from anywhere you need to go. We didn’t have to touch our car keys all weekend! Thanks for the fabulous weekend, Pine Ridge Inn! We will be back.

First time staying at Pine Ridge… was great… huge room, great access to Deschutes river trail systems and a 20 minute walk to Old Mill area… we well be back…

My wife and I decided on an overnight getaway in Bend and decided to give this inn a try. Our room was large, comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated with a nice view down to the Deschutes River from the two decks. Tyler at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in directing us to the areas we wanted to visit in the city. He recommended the Wild Rose thai restaurant for dinner, so we picked up food there and ate it on our hotel room's deck. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Will definitely visit again!

Such a beautiful place and to be built in 2010 the insulation is not so great you can hear everything inside your room and for $280.00/ for two nights and $310.00 for Saturday night I feel as I should not have been woken up from people stomping around on the floor above us and I don't feel we should have been woken up by peoples doors and cabinets slamming and then from their showers running or toilets flushing. The other people staying at the Inn were so disrespectful of the other people inside the hotel. The customer service was great but to satisfy paying over $250.00 a night it was not worth it. Will not be staying again though.

The setting was beautiful because it was near the river. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the BEST experience with the Pine Ridge Inn while in Bend, OR. The hotel itself is relatively small, (around 25ish rooms in total) which is great. I would compare the experience to like being in a small classroom where the emphasis is put on the people, because the service at this hotel was top notch. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted like I was an old friend. The front desk staff knew me by first name, despite this being my first trip to Bend (and my first trip to Oregon). I was offered my choice of drink upon check-in (a local beer or wine) and had a fun little card awaiting me in my room. They were so helpful in giving me tips on where to eat, what sights to see, and were some of the friendliest people I've ever met on my travels. Even today as I was packing, the groundskeeper came over to say hello and we chatted for 10 minutes before leaving. The rooms were amazing. I had an amazing view of the Deschutes River and my own little private porch to eat breakfast on. At night I fell asleep in the ridiculously comfortable bed and cozy gas fireplace in my room. I felt so much at home in the hotel and slept like a baby. As soon as you step outside your room you'll know you're in God's country. Blue jays were happy to share my breakfast with me (and the breakfast here is great) and just outside the front doors was a variety of wildlife on the hotel grounds including deer. If you go to Bend, don't bother with a chain hotel.

Really clean, comfortable, and a great little breakfast to go with the room. Awesome view right above the river. Friendly helpful staff. Will be back again.

This place was really nice. The staff was super friendly and the room was very nice. My husband thought the bed was lumpy, but I thought it was fine. (he isn't used to a pillow top mattress. ) This is a smoking free motel, but they are 420 friendly. Balconies, and porches off of the rooms!

By far the best place I have ever stayed in bend, we come to bend a few times a year and I never stay in the same place twice until now I know the place to stay and the pine ridge inn! Staff is top notch, food is the best in town, and the room was just stellar the pics they post don't do justice of what's really there.

Pine Ridge Inn is a wonderful place where I will choose to stay every time I visit Bend. Recently I stayed for the second time and it was just as amazing as the first. The staff are THE most friendly and genuinely helpful. I felt that all went above and beyond for us. Everything was so clean and perfect. The room was so warm, inviting and cozy. I also absolutely loved the deck, the view and the fireplace! Very romantic! I will return again and again!

This is an amazing place Right on Deschutes river. Walking distance to everything pubs, breweries, winerys, shopping, restaraunts, etc But when you're on the property and in your room it feels like your around nothing. Very peaceful.

My husband and I stayed there from 12/24/17-12/27/17. It was so lovely! The room and view was gorgeous. We loved the sunken living room, fireplace and balcony. Every single staff member was extremely nice. Even being Christmas, they said they enjoy their jobs so much that they volunteered to work the holiday. That says a lot about a place. The breakfast was farm fresh eggs and delicious local food. We can't wait to go again! Not to mention the town of Bend is awesome!

Very friendly staff, willing to make suggestions to visit around Bend to ensure a pleasant stay. Hotel tokm was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling to places in Bend or parks outside of Bend. When I come back yo Bend, I will certainly be calling on the Pine Ridge Inn.

We found this place after having to modify our plans due to the fires. It is a gem! Obviously privately owned, immaculate, reasonably priced, great breakfast, super location and gorgeous view from our own patio! We will be back.

Very clean, large rooms. Great breakfast. Good customer service. Great location near Old Mill and on the way to Mt Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes highway. They give you a beer or glass of wine at check in to make you feel welcome. The toiletries are yummy smelling. Quiet setting.

Clean well appointed rooms with views. Expensive. Seemingly no one working half the time.

This is a great hotel! Everything, from the location, to my first greeting at the front desk, to the room (it was so awesome — 2 levels, fireplace, 4 poster bed, nice patio overlooking the river), to the complimentary cookies and adult beverage (beer or wine) on check-in, was absolutely fantastic. I wish I had been staying more than one night!

The Inn was perfect! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The furniture was very comfortable with a nice fireplace in the living area. There was premium bedding and towels. Our room was very clean and kept neat by housekeeping. They provided an very nutritious continental breakfast (not all fake eggs and pastries) every morning with fresh fruit. A bonus was premium soap and lotion with bottles of bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. My hair turned out beautiful. (No small soaps or lotions here! ) We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The skiing at Mount Bachelor was great! There was fresh snow everyday.

I have to say I just had the best customer service from a young gentleman named Dennis on the phone who was able to take my reservation tonight. We are so excited to stay at this hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the room that we wanted at a really great rate and his attentiveness and professionalism was very much appreciated. This is definitely the person you weren't answering your phones and booking reservations really gives a great feeling to looking forward to such a great stay you could have the nicest hotel but the worst customer service could ruin it. Thank you again for the great service.

Book only with an online service (cheaper). It was just ok. We will explore other options in town next time. Calling it a "hot breakfast" is a stretch the coffee was the only hot item and breakfast. Was really more like a snack. Bathroom is dated and the TV is too small for the size of the room.

The room (218) was set up great for us and the building was very welcoming inside. The breakfast was flavorful, filling and delivered right on schedule. We also got the romance and beer bouquet package so we basically had no need to leave the room. The location was good enough. Bend is a large flat area so nothing is very central but we were able to drive extremely short distances to all the things we did. There were a few things walking distance as well. I didn't find out if the local restaurants had room service arrangements set up though.

Absolutely the best location! Very close to shopping and groceries, right on the road to Bachelor and very hospitable staff!

We stayed in a room with a king bed and a Murphy bed in the living space. The king was great but the Murphy bed was not as comfortable. Other than that this hotel is our favorite in Bend and we will continue to stay here in the future! Great food, great hospitality, great overall experience!

My stay at the Pine Ridge in was excellent. The staff have all been quite friendly and helpful. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable, much better than other inns similar to this one. The view is just great, and the food delicious. While there isn't a gym or a pool, I wouldn't expect there to be one as they label themselves as more of a bed and breakfast. That being said, they've partnered with a local fitness club if you still need a place to workout indoors. I have, however, simply enjoyed getting out and running and walking on the trails along the river and in the surrounding area. If you need a nice place to stay that will take care you, as well as a great location to visit Bend by walking or by car, definitely give this place a try.

I never write a review — but after reading that ridiculous 1 star review I thought I would add my experience. How about booking when you call, instead of 'agonizing' over a hotel choice for 2 weeks? The front desk not only was helpful, but extremely proactive in making things work for my stay. I waiting too long to book a room for my wife and I and was lucky enough to encounter the most helpful person, who juggled other reservations to get us in the same room for 3 nights. Extremely personable and friendly. The hotel is very lucky to have customer service like this. Even if they could not have accommodated me, the person was so friendly I would have definitely tried them in the future. I'll write another review after our stay as to what we actually experience. Very happy right now.

Disappointed with the customer service when I called to book a room. I called a few weeks ago to book a room for our wedding night, we leave the next day so we were trying to find a place that would let us stay one night on a Saturday. I was pleasantly surprised and happy when the man I spoke to told me he could book the room we wanted for one night so, I told him I would talk to my fiance and call back to book. I even asked him "really, you guys don't have the "2 night rule" for weekends? " and he said "no, you can book just the one night, no problem. " We agonized over the decision of whether to book or not because the room is kind of far away from where we are getting married but we finally decided to book. When I called back a week or two later to book the room, the woman told me "he was misinformed, we only book two nights on the weekend" I explained what he told me and there was no apology, just "we cant do that, he was misinformed. " Where I come from, good customer service means apologizing and offering the customer what they were originally promised, even if that promise came from an employee that wasn't properly trained. Instead I essentially got "I know our employee doesn't know what he's talking about but, sorry, too bad for you".

My wife and I just stayed at the AWESOME Pine Ridge Inn! Phenomenal customer service, breakfast was served on the patio that overlooks the Deschutes, easy access to bike paths, lots of walking/running trails just feet from the hotel AND the best part, less than 2 miles from a majority of the Breweries on the Bend Ale Trail (10 Barrel, Deschutes and Crux all within biking distance, walking if you really want burn off the beer calories). Highly recommend this hotel. The website does not do this place justice. Amenities were great, we stayed in a King Suite, next time I'd get a river view room/lager suite.

Our family of three truly appreciated the comfort of their rooms. With a 12-year old who loves swimming pools, she didn't miss not having one as the sunken tub in our suite was enjoyed by her. We also appreciated the warmth, and ambiance, of the gas fireplace on a couple chilly evenings. We were also pleasantly surprised with the hot breakfasts served each day, very creative and delicious. Overall, excellent accommodations and even better staff making sure we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a Canyon view room and paid extra for breakfast on our patio. The rooms are all on the ground floor and as such, the patios aren't very secluded. However, breakfast was outstanding and very romantic. The front desk staff were responsive and helpful. Our room was very large, but the shower head was a little low for my six foot body. We now that we will be staying here for future trips to Bend.

We recently stayed at the Pine Ridge Inn for a "staycation" in Bend and it was amazing. A quiet setting, beautiful views of the Deschutes River and a comfortable bed.

We will DEFINITELY be back! Great service from everyone, beautiful beautiful view — not even two minutes walking distance from Cascade Lakes restaurant (delish! ) and 3 minutes driving distance from the Old Mill District. The room was so comfy and cozy and like I said — the service was excellent! We'll be back.

Best views in Bend! We recently stayed at the Pine Ridge Inn for a weekend get away and it was absolutely amazing. The relaxing atmosphere and breath-taking views of the Deschutes River made our stay a memorable one. Although the Pine Ridge Inn is a little bit off the beaten path, it is worth the trip to the west side of Bend.
